Coronation

Click, Click, Click! 

On a cold and rainy night, although the sounds of the keyboard have been drowned out, the man continues typing endlessly through the night. 

*Achoo!*

'Ugh I might get a cold at this rate, but I'm almost done, all I got to do is proofread this and post it on INSIGHT.' 

Xeno was working on the newfound information to post on 'INSIGHT', along with the help of Kei he has reached the conclusion that the company 'Blue Moon' was developing a new VR game that integrates the full body immersion that was the latest breakthrough of the VR technology, thought it was not 100% sure Xeno still decided to make a gamble with his reputation on the line, though he was making a gamble he did make a failsafe which is the word "speculation" in what he wrote, just incase what he said was totally wrong he can safely escape using the word "speculation". There was another problem that Xeno thought, although he did discover this, a question was still left unanswered. When? When was the release of this new game that he mentioned. Thought he did not knew he made a guess that it should be within a year or two.

'And Enter, Finished!!!'

After finishing up, Xeno left his chair, prepared an alarm for tomorrows mercenary job and promptly fell onto his bed.

Within the borders of the Trion Empire, in the capital city of the guild, was a man dozing off at the highest building. 

*Yawn!*

A violent yawn escaped his mouth.

[ Chatroom (Trion Guild) ]

(Guild Leader) Elle: I want to thankyou all for coming all this way to help in the coronation. To those within the production class who participated in preparing the festivities and to the combat classes that will help protect us during the coronation.

'Ah its Elle, the one who will be coronated as the empress of the empire. I wonder if it will go well.'

As Xeno thought of this, he continued thinking about all the information he gathered from the other servers that already finished their coronation. 

Firstly there were those who opposed the coronation, meaning enemy guilds, though I did propose to them that I can investigate those enemy guilds for a price, well they declined my offer, saying that it was alright and that they could handle it. 

'That's a little stupid I thought' 

Though saving money is fine, but if they successfully kill Elle during the coronation all the money that went to it would be a waste and they wouldn't be officially recognized as the ruler of the continent, which leads to them losing power, and control on the continent, for each time they fail they would need to prepare again the banquet, decorations and such, which leads to using more money.

There were many more quests that I knew but they are mostly related to those who are not combat oriented. After the coronation there will be a quest to suppress enemies causing a revolution, though its not really recommended to do a revolution due to high chances of losing and costs. After that, there was nothing more, the end of the game. Though others players can still continue their basic quests, there were no more main story episodes and such.

Elle: I'll be getting prepared for the coronation now, it will all begin in 10 minutes please move to your positions everyone!

"I'm already at my position anyways, at the highest vantage point I could pin point movements with the 'All Seeing Eye' function in my bow."

This bow was one of my greatest assets in scouting and spying enemies, and earning information. Just like a drone the [All Seeing Eye] skill allowed me to view everything within a drone like position, I can close in for a proper view or go high up and have a birds eye view. Best thing yet is that no one can see or detect the camera that's looking at them. 

'10 Minutes has passed lets get started then!'

I used my skill to get a birds eye view of the entire area. Although the drone like view can only stay within 3KM of the user I can still see everything outside of the 3km max range. 

'Lets see. We got some mages on the move already huh, we only just got started.' 

Though I could shoot them with my bow, I can't use both skills at the same time which is a shame. At least I can use the chat box while the duration of the skill is ongoing.

'That was tiring. Is what I would say but all I did was move around the camera view, marked the enemies and inform them where they are.' 

Simple but time consuming.

'As for how things are going, umm. I guess we are doing great, so far the coronation has not suffered from mage attacks since they were a priority but there were still NPC civilians and players hurt from the melee classes.' 

There were at least 4 guilds that tried ruining the coronation, the number of attackers where in 4 digits, max level guilds had only maximum members of 1000, the Trion guild was maxed out along with the hired mercenaries they numbered 2200, thought lesser than the opponents all the hired mercenaries were at least within the level 190 and above. Surprisingly the loss of other big guilds were quite big when they were fighting against the Trion guild to conquer the continent, thus they couldn't do much. 

'It was already quite impressive that more than 2000 infiltrated in the city which is the territory of the Trion guild, mostly assassins were able to get in due to the nature of their class, mages were low in numbers compared to the rest.'

Now this is truly the end, I'll be getting my pay and go to sleep again, probably. Maybe I should sell my account huh. 

Xeno: It's over now right, I'll be going now. 

I sent the message in the Trion guild chatroom, but just as I was about to log off, a DM came.

Elle: Thankyou very much Xeno, but may I take some of your time.

Xeno: Sure.

Elle: Although the pay for the job was quite low, you still accepted it, are you really in a need for funds?

Xeno: Not really, just saving.

Elle: Saving for the VR game?

Xeno: .. I see so you are also a member of the INSIGHT website?

Elle: Yep! So you really are in need of money for it, how about you take my offer then ;)

'What is she planning, and what's with the wink...'

Xeno: Offer?

Elle: Join my guild, we function in multiple other games and can give you our support, and as long as you can provide us first priority in your information gathering we can also help you fund for that VR game, how about it?

'What an attractive offer, is what I'd like to say but other games do not interest me too much, I want to be doing information gathering on the hottest game to earn as much as I can, although I don't know much what's in the VR game maybe I can expect there help there as a guild member but I'm a solo player, and giving them first priority on the information is a little bit hard, not gonna lie so.'

Xeno: I decline.

Elle: *Humph* I knew you would say that, after you've been selling information about my guild to delay the war you still got the nerve to decline.

Xeno: OH! I remember I had something to do haha! Sorry I GTG see ya!

[ Player Xeno: Offline ]

'Yikes, that was something,  and what's with that humph is she a little girl or something, Is she pouting? Why invite me when you knew I was the one doing that... I sometimes don't understand what's going on in her head.'

As I finished that thought I quickly went to take a warm bath just incase I have a cold due to yesterdays rain. Although I finished quickly and wanted to take a nap now, I decided to check what the people thought about the speculation.

As I quickly read through the comments. All their comments leaned towards negativity and disagreement until I saw one comment.

I let out a loud scream that even woke up my mother though that is a story for another time.

The reply of the 'Blue Moon' was another link. As I checked the link it was in English at first but soon was translated by my browser, and this was the reason that I shouted out loud.
