AMANDA

The ground trembled as the sand grains began shifting, molding a cleave. Which extended below the entire battlefield into an enormous star. A wave of panic swept over the demons.

The star began glowing, and light flashed out of the five corners. A sigil was cast on the sky, which swiftly opened. The demons screeched, running all around. Soldiers began appearing on the battlefield, charging at the demons.

"We are finally safe..." Kaya dropped to his feet.

A Horte rushed towards him when it began to freeze and turned into a crystalline statue. Crystalline dust spread all over the battlefield, crystallizing Particka's monsters and the zombies.

Sen let go of his scythe and gasped for air. Yao and Nami joined him.

Amanda jumped in front of the beast that Puppet Girl took over. She raised the doll, Twinkle, and with her other hand raised her sword. "UNDEAD DESIRE! IF YOU RETURN TO THIS, I WILL LET YOUR FRIENDS GO."

Puppet Girl looked at the princess. Carlos walked over to the slime beast and turned him non-crystalline. The slime blinked and stared at Carlos, becoming human-like. 

The general shoved Patricka toward him. Most of her head snakes were dead and bleeding. There was a sigil on her forehead.

"Go, we are sparing you and the monster girl."

Slime and Patricka looked at Puppet Girl as she swept into the doll through the ripped arm. Amanda pressed the opening. A portal appeared against her, and she tossed Twinkle into it.

"What do we do? We can't leave her?" Patricka pulled slime down.

"We should go to Podestray; he will know what to do." And with that, both of them vanished.

Amanda looked towards the demonic beasts and pulled out her sword. "Let's get rid of you guys."

FIGHT HER

DON'T LET HER MEET PRINCE PODESTRAY

Amanda tightened her grip on her sword as the demons leapt over to her. A crystalline wall formed in front of her whilst the army charged at the demons.

"You heard that, Carlos?" Amanda turned to Carlos.

A portal opened behind the princess, and Hiroto, along with the general, walked out. The general made an orb, handing it to Amanda; within the portal, they could see Patricka and Slime.

"Princess, I marked the monster girl; they must be off to the demon prince. You may use this to meet the prince."

Amanda looked at Hiroto. "Take off the veil they put on the moon."

"Princess, in that case, we must send off the Nomed girl in Star Awesome." Hiroto glanced at Star Awesome, who were casually assembling in a new shield they had made. "They seem carefree."

Amanda giggled. "Of course, they fought a lot. Send all of them back except Philomena, Damian, and Shar."

"What about that power taker? He loved fighting." Carlos glanced at the shield.

"Ahaaaa, he couldn't join the war, hehe...." She nervously looked away.

Carlos sighed, "You have only four 5th-grade power users, and one of them didn't even join the war; simply worthless..."

Amanda patted Carlos. "Haha, don't be such a hater... let me send off Star Awesome..."

Carlos stood looking as she walked away. "Why does she love them all this much...I won't ever understand..."

Hiroto walked closer to him. "My prince, that's her father's precious project...maybe she—"

"That's my father's project too..." He looked at Hiroto, and the crystal around them dispersed. 

"Amanda, how could you leave usssss...?" Rose hugged Amanda.
"But you love fighting?"

"I missed you, Princess..." Philomena took her hand with a smile.

"I missed you not." Shar laughed.

"Please send us back." Cero tried to hug her, but Amanda shoved him away.

"Please..." Kaya knelt.

Amanda looked around; a wave of fear took over. "W-where are Vivian...Ayu...Jacksaw...Y-Yuzuru and the new guy?"

"We sent them away...."

Amanda took a step back when her gaze fell on the orb in her hand.
She saw them in there...with the enemies.
"Damn it."

Amanda rushed out to Carlos, who was fighting a demon. She leaped on it and pulled out her sword, slicing it into two. The two pieces fell onto the ground with a thud while the soldiers applauded. Within the cheer, there was a frequent repetition of:

"She is incredible."

"She can kill anything."

Carlos walked closer to her as she looked around at the cheering soldiers. Black glop dripped from her sword. The crystalline dust settled behind her.

"A true beast."

She looked at her sword and turned to face the other demons, but Carlos grabbed her shoulders and spun her to face him. 

"She must enjoy it."

He lifted her chin. "You look tense. Did something happen to your precious Star Awesome?

She looked at him and at others. "Y-yes, no.... Shouldn't I kill them all...." Her eyes drifted from him to the cheerers, to the demons, and to Star Awesome's shield."

"No, not like you want to kill them..." He smiled. "What happened?"

"My little angel, you enjoy fighting, don't you?" 

Her eyes were fixated on him, and she smiled. "My weaker members, they are up against Podestray..." 

"Let's go then..." Carlos grabbed her hand, and they walked away. Amanda looked at his back and smiled as her mind drifted back in time.

Princess Amanda looked around the enormous stadium. The crowd cheered as she took a step forward. With her small hands, she tightened her grip around her sword. Behind her was an enormous slain beast.

"The young princess has slaughtered the beast." The voice echoed in the stadium. 

She saw her father, King Reynold, walk up to her. She jumped, waving at him. He was accompanied by the crystal king.

Her father lifted her in the air and tightly hugged her. "My little precious." 

"You will kill her by suffocation." The crystal king took her and put her down. "Congratulations on having a perfect daughter."

Her father patted the crystal king with loud thuds. "Carlos is a great kid, too."
Amanda joined him by patting his legs.

"Mhmmm, yeah sure." The crystal king ruffled her hair. "You must love killing the weaker, huh, lil princess?" 

"Uh—I," She looked at the ground and back at him.

Her father bent closer to the crystal king. "You know she is—um..."
Amanda pulled on her father's clothes.

"Oh, right, sorry, I forgot she is slow; I will talk slower." The crystal king sighed.
"I am fast, not slow, Carlos' daddy." She stomped.

"She isn't slow...it's what we humans call...Asperger's syndrome." He tried to hit the crystal king, but he took a step back, making her father almost trip.

Amanda looked around at the crowd. "Do I kill more?"

"No, no, we are done." Her father lifted her in his arms. "My little girl loves to fight, not kill, Mr. Crystal. She is a really skilled fighter."

Amanda looked at him with gleaming eyes and hugged him. "B-but they want me to kill..." 

"It doesn't matter; Daddy knows what his little girl wants." He kissed her and put her down. "As long as I can be around, I will keep on telling others what you want."

"As if you will be around that long, with that small lifespan of yours." The crystal king sighed and briskly walked away.

Amanda's eyes widened. "You won't be around forever."

"Daddy is a pure human, but I will try my best."

Amanda looked at Carlos. It's unlike me to remember the past; maybe it's because I am about to meet Podestray.
