Chapter Two: Knives and Keys

Jonas crawled out from under the bed. He had to escape, but he didn't know how. The garage? No, there was no garage. The front door? That's a good idea. Jonas decided to escape through the front door, but there was one problem.

The front door was locked.

Jonas had to find the key. But where was it? He decided to check his parent's room, maybe the key would be there?

Jonas tiptoed down the stairs, careful not to make too much noise. The living room door had been opened, so Jonas assumed the figure had gone in there. This was his chance. He made his way to his parent's room, each step as quiet as it could be. There, he saw it. The key to the front door.

Now all he needed to do was escape.
