Silence Before The Storm

(Six Hours Later, At Rawara Lake)

Orano and the others had been waiting for hours in front of the Lake, just for Nuzuki to arrive.

And although this was not their issue, Orano had a plan in mind for it and was insistent on implementing it. And since they knew he wouldn't do anything stupid to put him and them into danger and because of what they had done together all this time, they trusted him with all their hearts and they did exactly what they said until Nuzuki arrived there.

Every second that had passed, they reviewed their plan, again and again, watched the scared people trying to get away from there, and waited quietly for him to arrive. 

All they had to do now was wait for the enemy to make a move. 

And after a six-hour wait, Nuzuki finally appeared at Lake Rawara as he promised. But he also brought a few people of his kind with him there.

The Knights, on the other hand, pointed their spears and swords at them, for any counterattack they could do, they closed the lake with a magical barrier, set traps outside of the lake, and began to wait for orders in a ready position. 

And after a couple of seconds later, a commander came out among them, stepped forward, and started shouting,

"Stop what you are doing, get away from the Rawara Lake, and surrender for your previous crimes! If you disobey my orders, then I can't guarantee you leaving here alive!"

But they didn't listen to him, they just flew over the lake and stopped in the middle.

"They are not listening. Then I have no choice."

He then got ready to shout again, and said,

"If you-"

But when he was about to shout again, two of them slowly landed on top of the water and started freezing it by using elemental magic. 

The entire lake turned into an ice sheet in a matter of seconds after they have touched it.

And after that, they landed on the lake and started waiting there.

The commander was very angry about the situation. But he didn't know what to do in order to attack them. He knew he had to find the right strategy and he thought he could win if they attacked directly. But since there was nothing else he can do, he decided to give another order to his soldiers. 

And just as he was about to start talking, Orano and the others approached the barrier, opened it with Yuma's spell, and walked in.

The commander and many soldiers looked at them shocked about them entering like that, and the commander said,

"Who are they? Why is no one stopping them?"

One of the soldiers approached him and said,

"It's Orano Tatsumi, Sir! He's a creature hunter, so he's allowed in here."

"Orano Tatsumi?"

A creature hunter was allowed to enter areas like that, so he thought it wasn't that much of a bad idea,

He then bowed down his head and said,

"Then we will let them for now. But if anything happens, don't hesitate to enter. We will act when they fall."

"As you say, Sir!"

Both Orano and his friends slowly approached while looking at Nuzuki, that was standing on the ice and was waiting for them. 

There was nothing between their enemies and them that protected or kept them away. So they kept walking and finally stopped after getting close enough.

And as Nuzuki saw them, he grinned widely and greeted them,

"Well, well, well, Our show's guest of Honor comes to the show before everyone else does! What a great honor this is."

Orano looked him dead in the eyes and said,

"How do you know who I am?"

"How do I know? Actually, I had to do some research about it, since you were kinda "popular" among people. And although some of them were stubborn at first, I was able to learn a few things about you. After all, it's important to know what the guest of Honor looks like, right?"

Caitrin looked at him nervously and said to herself,

*He looks like a scary person just like other people has said. And knowing that he's someone who's killed all those people makes it more uncomfortable to stand by him. But I still have to trust Tatsumi about it. If we stay aware of his moves, we should be good.*

Then Nuzuki looked at them and added,

"But even if I learned this information from a few insects that got in my way, I must also remember who helped me a lot."

He then whistled and waited there for a couple of seconds. 

At first, it was dead silent and nothing happened. But Nuzuki was still silent and looked he was sure about himself.

Even Caitrin said to herself,

*What is he waiting for?*

But after a short of waiting,  the barrier finally opened from above and a winged woman came from the sky, landing right beside Nuzuki. And as she did not lift her face It was not clear who she was at first, but her blonde hair and white wings reminded everything that Caitrin had seen.

It was the same woman that she saw back in Aetas.

Nuzuki said,

"And here she is! My loyal cousin, Samania!"

*Cousin!?* Caitrin said to herself self as she looked at them very surprised.

"This was the woman that you saw, wasn't it, Caitrin?" Orano added while Caitrin was still looking at them shocked.

"Yeah, it was her."

It was very surprising and confusing for Caitrin to see her here too, but the fact that she was an Orwell and was a cousin of Nuzuki made things more normal.

Nuzuki then grinned and said,

"Samania! Oh, Samania! She has helped me countless times before almost in everything, whatever is to find a piece of information, a person, or an item that I was looking for. 

She may have rejected to do some of the work that was decided for her and we had some "hard" times actually. But I'm still grateful for what she has done for me. At last, I found those pathetic creature hunters thanks to her."

As Nuzuki said that, all of them looked at him confused. 

What did he mean by that? And what did had to do with the creature hunters? Was she was a part of this too? 

They had to find out.

"What are you talking about?" Orano asked with a much more serious and slightly angry expression.

Then Nuzuki looked at them confused for a couple of seconds and said,

"Wait, you don't know? So you haven't figured it out yet?"
