Eye of the Storm.

The city of Shibuya is known for it's beautiful landscape, be it it's shops, it's lovely parks or in this case it's enormous buildings, buildings like the Shibuya scramble square, one of the city's tallest, at the top of said building there was a figure of a person standing there, watching, observing, like they were waiting for something or someone.

???: hm, this palce really is beautiful, but, i still don't get why he sent me after those two, one would think that he's scared of those brats, hmph, no way that's true.

As the myterious figure stood there pondering by themselves, suddenly a explosion ocurred down below, startled by it the figure looked at the direction of said expolsion, astonished he said:

???: ooooh, not bad, not bad at all.

Meanwhile as the mysterious observer watched, the fight was still ongoing on the ground, as Izaya and Hiro jumped out from the smoke trying to gain some distance as the minotaurs were following them in hot pursuit, the duo ran along the walls of the nearest building until they reached the top leaving the minotaurs in the ground, at the top of the building the boys took a minute to observe their situation:

Izaya: i see a lot of them, but none that look like it could be their boss.

Hiro: maybe they aren't even here to begin with.

Izaya: yeah, i agree, but, they could still be close by.

Hiro: right, we should split, while one fights the horde, the other fights the boss.

Izaya: ok, and how do you propose we decide who do what?

 Hiro: same as always.

Izaya (in desbelief): really?

Hiro (firm): really.

As the boys were talking the figure was watching them trying to understand what they are seeing right now:

??? (curious): what are they doing in there? Are they...? PLAYING ROCK-PAPER-SCISSORS?

Just as the figure said Hiro and Izaya were playing rock-paper-scissors to decide who would fight the horde and who will fight the boss, they played a total of three times, by the third time the victor was decided, the winner was the tenth hero, he raised his fist up towards the sky announcing his victory, and just like that he disappeared leaving Izaya alone at the top of the building they were.

Izaya: tch, i should've palyed rock instead.

As he grumbled the building suddenly starts to shake, Izaya curious looked towards the ground and sure enough the shaking was caused by the giant bull who was ramming it's head against the building, on it's back were a few minotaurs who everytime the bull charged jumped onto the wall to climb it.

Izaya (thinking): huh, would you look at that, they are smarter than they look, sigh, guess i shouldn't complain about the result of the game.

As he thought that a smirk formed on his lips, the boy climbed on the edge of the building and assumed a starting position.

Izaya: this is gonna be good.

Without any warning the boy launches himself down the wall of the building running so fast that he broke the sound barrier breaking all the windows in the building, blowing away all the mintaurs that were climbing said wall and landing with a punch on top of the giant bull's back destroying the ground below it, that action raised a giant cloud of dust covering the whole area as a result, the figure seeing that was agasp, they couldn't believe what they were seeing right now.

???: wow, really? Is that boy even human?

???: who knows? I know that guy for years and i still have my doubts.

As the figure heard that, they turned around to see the source of the voice, Hiro was already there standing with his hands on his pockets:

Hiro: i see, i should've guessed that only a rank 2 would be the boss, but to think it was a middle-aged man with horns, weird, so, what's your name?

???: Asterius.

The mysterious observer "Asterius" as he called himself, was a muscular man with a rough face and horns on his head, he seemed to be on his thirties, he was wearing a short-sleeved shirt with a vest on top, on his legs he was wearing leather pants and boots on his feet.

Asterius: so, how long have you been here?

Hiro: just before the boom.

Asterius: and i didn't even notice you untill now, you're a scary one boy.

Hiro: not as scary as my friend over there, he's  rotating some of you're friends down there, anyway, why is a rank 2 like yourself here in Shibuya? Better yet, why are you after me and Izaya?

Asterius: aww, what's the fun in just telling you, but what i can say is that i was hired to do this, also my hirer wants specifically the two of you gone.

Hiro: and that hirer goes by?

Asterius: Mr. bussines, first name none of your.

Hiro: aren't you too old to make jokes like that?

Asterius: hah, youth is a state of mind and by that logic i'm imortal.

After finishing their banter Hiro assumed a fighting stance, Asterius did the same, for a few moments the two didn't say a word to one another, all that could be heard was the sound of explosions and tremors in the background, Hiro then decided to break the silence by runing towards Asterius and swinging his leg to form a frontal roundhouse kick towards the bull man's head, but, the big man grabbed the boy's leg and then he lifted him in the air and was about to slam him onto the ground, but, the boy cushions his fall by placing the palms of his hands on the ground, he then used the momentum to swing his leg held by the giant making him land head first on the ground, with no time to lose the hero starts to punch the big guy's gut non-stop, that is until the giant roars basting the boy and a chunk of the building's floor away with lightning leaving behind a small crater, as Hiro stood up he was surprised to see Asterius covered in lightning exuding overwhelming power and pressure:

Hiro: i thought that minotaurs were nothing more than brawlers, how curious.

Asterius: that's just a gift from my hirer, did you like it?

Hiro: if i'm being honest, no, i don't like it at all.

Asterius: aww,  THAT'S TOO SAD!!!!!

As he yells that Asterius then covers his body in lightning, at the same time Hiro covers his body in flames, the two of them then lunge at each other clashing in a huge explosion that demolished the upper half of the Shibuya scramble square. 

Meanwhile let's turn back the time a few minutes to see what happened to Izaya, the minotaurs and the giant bull, after landing at the top of the bull, Izaya took a look at his surroundings and as the cloud of dust settled he could see that he was surrounded by all sides by a horde  of minotaurs:

Izaya: heh, ok i'll give you guys a chance, THOSE WHO DON'T WANT TO DIE LEAVE NOW!

After shouting that Izaya took a few seconds to look around to see if any of the beasts decided to take the chance he was giving them, but, as expected none of them heeded his words, even worse the creatures started to loom closer and closer.

Izaya: sigh, you guys can't say that i didn't try.

The boy after saying that lunges towards one of the looming minotaurs and grabs him by the horns.

Izaya: i'm gonna be borrowing you for a while, ok?

Having said that the boy starts to spin his body at high speeds still holding the minotaur, as he gains speed he starts to hit the other beasts with the one in his hands, with every monster he hits a path starts to clear, many minotaurs were sent flying up in the sky, he them proceeds to launch the monster on his hand into a building destroying it, Izaya proceed to grab the leg of another minotaur and starts to jump in the air using the airborne minotaurs as footholds until he reaches the highest point, he then launches the minotaur in his hand towards the ground so fast that it's body broke the sound barrier, and when it hit the ground it caused a huge explosion whipping out several of them in the process.

Not that far from there Hiro and Asterius continued their duel, as they clashed in the air the shockwaves they created were so strong that it sounded like thunderclaps, they traded blows with such ferocity and power that it every building around them was obliterated by the sheer force of them, every blow Asterius delivered was strong enough to not only shatter flesh and bone but because of the eletricity covering his body anything he touched would be scorched to nothingness, but, Hiro was still able to parry every blow, getting impatient by this exchange the bull man grabbed the hero by the shoulders and hit the boy's head with his own, as Hiro was a little dizzy and reeling from the blow his opponent then lands a powerful kick that sends him hurdling towards a building nearby turning it into a pile of rubble, as Asterius landed at the top another building he was feeling proud and satisfied thinking that his work was over, but, suddenly he felt his hands and his leg burning as if he had touched something really hot, to his surprise and confusion Hiro stood up from the rubble completely unharmed, Hiro looked at direction of the building the bull man was standing and started to dust himself, after he was done he suddenly dissapeared before Asterius's eyes.

Hiro: what are you looking at?

Before he could blink Hiro appeared behind Asterius, before the man could finish turning around to react Hiro landed a punch to his face launching the bull man through ten buildings.

As this was happening Izaya was midair fighting some minotaurs that climbed some of the buildings around him, they them launched themselves at him, while airborne he punched, kicked and simply kept throwing away the incoming monsters, sometimes he launched them at each other, othertimes he launched some of them at buildings, then suddenly the building infront of him burst open and out of it came running the giant bull from before.

Izaya: huh, so you didn't die back them, cool.

As he said that he grabbed the bull's horn and started to hold the giant animal back, but, the bull knowing that it wouldn't win in a contest of strenght charged it's horns with eletricity and with a roar  it released thunder from them sending Izaya away inside a building, giving the boy no time to recover the bull charged into the building destroying it, the beast then ran through other nine, Izaya still hanging at the bull's head raises his hands clasping them togheter and bring them down into it's head stopping the creature completely, as the bull was recoiling from the blow to it's head Izaya grab it by it's horn and lift it up in the air.

Izaya: i was being nice up until this point, but now i gonna turn you into hamburger steak.

The boy then starts spinning around with the monster in his hands, he then proceed to throw the animal towards the nearest building.

Meanwhile, Asterius was rising from the rubble, still recovering from Hiro's punch.

Hiro: you know, since you were a rank 2 i was expecting you to be a lot tougher, but it seems that i overestimated you.

Enraged by this declaration Asterius channeled all the lightning that was in his body into his fist, Hiro upon seeing this does the same by channeling his flames onto his fist, the both of them then lunge towards one another, when suddenly from the building in the background came flying the giant bull who got in between the two, the bull got hit in both sides by the two, getting killed in the process, Izaya then appeared from behind the broken building.

Izaya: Yo, you're not done yet?

Hiro: no, don't you have like a thousand minotaurs to fight or something?

Izaya: already got rid of them, this lug was the last one, need some help?

Hiro: no, i got this, i was just gauging his power, that's all.

Izaya: if you say so.

Izaya then jumps at the top of the dead bull and sat down to expectate what would unfold.

Hiro: well the guess it's time to end this fight.

Hiro then lunges at Asterius with a flying kick, but, when his foot makes contact with the bull man he passes right through him, Izaya seeing this then comments:

Izaya: He really fought that this would work?

Asterius then appeared behind Hiro with his fist cloaked in eletricity and delivered a punch toward the hero's head, but suddenly Hiro grabbed him by his throat, Izaya then says:

Izaya: He's not the hero for nothing, you know.

Hiro: it would be annoying if you kept doing this, so i gonna hold you really tight now.

As he said that he then strengthens his grip, Hiro then covers his other hand in flames.

Hiro: grit your teeth.

Hiro then brought his fist down on his opponent's body, the impact caused a huge explosion destroying Asterius and half a city block along with him, as this was happening in a building far away from there a black bird was just sitting on top of a antenna watching the whole thing unfold, after seeing it all, the bird flew away in the distance as if it was being called by someone.
