Spotlight #6 Esma

Esma Osmanagić, age 18. Born to a Japanese mother and Bosnian father, she grew up in the town of Visoko in Bosnia and Herzegovina. This town is home to the infamous Bosnian pyramid, which not only exists in secret, but is also her personal playground. Inheriting a love for robotics from her mother, she's known to build robots, many of which taking inspiration from her favorite franchise, Ogel's Roboticle. She's even modified her own body with cybernetics and robotic armor. Her greatest creation is Tankman Bekrija, who one day wandered through a portal within the Bosnian pyramid's halls, leading to him ending up in Costa Rica. 

As far as religion, her parents adhere to a cult-like religion centered around what her father believes to be that of what the ancient denizens of the Bosnian pyramid practiced. This eventually led to the two acquiring cone heads via a DESPER match. Esma is rather embarrassed by her parents antics, and as such, she herself is rather irreligious. 

As for chess prowess, she's fairly decent, serving as the DSPCM of Visoko, mainly for the WWCF benefits. She's close friends with Jasmina, who often treats her as a little sister. She aspires to be a grandmaster, just so she can have a cool title to her name, according to her own words. She'll never admit it, but she is considered a chuuni.
