EXPLOSION AT ORSON BRIDGE - FOURTEEN DEAD, TWENTY INJURED

Yesterday afternoon, bombs hidden near one of the Orson Bridge's supports detonated, collapsing the entire bridge onto the road beneath it. So far, fourteen people died in the explosion, while twenty others were taken to the hospital. Three of the twenty are currently in critical condition.

Police managed to capture the perpetrator hours later at the local Matey's motel. The bomber, a 53-year-old Howard Dunnan, was found with the detonator, as well as a loaded pistol. When questioned, Dunnan claimed his reasoning for the bombings were to, in his own words, "give Deusterra a chance at survival". When questioned about the existence of this "Deusterra", he described it as a world completely different than ours, filled with gods and magic, and that he merely teleported the dead over to said world. This reveal has sparked debate over the effects of animated media on the average person.

He is currently awaiting trial for his crimes. If found guilty, he is likely to receive life in prison.
