Jay placed his palm flat against the cool, glowing surface of the Identification Crystal.​「OK.」​【I hope this works.】​Liani watched the crystal glow brighter.​「So you are Jay Lancer...」​Liani put a blank card on top the crystal, which instantly shimmered and printed itself with fine, flowing script.​「Yah and I'll admit, that's pretty cool.」​「Yah, it amazes me every time. You have an affinity for all the elements! That's amazing!」​「Wait, really?」​「Yah! Most people have one, and two is rare in itself. So, having three or four is way beyond crazy amazing, you know!」 Liani’s voice was filled with professional awe.​「Oh, then I have to be grateful for my Nature Bender spell. It allows me to use any natural element.」​「Wow, that’s one impressive spell! I know a lot of people who would kill to have that. You're really lucky!」​「Thanks. I get that a lot.」​「OK, it's done. You can remove your hands now. ...Jay removes his hands... Here you go. ...Hands him his card...」​「Thanks.」
​「Okay, it's your turn.」​Iris stepped up, putting her hand on the crystal.​「Hmph... Iris Cories. ...Puts the card on...」​「Yah, that's me.」​Liani looked up, her expression softening with sincerity.​「I'm sorry about what happened to your family member, Kniya Cories, and Zak.」​「Oh, yah. ...Sighs... I heard what happened to her. And did you just call the Prince by his first name?」​Liani flushed a light pink.​「Sorry, it's a new habit.」​「Don't worry. I don't know where to find my sister, so it’s okay.」​「OK.」 Liani resumed her work. 「So, do you work here?」​「Yes. Before my father became Viscount, he was an Adventurer, so he decided to make a Guild with all the funds he got. And Aries is the main town of his territory.」​「Hmm... That explains why Aries looks like a summer city all year round.」​「Yah, he loves gardening.」​「...Giggles... But don't take it! Even D-Rank adventurers can't take them one-on-one.」
