Richard's big day

Richard woke up on August 20th at 5:00 am sharp. Richard looked over at his laptop, it was Sunday, and had a zero percent chance of rain today. Richard smiled and got up to make some coffee. Richard walked back into his room to sign into his laptop for the day. Richard plays his usual games which were car-related for a few hours then turns on his PS5 and stays on till 8 pm that night. Richard talks to his friends on the PS5 and wishes them a good night. Then Richard turned off his PS5 and closed his laptop for the night then there was no noise in Richard's room, not even his laptop fans were making noise. Richard grabbed a coat and 400 dollars that he took from his dad while he was sleeping. Richard was all set and started heading west. Richard started walking and when an hour had passed he was on the outskirts of San Francisco. As Richard walks into the city he can see all the lights shining into the dark, light-polluted sky. Didier makes his way over to the Golden Gate Bridge and walks about halfway on the bridge and then puts his legs over the rails and looks down below. The ocean is barely visible but it was sure making a lot of noise. Richard then stands on the railing and yells out, "FOR JACK" and falls forward. As Richard falls he starts to gain speed going over 40 miles per hour, straight into the ice-cold pacific ocean. When Richard slammed into the water he keeps going down and down, till he feels the ocean floor on the underside of his feet. Richard then grabs a glow stick from a pouch on his backpack, cracked it, and then started to walk towards Hawaii.
