The Encounter Part 1

We stared for a little and I saw a little tear in her eyes. I came to wipe it away, but she pushed my hand away. My dad was never nice to me, but this was too far. All of the sudden, she started running south, like something was wrong. I wanted to shout “ Come back! I’m your brother!” But it couldn’t come out, so I just watched her run faster than ever before. I decided to run after her. I finally reached a giant metal… thing. I looked around a bit and I saw Clare looking as confused as I was.

“ Is that,” Clare started to say. “A spaceship.?” I finished for her.

Clare looked at me.

“Oh, I didn’t know you were here.”

“Clare I----”

Then, the UFO port opened. I wanted to shriek in terror.
