We're finally here.
Tonight is the night before the twin's birthday, and a week after that is the festival, it's getting close, but tonight is when we'll do the plan, I don't know if I'm happy or not, I mean, if it's for our daughter then I'll do it, but doing this, I don't know, but if it's for the best, then so be it.
They were packing their things as it was almost time for the birthday, after celebrating, they would leave the village and go far away from it as far as possible, with them leaving later, it was hard for us, but it was better for them to leave and live, rather than stay and die.
Our daughter was confused by everything, she asked her mother what was happening, my wife didn't answer and just told her to stay there, our daughter repeatedly asked and eventually cried, seeing that, my wife hugged her as she also cried with her, knowing what was going to happen.
During that time our friend left in search for something, it was the last time that she'll be here so she better do everything she needs before leaving, and after she came back, we all waited, and so the time came as the clock struck at twelve.
Everybody then ate their food as it was their last birthday together with our daughter, singing together, laughing, partying, and eventually crying together, seeing us like that, our friend then left as she wanted to give us space as a family, for the final time.
As she came back, we all said our final goodbyes to each other, as our daughter was asleep, our friend then carried her in her back, my wife and I kissed our daughter one last time, and after that, their friend left, as we returned back to our home, crying, only to find the church blocking us from our home.
