Spotlight #18: Inez

Inez Pereya, age 19. Born in Rosario, Argentina, she's always considered herself an intellectual. A college student by day, she's ever studious and no-nonsense. One point of contention between her and her friends, as well as her fellow countrymen and women is her distaste for the sport of soccer. 

No matter what anyone says or does, Inez will dig in her heels on how much she just doesn't get the country's fascination with soccer. The only sport that registers in her mind is chess. Her goal is to become a grandmaster, though despite what she herself might think about her intellect, her chess prowess is good, but not extraordinary. That being said, her life is often full of adventure due to her rowdy friends always dragging her with them on their hectic endeavors. She might not get their love of soccer, but deep down, she's glad she has friends.
