Inside an army truck was Miguel with a new task force team. He appeared to be resting until he arrived at his mission location.

“-Hey Miguel. (Thomas)

-Hey, how's the foot? (Miguel)

-Improving little by little... (Thomas)

The two were silent, it seemed that something was still bothering them, making them unable to act naturally.

-Did you hear? Looks like his funeral will be today. Didn't you want to pay your respects? (Thomas)

-I was actually called on a mission. We will return to that location and see if we can get any remains of the soldiers left behind. (Miguel)

-Do you really think there's anything left? (Thoams)

-No, but it's my job to check it out. (Miguel)

-I see, good luck then. (Thomas)"

-Miguel! Wake up, we arrived at the place. (soldier 1)

Miguel wakes up from his little rest and climbs out of the truck that has stopped beside the trenches. Going towards the first trench where his friend had died he could see a gigantic pool of blood spread on the ground. He where around the perimeter and on the floor he sees something white, it was a sheet of paper that was burnt at the edges and with blood dripping around it. He decides to open the sheet and sees that there is something written on it, when reading the paper his eyes widen, it was a last message left by Arthur.

-Miguel! Come see this from here! (soldier 1)

Going immediately to the spot he looks at what the soldiers found, his face seemed to have seen a ghost.

-This is impossible. (soldier 2)

Miguel knew what he had to do and began ordering his friends about the situation.

-PICK SOMETHING TO PUT IT ON! WE CANNOT LEAVE IT OUT FOR A LONG TIME. (Miguel)

Miguel once again looks at the found object with his eyes marveling at what he had managed to find.

In the neighborhood where Arthur grew up, neighbors began to wonder why Logan would never leave his house again. They constantly came to his house to ask him if he would like to visit them or go out for a walk with them, but the answer was always the same.

-Are you sure you don't want to come? It will be fun. (neighbor 1)

With his dead eyes he answers his neighbor.

-No... I don't feel like going out. (Logan)

Closing the door so he wouldn't have to talk anymore, he heads to his chair. He starts rummaging through photo albums he's seen hundreds of times, just so he can get the feel of those happy days again. But it was too late, he became an empty shell, no matter how hard he tried to remember those days he would remain empty inside. His universe was gone and he found himself in a dense darkness in which there was no sign of light. The sounds, the images, the traces, nothing existed in that world, only the deepest darkness.

My universe... my world... no longer exists. That's why they say that we can only worship God because he is eternal, no matter what happens he will always be there for you. But if you dare to worship something ephemeral you will regret it, because the moment that thing ceases to exist you will collapse. (Logan)

Months passed, neighbors kept trying, but it was always the same answer. Nothing made Logan see the glow of life again. Sitting in the same armchair, his eyes dead and his face sad, he hears his house bell ring. Thinking it could be another neighbor trying to cheer him up, he went to answer it, but when he opened the door he was surprised, they were people he had never seen in his life. An extremely beautiful and elegant couple with their son beside them, he was young and must have been around 8 years old.

-Good Morning, by any chance this is Logan's house? (men)

-Yes, It's really me. (Logan)

-It is a great pleasure to meet you in person sir. My husband and I really wanted to visit him to see his face and meet him. (woman)

Logan a little sad responds to the couple.

-I'm sorry for being like that, but could they leave? I'm not too excited for a conversation. (Logan)

-We know you're not very excited because of what happened, but it won't be long. (men)

-Do you know what happened? (Logan)

-Yes, that's why we're here. We came to thank you for your son. If not for him our dear Jonathan would not be alive now. (woman)

Logan looks puzzled, he couldn't understand the situation.

-Our son had a big health problem and one of his organs didn't resist, if we didn't find a donor he would die. That's when we received an organ donated by his son, one of the soldiers sent it to the donation center. (men)

-This is impossible. They informed me that my son's organs were not left, they were all destroyed as well as the rest of his body. (Logan)

-Yes, there's no organ left. (woman)

-But there is one that remained intact even after the explosion. (men)

Logan increased his expression of doubt, until a single sound resonates over him, as if he was being run over by something.

Bundum.

His expression instantly changes, his lifeless dark eyes finally open and begin to feel the light. Looking in the direction where the sound came, he sees the couple's son. Logan calmly crouches down to be at the child's height, he moves a little closer to her, but out of fear she hides behind her mother's leg. Looking at her, the child sees his parents smiling and nodding, indicating that everything was fine. No longer afraid of the unknown man, he steps out from behind his mother and faces Logan again. Logan seeing the boy's restlessness smiles and in a calm voice asks him.

-I can listen? (Logan)

The boy shyly shakes his head saying yes. Logan begins to approach the boy's chest very slowly.

Bundum.

Ahhh, that sound. (Logan)

Bundum.

Bundum.

How I missed listening to him. (Logan)

Little by little, Logan's universe returns to having traces.

Bundum.

Bundum.

He gets closer and closer until he finally puts his ear to the boy's chest.

Bundum.

Bundum.

Bundum.

With tears streaming down his eye, Logan starts to cry frantically. Losing himself in the sound of his son's heart beating in the boy's body, he could only cry with happiness.

My universe, he finally came back. In fact, he never ceased to exist, he just made room so that the universe of these people could go on living. But the important thing is that it still throbs inside this boy. It still exists and that makes me completely happy.

Bundum.

Bundum.

Bundum.

Bundum.

Bundum.

Bundum.

Bundum.

Bundum.

Are you listening Rochely...? That's our son's sound. (Logan)
