Prologue

                Everyone on the earth has powers. Yea crazy right! The powers range from controlling fire to....having the ability of a dog. But as always, people used their powers for crimes and all types of bad things. Well then the government created the crime containment unit. They are super heroes in the eye of the people. Everyone grows up looking up to that unit, including our main character Sando. An extremely smart kid. But well, I have to tell you that the powers can be really weird. Well his power is to create a really small shock of energy. So he can basically charge phones and other electronic devices. His whole life people had told him that his dream to be part of the CCU was crazy. But he is still not going to give up. Now he is going to try out for the police academy of the CCU. There he will go on a crazy adventure while learning more about his mysterious power.
