Svetlana shook her head. "I'm forbidden-"

"What if no one could tell we were playing each other?"

"Correspondence... Very well. But only on physical boards."

Mimoko nodded and quickly fetched the boards. Once everything was set up, the two sat down with their backs to each other.

"I'll play as Black," Mimoko stated.

"I care not," Svetlana replied.

"Please try to at least play at your best. And... if I win, would you play me again?"

"If you win. I win... Oh, well, I guess if you'd honor it, leave me alone."

"It's a deal. Now, I'm going to do some "image training"," Mimoko smiled.

"We're really doing this?" Svetlana grumbled.

"Yes... Yes we are," Mimoko nodded as she secretly activated the DESPER key hidden away in her pocket. "I'm sorry, Svetlana-chan, but I truly believe in you and want to set you free. I just hope you'll forgive me for going about things in such a way she thought.
