Chapter 4:
Yui
Everyone sat near the big wooden table in the middle of the kitchen. The kitchen was the only spot in the house which looked like a room that belong to a place people actually live in, it is the biggest room in the house and the cleanest one. Everyone quietly ate they're food staring quietly at Aku, from the other side Aku looked like she was enjoying the food and the boy’s looks didn't bother her at all. “So..” Eda got tired being so quiet “miss Aku, do you mind telling us about yourself a little?”
“Eda Akira, 1.73, birthday 21\4, 77 kg, blood type o, your hands are very gentle and stable so you are perfect for fixing and building things, of course I can!”
Eda’s jaw dropped to the table in shock “can you not spill information like this please” asked Yui with his mouth full of the quick preparation noodles he ate.
Aku swallowed her noodles so quick like it was nothing and said “I can do it too”
she drank a whole cup of water in two seconds and started talking “when I was six years old I was awful at literally everything, except the way I looked I had nothing. I was a shame to my parents and had no friends.”
“I’m sad to hear that” said Eda, looking down.
“You didn’t even let me finish my story. Fix your manners” said Aku with a bitter face.
“I’m sorry, go on…” said Eda.
“Thank you a lot” Aku kept her bitter face “I had a very bizarre dream a few days after my birthday. A girl with a very familiar face appeared, I was sure I saw her face once but I couldn’t remember from where. She said very weird stuffs. She said she was a goddess from the superior land. She also told me she chose me as the perfect being, the best human to ever exist.”
“So you are crazy since first grade, I see” Yui played with his fork.
“Shut up already, let the lady finish her story” Nakata looked more interested in Aku's looks than her story.
“Finally someone who knows how to act in front of me” Aku said it as she was talking to someone in a lower rank than her “the next day I woke up and I was perfect at everything. My body became much more flexible, my instincts became much faster. I felt so much lighter, my mind and body became one and it was amazing” she leaned forward and her eyes were as bright as stars in the clear night sky. “I actually felt special, I experienced being good for the first time.”
“Let me guess, you left home because you thought you deserve better” Yui leaned back on his chair out of boardness.
“It was not exactly a “leave”” Aku looked sad “I didn’t even said goodbye, imagine a little girl running on the street, she doesn’t know where, her tears covers her face and making it hard to breath, but she knows she does the right thing. My parents didn’t really cared, they didn’t looked me up when I got further and further from home..”
“How did you got here in the end?” Minato was fascinated by the story.
Aku stood up and started dancing around with an adorable happy face on her face “I met her, the goddess, she showed me the way and now I live in a small castle and my life is as perfect as myself!”
“I don’t believe you, you live in a castle? I never saw a castle in this area” Yui laughed to himself.
Aku froze at her place and looked at Yui with her serious face “Tomorrow, tomorrow I will take you to my castle and you will see I’m not lying.”
