Episode 33: The Sunlight Problem

The sun is hostile.

This is not up for debate.

“Go outside,” Diana says.

“No.”

“Yes.”

The twins stand beside me. United.

“We are under attack,” Persephone says.

“Visibility compromised,” Hades adds.

Diana laughs.

“You’re all ridiculous.”

We sit outside anyway.

Silently suffering.

“…This is temporary,” I whisper.

“…We will always be in the shade not matter how bright that bloody sun is,” Hades replies.

Diana takes a picture of a group of crows nearby and then one of me and her in a pretty intimate close amorous position that she saved for the family album and eventually send it to the in laws and my own and needless to say the reactions were flustering to say the least.

I regret everything.
