Chapter 14:

Chapter 14

Crazy About You

The following day at the Avil's house, Muni walked to the living room where she met the brothers talking about their plans.

She stood and shook her head.

"If only Sahil knows that he won't see the end of today." She thought and sat down on a different couch.

The brothers looked at her and smiled.

"Muni, can you get us some water?" Sahil asked, looking at her, and she nodded.

All they had been doing was commanding her, and she maintained her coolness as if she didn't care. She knew that they wouldn't touch the water as they usually go out to get what they wanted, so she couldn't poison Sahil's water.

She has already made a plan to kill Sahil. She had gotten a gun, which she planned to aim at her husband when Aayan wasn't close to him.

She got up and left for the kitchen where she brought out two cups and poured water in them. She took the cups out and placed them on the table in front of them.

Sahil looked at the cup and looked at her when she decided to walk away.

"Come back here," Sahil said and she walked to his front.

"I know that you have your own agenda, but I will plead with you to debunk it," Sahil said, and Muni smiled.

"Your brother isn't leaving me. You will leave this house without him tomorrow." She said. "He is staying back with me."

"I am not staying with you. I will be off with my brother tomorrow, alright, and you can't hurt any of us." Aayan said and Muni smiled.

"You don't have the right to say any word to me. I have always slept with you ever since you were young and I am sure you are in love with me." She said and Aayan laughed.

"You threatened me but I wasn't happy with it. I would love to leave this house with my brother." Aayan said and Sahil nodded.

Muni, pretending to be angry walked into her room.

She prayed that she would be able to kill Sahil.

"I will surely do it. I don't just need Aayan close to him when I kill him so that I can be able to treathen him with it holding him down as he will have no evidence to prove that I killed his brother." She said to herself, smiling as she held the gun that she was going to use to kill her husband.

"Aayan is all mine. " She said to herself and hid the gun under her saree.

Minutes later, she walked out of the room and met her husband who was sitting on the couch reading a book. This made her glad as Aayan wasn't with him.

She walked over to a couch opposite her husband and sat staring at her husband.

"You aren't leaving ing with Aayan. You will be leaving on your own." She said, and Sahil smiled, standing up.

"You can't do anything to us, Muni. You are a woman." He said and this made her angry.

She immediately got up and stared into his face.

"This is your last moment in life." She said and brought out her gun which she pointed at her husband.

Aayan, who was coming out of his room, ran to his brother's front as Muni wouldn't be able to shoot seeing him.

Unfortunately for him, Muni had already pulled the trigger, aiming at his brother's chest, and since the brothers were of the same height, the bullet hit Aayan's chest.

Seeing this, Sahil moved back a little as his brother's body fell.

"Aayan!" Both he and Muni called as Aayan fell to the ground.

Muni allowed the gun to fall off her hand as she ran to Aayan's body.

"Brother! You should leave this house and let Amilda know that I will always love her, and she should move on with her life," Aayan said and with this, he gave up the ghost.

"Aayan!!!" Sahil cried as he saw his brother on the floor.

He looked at Muni who was about to touch Aayan's body.

"Do not touch my brother's body, you murderer." He said and all Muni could do was shake.

Sahil looked at his wife who shot with the gun that was on the ground.

He walked to Muni, who stood shivering and took her to a chair where he tied her up.

"Please Sahil, just wake Aayan. I will let both of you go and I won't have anything to do with you both." Muni said looking at the dead body.

"Sahil, do something!" She shouted as Sahil brought out his phone.

Sahil placed a call across to an army who arrived at his house in twenty minutes with two men at his back.

The men walked to the dead body which they wrapped and took out of the house.

Sahil followed them out while Muni screamed from inside.

"Leave my Aayan!" She screamed and tears flowed down Sahil's face.

They walked some distance away from the house and dug the ground where they laid Aayan's dead body.

After laying the body, Sahil went on his knees as he wept seeing his brother's body.

"You aren't meant to leave us. You didn't do anything. You died while saving me. How am I going to live without you being alive?, I should have accepted your wish when you told me not to marry Muni." Sahil said weeping. "If I haven't married her, you won't be dead. What am I going to tell Amilda?"

He kept speaking as he wept.

The army commanded the men to pull Sahil up which they did.

"Let's go." The army said leaving one of the men behind to cover the place.

They walked back to the house and Muni looked at Sahil.

"You should have died not Aayan. I targeted the gun at you and had pulled the trigger when Aayan ran to cover you." She said and laughed. "Now you see that you are wicked."

Sahil furiously looked at her and walked to her angrily then he gave her two slaps.

Tears trickled down Muni's face as Sahil slapped her.

"If you really love Aayan as you claim, you won't want to hurt anyone he loves." He shouted.

"I would do anything for Aayan," Muni said.

"But he is..." Sahil was speaking when the army cut in.

"The only thing you can do for him is to follow us to the station and confess to your crime." The army said.

Muni looked at him scared.

"I do not have any crime but he has." She said.

"Which is?" The army asked but Sahil answered.

"Leaving her after the loss of her pregnancy to work far away from home," Sahil said and Muni nodded.

"That should not be a reason for killing your brother-in-law." The army said and walked to her.

The army on her right and the man who followed the army on her left as they loosened the rope used to tie her to the chair and walked her out of the house.

Sahil looked at the house one more time.

"I can't live in this house anymore." He said as he closed the door and followed the army to the vehicle.

Seeing the army's vehicle drive away with Muni in it, he turned his back and went into the house.

Getting into the house, he walked to his brother's room and touched the bed.

"I am going to miss you forever till we meet in paradise." He said and kissed the bed.

He sighed as he remembered all the confessions Muni had made to him.

"She killed Priya. She killed Aayan. Aayan knew of her killing Priya, but the small child was scared of her, and now she killed him." Sahil said to himself and walked into his room to get his suitcase.

He had already packed Aayan's clothes and was going to dispose it off. The only person he pitied in all this was Amilda.

"That love. That smile. " He said and left the house.

"I am going to give this house out for an auction. The highest bidder gets the house and everything in it." He said.

He walked to the road and waved a vehicle down.

The vehicle dropped him beside a river.

He watched as the vehicle left and then threw his brother's clothes into the river.

He raised up his hand and looked up.

"Allah, it should have been me, not Aayan." He said then walked away from the river.

He walked to a shop, where he sat for some time, then continued his journey. He closed his eyes as it was clouded.

"I will miss you a lot." He said and entered the vehicle.

The vehicle took him to an old woman's house, where he got down and entered the house.

"I told you that you should leave without letting Muni know." The woman said.

"He is dead," Sahil said.

"Really, how did he die?" The woman asked.

"He was shot by your granddaughter's rival." He said.

The woman is Priya's grandmother who he always confided in as the woman is full of wisdom.
