TURNING POINT

Unless she's not the biological daughter. If she's not, there's still no solid way to tell, as blood tests don't exist in this world. But now, is this all for nothing? Did I spend a year pursuing the wrong person ? If that's the case, then the King has no kids, which means that I would have to drag him down here . No, I can't do that; there would be no point. I may as well destroy the whole school here and now , get what I can , then start the war. But I alone can't take down Lloyd at this point.

                                                                   "Oh so that's where I need to put it."

"Say what now?"

Athena points to where she needed to put the blood, as putting it on the door does nothing. After pouring a bottlecap's worth of blood in the cartridge, the door never opened; rather, the place they were standing turned out to be a lift that took them down. Once they reached the bottom, they found a treasury filled with gold, diamonds, and other riches. But that was not what they were looking for. After a few minutes of searching, Rukito found a lever that opened a hidden door. In there, he found books, weapons, artifacts, and yet another door.

I made a few clones to read all the books, making it much faster. There was not much that was interesting to me, but there were a few. In fact, this storybook over here seems similar , like it's related to me. This book answers the question as to why they did what they had done to me. Aside from that, there are some more pieces tied to the history of the Great War .

Wait a minute!? This changes everything! Yes, with this, not only will I, but even other countries, be at war with them. Now that this mystery is solved , it changes everything. I had my suspicions, but this is proof that I was right.

Athena notices Rukito grinning as if he found gold and asks, "What's that look for? The way you're smiling, I'd say you're some madman." Rukito straightens his face, going back to a natural expression, and replies, " I have found some very useful information. Not only would the citizens of this country not like this truth, but the whole world would wage war on this country if it's revealed ."

After reading all the books here, I turn my attention to the various weapons, artifacts, and blueprints in the back of the room. What I found was fascinating. Over just a few years, they have developed weapons capable of firing elemental attacks ten times what a mage can do. They are even using the elemental magic I created. They also possess the Sword of Legend, a sword that is said to cut through everything.

If I remember correctly, its name is Keshigomu, the Sword of Destruction . It is said to be able to manifest a person's power, multiplying it and turning it into destructive energy. If I had to cut someone with this sword, I would erase them from existence.  

In the history books, Keshigomu was the sword used to kill the primordial demon of Eternity. She was one of the strongest and hardest to kill, as she represented eternity, a being that cannot die. But the hero at that time was said to be from another world. This sword was given to him by God, tasked with wiping out the demons and bringing peace to the world. The demon kind did suffer a loss, but with the primordial demons fully taking them as a threat, the demons were sealed by the hero as he was getting older and had to do what he could before he was too old.

Ultimately, a human life arrives and departs in an instant when compared to other species. I am stealing from this king with assistance from his child, but it's fine since I am also a king. I have yet to be crowned, but acquiring the king's riches from a different country isn't viewed negatively by the populace; thus, I am not stealing; I am claiming this treasure for myself and the kingdom's prosperity.

Just then, after a few minutes, Athena realizes something, but it seems to be too late as she senses people entering the building. She sees Rukito, pulls him away from what he's doing, and says, "We need to run; they know we're here!" Without fully finishing reading a document he found, he shouts, "I wasn't done yet! How do they even know we're here?"

                                    "I realize now that even if we don't tell anyone or alert anyone, my father can tell if this room has been opened; he gets alerted. The people coming are not school guards, but the royal army."

"Grab onto me." (Rukito set up a delayed spell before teleporting away.)

Just then, the army of soldiers jumped down to find that the archives were empty. They looked further to see that there were signs of people here . They then opened the second door. As they stepped in, there was an explosion. The spell Rukito had planted destroyed the entire room, causing it to cave in, killing 40 soldiers and injuring 10 soldiers . Just then, Lloyd came on the order of the king to investigate and help the soldiers . He saved most of them, but a few died due to loss of blood. In the end, Rukito's trap succeeded in destroying anything that may still be useful to the kingdom in a war.

"By now everything in that room is annulled, and all the important things I have are destroyed if I missed one or two things."   

Tomorrow we will see what happens. Depending on how they act, I need to be fully prepared. However , this mission plan was foolproof, so no matter what any of them may suspect , in the eyes of the law and the people, evidence is needed, and the students as well as the teachers saw that both my roommate and I were at home. They have no idea I can make clones , nor is it in the system of magic that any mage can do so; to them, there's a third party involved.
