Me-la-ni

I hadn’t even reached the air heralding another Healer, as the Seed’s voice rang through the room.

“And so it has begun.”

I halted and turned to her.

“What do you mean?”

She didn’t have time to answer, because at that moment, Si-ri materialised before me. I stared at her. Why hadn’t Ka-ma-la and the others come through? I turned to the Seed.

“Where is Se-le-ni? You said you’d asked them to come?”

“Bo-lo-to found them first.”

“They are with Bo-lo-to!?”

I ran to her, forgetting about Si-ri.

“We need to leave! We need to go there.”

“Wait.”

Si-ri spoke and rushed over to me.

“We cannot. He’s infused the space with his magic. You’ll get trapped if you go there now.”

“But..”

I stared at her, and then back at the Seed.

“We need to do something!”

“I know”, Si-ri said.

I turned to her.

“How?”

“Travel with me, I’ll show you.”

I didn’t care if she was scheming against us, all I could think about was Se-le-ni and the others, trapped with Bo-lo-to without me. I nodded and took hold of her sleeve. I glanced at the Seed, and she bowed her head.

“Trust your heart, and you’ll find the answer to how to defeat him.”
