The Guild Test

Question 1: what is mana? Who has it? What mages make of it?

Kuroe: mana is the source of power of all mages in the world, most living beings in the world have it.

Kaho: mages specially have the ability to control it an weaponize it by using magic.

Question 2: what are wands? How  mages use them? 

Izaya: wands are the weapon that mages use in battle, every wand is unique to it's user.

Noa: they use them by focusing their mana through them, to use it's true power they chant the word Reveal and them the wands name causing them to assume their true form.

Question 3: what are myths? Were do they come from?

Asuka: myths are the manifestation of human imagination, basically creatures made purely of mana and that exist only in legends that humanity have created along the eras.

Juan: to this day no one knows what caused this, but, they came from the gates that one day appeared around the world.

Question 4: what is the Myth Ranking System (MRS)? What are the ranks?

Hiro: uh... the MRS is the system created by humanity to catregorize the myths, by giving them diferent ranks.

You: there are 4 ranks? rank 1, rank 2, rank 3 and special rank.

Question 5: How the Myth ranking works?

Izaya: by separating myths by their strength level, rank 1 being the weakest, myths in this rank are irrational, all they do is attack people, rank 2 is the intermediate level, in this rank they acquire rationality and even assume a human form.

Kuroe: those in rank 3 are the second strongest, those in this rank are the fusion of 2 or more myths creating a new one, the special rank is the strongest category, this category was created in the modern age to categorize myths that might appear from new modern legends. 

Question 6: what are gates? Why does the guild close them?

Hiro: right uuuuh, the gates are dimensional portals that open at random, inside them is a myth's home land.

Kaho: if the guild does not close then in time, the mana concentration inside them get so high that the myths inside start to leak out into our world.

Question 7: what is the guild's goal? How does the guild plan to achieve it?

Juan: the guild's goal is to close the gates permanentely, thus ending the treat that are the myths forever.

Noa: to achieve this goal is necessary to close the main gates.

Question 8: what are the main gates? Where are they?

Asuka: the main gates are the source of all the gates that appear randomly, there are 5 in total all of which were created after the original gate's mana got so concentrated that it split.

You: let's see, i remember they were in the five continents? One for Asia, one for America, one for Europe, one for Africa and one foooor what was the name again? Oh right one for Oceania.

Question 9: how the ranking system of the guild works? Who are the seven daggers?

Girls: the ranking system of the guild is divided into three categories, the bronze rank is the weakest rank, in this rank you'll find only the beginners, then there's the silver rank, this one is the intermediate rank, there you'll find the veterans that have some experience on the field and lastly there's the gold rank, the second strongest rank in the guild, in this rank you'll find mages with a great deal of experience on the field.

Boys: the seven daggers are the seven strongest mages in the whole world, they are the leaders of the military might of the guild, each member is always accompanied by a gold rank mage and their power is supposedly on par with special rank myths.

Question 10: Why did you join the guild?

Izaya: for fun.

Hiro: because of duty.

Kuroe: to protect what is dear to me.

Kaho: to fight for who i love.

Juan: to protect people like my papá and abuelo.

Noa: to learn more about the world.

Asuka: to honor my legacy.

You: to protect nature.

Final question: once the gates dissapear what are your dreams for the future?

Izaya: to be a cientist.

Hiro: become a martial arts instructor.

Kuroe: i want to be a preschool teacher.

Kaho: i want to be a florist and i want to also open a flower shop.

Juan: to live a quiet life with my wife.

Noa: to live a quiet life with my husband.

Asuka: turn my family bussines into something useful to a world without magic.

You: to open a pet shop or maybe a zoo.

Upon leaving the interview room You hear a voice calling out for her:

Asuka: YOU-SAN OVER HERE!

The voice belonged to her boyfriend Asuka who was at the guild lobby waving at her with their other friends, they were chatting about the test while waiting for her:

Kaho: so how was the interview?

You: it was alright, although they asked a weird question at end.

Noa: you too huh.

You: they asked the same to all of you?

Juan: si, i wonder why?

Izaya: probably a psychological test or something.

Hiro: probably, does anyone know where we should go next?

Kuroe: if i remember correctly, first we need to get our status checked at that orb over the reception desk over there and then we have to go to the second floor to do the combat exam.

The group upon arriving at the reception desk they are attended to by one of the guild's receptionist:

Receptionist: hello, how may i help you?

Hiro: this is where we get our status checked?

Receptionist: oh you're taking the guild exam right? All you have to do is place your hand on this crystal orb and it will reveal your status, it also will create your guild card when the exam is over.

 After having their status checked, the group heads to the second floor to take the combat exam, upon arriving there the group is then approached by one of the instructors:

Instructor: are you here for the combat exam? If so, please, proceed to these rooms, your combat prowess will be tested individually in there.

Heeding the words of the instructor the group entered their respective rooms for the exam, inside the room there was another instructor waiting.

Instructor 2: welcome to the guild's combat exam, in here we'll be testing you combat power, the test is simple we're gonna summon a golem to fight you, your objective is to defeat it using the full scope of your abilities, if you come out victorius, the guild will recognize your power and you'll be granted you bronze license, if you fail, you'll have to wait at least a year to retake the exam, any questions?

Izaya: nah.

Hiro: no.

Kuroe: none.

Kaho: no questions at all.

Asuka: no questions in my mind.

Juan: no señor.

Noa: sir, no sir.

You: no, thank you for asking.

ROOM 1 JUAN'S EXAM

Before Juan a giant stone creature, i think it's safe to say that his height was around six meters, rose from the ground, the creature contorting it's body as if putting it's joints back in place, turns to the boy and with a glare, begins to roar, causing huge tremors to occur in the room with the sheer force of it's voice.

Juan: ai caramba.

Murmured softly under his breath, seeing that this was about to be a tough fight he put on a mask that covered half of his face, that was Juan's wand, the weapon distributed by the guild, they initially have the appearence of a piece of wood, but, after spending some time with it's wielder it takes the shape that suits it's user better, usually it takes around three to four years for it's shape to change, anyways, after wearing his wand Juan and the golem clashed, as they locked their grips Juan was being overwelmed by the giant who was about to crush him with ease, but, a grin formed in Juan's lips as he said the following:

Juan: ok, no more messing around, i want to finish this quiclky.

As he said that, he started to lift the golem slowly of the ground, raising it above his head, then Juan threw the golem towards the ceiling and shouted:

Juan: REAVEAL, EL LUCHADOR!!!

The shape of the mask covering his face suddenly started to change, it enveloped his face transforming into a blue wrestling mask, Juan then jumped into the air and grabbed the golem's waist mid-air, he then kicked the ceiling to gain momentum, Juan then slams the golem's body onto the ground with a piledriver, after the attack Juan turns around to see if his opponent was still moving, after looking at his opponent's montionless body Juan raises his hands to declare his victory.

Description: this ability allows Juan to have all his physical status multiplied by 10, which means the stronger the user gets the stronger the power becomes, the mask he wears is his wand, when revealed it turns into his wrestling mask.

ROOM 2 NOA'S EXAM

Noa was runing around barely dodging the golem onslaught of blows, almost with nowhere to escape Noa then sees a opening between the golem's legs, she then takes advantage of the moment the golem swings it's arm to throw a punch to slide between it's legs, she then yells:

Noa: REAVEAL, NOITU!!!

Her green tiara then starts to glow, disintegrating and reforming into a full-body green suit, Noa then pierces through the golem's chest by jumping through it with incredible speed.

Description: Noa's capable of understandin any machine she touches as well how to operate them, her wand is the tiara that was made with nano technology, once she reveals it the tiara turns into a full body suit that enhances all her status to super human levels.

ROOM 3 KAHO'S EXAM

Kaho's opponent kept trying to hit her with it's enormous fists, but, Kaho was dodging every blow with ease making it so all it could hit was the ground, Kaho the raises her wand up and yells:

Kaho: REVEAL, LUN!!!

Light suddenly envelops her bracelet turning it into a maple leaf, Kaho then swiftly slash both of the golem's arm, she then turns the leaf into a bow and arrow, as the golem was roaring from losing both arms, Kaho then shoots a arrow straight through it's head finishing the fight, as the golem falls, Kaho undo the transformation of her wand and walks away.

Description: Kaho's magic turns her wand into a maple leaf which she can manipulate and change it's shape however she wants, her preferred use is to use it as a sword to cut whatever she wants or to transform it into a bow and arrow for offense, the leaf also has healing properties, her wand after adapting to her have turned into a bracelet.

ROOM 4 KUROE'S EXAM

Kuroe was jumping from wall to wall dodging the golem's attacks, as the stone creature grows impatient it starts to roar and thrash around furiously, Kuroe then kicks the golem's leg making it kneel to the ground, she then proceeds to yell:

Kuroe: REVEAL, INDIRA!!!

Her ribbon then turns into a lightning shaped spear, Kuroe then summons a lightning strike simply by raising her spear, the lightning vaporizes the golem completely, she then jumps happily celebrating her victory before leaving the room.

Description: Kuroe's magic enhances her physical attributes to super human levels, specially in her legs, thus making her run faster, jump higher and giving her massive kicking power, her wand after adapting to her turned into the ribbon she wears, her wand when revealed turns into the lightnig spear Indira, which can produce lightning so powerful that can destroy any and all obstacles in her way.

ROOM 5 ASUKA'S EXAM

Asuka was cornered while the golem approached him slowly, Asuka them open his mouth and says:

Asuka: stop.

As he said that the golem froze in place as if some invisible force were holding it back, Asuka then touches his choker and yells:

Asuka: REVEAL, ORACLE!!!

His choker then becomes a light that flies towards his hand transforming into a sword, Asuka then says:

Asuka: let's do this, Oracle be sharper and do not break.

Asuka then jumps towards the golem slashing it in half like it was made of butter, Asuka then lands on the ground, dusts himself and walks away.

Description: by giving an order Asuka can control any being, magic or object as long they have the same level or less mana than him, Asuka usually uses this power to bring out the best of his wand, his wand was the choker that when revealed turns into a sword.

ROOM 6 YOU'S EXAM

You jumps into the air using the power she aquired by befriending a mountain goat, You then yells:

You: REVEAL, GENOME!!!

As she said that, her pendant turned into a pair of grey boots, You then fell putting all the four tons of weight she borrowed from her elephant friend to good use by crushing the golem completely, You then made a victory sign with her hand.

Description: You can comunicate with any animal or animal type myth, once she bifriends them she then gains a fraction of their power, for example by befriending a cheetah in a zoo she gains it's speed, her wand was the pendant that when revealed turns into any piece of armor containing a characteristic of said animal or myth.
Reveal: Genome

ROOM 7 IZAYA'S EXAM

Izaya was leaving the room with his hand behind the back of his head with an unsatisfied look on his face, he then yawns and says:

Izaya: man that was boring, i wonder if everyone's already done with their tests.

Half of the golem and the room he left were destroyed as if it was wiped out in an instant by an mysterious unknown force.

Description: Izaya can destroy any magical phenomena, this power also gives him inhuman levels of strength, stamina, speed and imunity to any and all magical effects.

ROOM 8 HIRO'S EXAM

Hiro also left  his testing zone with an unsatisfied look on his face, like he coud've done better, but, by unknown reasons he wasn't able to, grumbling he said:

Hiro: hmph, i need more training.

He then left the room, leaving behind the golem with a gigantic hole in his chest, as the golem falls to the ground it's shown that the wall behind it had the same hole, and the other three rooms behind it were the same.

Powers: all physical attributes maxed out, fire of extinction and ???.
Description: Hiro posseses inhuman level's of strength, speed, stamina and he can also use flames that can erase any and all supernatural phenomena.

Hiro was walking the hallway still lookin at his fist, lost in thought, that is until he bumped into someone causing them to fall to the ground, the person who fell was a old man wearing a cloack.

Hiro: sorry, i wasn't looking where i was going.

Old man: no, no, don't worry about it, hm?  Oh you look just like him, aren't you the Tenth Hero?

Hiro: like him? I mean, yes i am the Tenth Hero, are you a friend of my grandpa or something?

Old man: yes, something along those lines.

Intrigued Hiro helped the old man to his feet, he was about to say something, but, before Hiro could ask anymore questions he hears a voice calling for him.

Kaho: HIRO, OVER HERE!

Hiro: oh, sorry, i gotta go.

Old man: don't worry, good luck out there.

Said the old man as he walked away, the elder walked throug the long hallway that led to the reception's desks, the receptionist noticing his arrival said:

Receptionist: there you are, where were you guild master? The meeting was about to begin.

Guild master: oh sorry, i was just busy meeting the family of an old acquaintace, shall we go?

As they entered his office the Guild master looked back at Hiro and his group chatting, a smile formed in his lips, he then closes the door behind him, he then approches his desk, sitting on top of it was a pile of papers and forms in which was wrtitten the following: "MAIN GATE SUBMISSION TEAM".
