A suprising tomorrow

Li and I were deep inside the forest when we reached an empty field. "Let's eat lunch." Li sat down on the ground and reached into her leather bag hanging over her shoulder. She had a light blue blouse and a short skirt on.  She patted her hand on the ground next to her and as I sat down she handed me a sandwich. "should we check your info-board?" Li reached into the bag and brought out a similar rock to that Min-Su had used. This morning Min-Su woke me up very early so that she could train me at hiding my abilities for when Li asked me to check. Li had also previously checked my information right before we entered the forest. Then my info-board said:

The explanation for all the skills: Basic Ice Knife-A small ice shard that appears in my hand, Basic ice crystal is just an ice knife that has a velocity and that can appear outside of my hand. Dark veil- An area around 20 meters from me where I can detect living things. Eternal Order-Allows me to send a message to any of my servants or colleges, it feels weird to call them servants. Right now just that's just Min-Su and Su-Bin. ???-I don't know it might appear later when I reach a higher level. When I asked Min-Su about it when we first checked she just said that she has never seen something like that before.

For me, the information on my info-board didn't mean much. I had no idea if 100MCA was much or not. Same with the other ones. It did seem quite little because I had lost 50 mana but I had only cast Ice crystal twice. So it seemed like Ice Crystal consumes 25 mana.  According to Min-Su, Elemental was how much of the element you can control. Most gods have around 70-80% but mine is just 7%. At least that is around the human average on the god scale.

"Good, it seems you have made some progress." Li smiled at me and handed me the stone tablet. "Let's keep going when we finish eating." Li took a bite out of her sandwich. It had cheese and ham. I looked through mine and saw that I also had cheese in mine. "You don't like cheese?" Li said as she saw me pull out the cheese slice from the sandwich. "No, I don't." She nodded and reached into her bag. "Do you want something else? I have more ham, chicken, and lettuce." She starter to pull out all sorts of things from her bag. "I just want some lettuce." She nodded and put everything else back. "Wait, do we gods need to eat? Before today I trained a few days in a row but didn't even get hungry nor thirst." "We don't need to eat but it still tastes good and it helps us regenerate mana." "I see."
We continued eating for a while. During lunch, we also chatted about different things. I told Li about the world I used to live in and about my classmate. And she told me about the crescent moon-formed continent called Thule were these gods ruled. I also learned that when I reach elemental 20 I will be able to visit this continent. From what she had explained I realized that this world was just like a medical world with magic just like those in the mangas I had read.

We continued hunting until the evening. "Do you feel tired yet?" Li shouted over her shoulder as we continued onwards. "No, we can keep going!" I shouted back. But just after I heard a rustle in a bush next to me. I peered into the bush when suddenly a horned rabbit jumped out. "What in the..." I fell backward in shock as the rabbit lunched towards me. "Gather your mind and use a spell!" I heard Li running towards me as I started chanting."Oh, element of cold, gather in my hand." A small ice shard appeared in my hand and I stabbed the horned rabbit's stomach so that it fell backward. "Are you alright?" Li's head popped out of the bush next to the rabbit's corpse. I nodded and looked closer at the rabbit. A strange black smoke was leaking out of the rabbit. "What is that smoke from the rabbit?" Li looked towards the rabbit and back at me. "What smoke?" I pointed "The black smoke that is leaking out of the corpse where my ice blade hit it." She looked again and after a while, she shook her head. "I still cant see any smoke." I crawled closer to the rabbit and when I was just a few centimeters away I suddenly got an instinct almost like a voice in the back of my head telling me to revive it. "Are you sure you are okay?" Li pulled me back from my thoughts. "Yeah, I can see the camp from here you can head back." She looked at me with an unsure look. But she then smiled and nodded. "See you tomorrow." "Uh, yeah, sure, See you." I looked back at me after but then continued to walk away to the door."

"What seems to be the problem, sir?" Su-Bin suddenly appeared behind me. "God, you scared me." I looked away from the rabbit and saw him standing there behind me while reading a book. "Can you see the smoke from the rabbit?" I took his hand as he reached out for me and stood up. He closed his book and looked at the rabbit. "No. I cannot." He seemed to be in deep thought. "Something said that I could revive it." He nodded and looked me in the eyes. I was quite tall in my class but he made me fall small. He must have been almost two meters. But at the same time, he wasn't that muscular. "Try it." "Huh, sorry?" "Try reviving it." He said again. "Okay..." I reached out my hand towards the rabbit. Wait a minute, what do I chant? But just as I thought that the black smoke started to gather in my hand and as I focused harder on gathering the smoke in my hand, the smoke gathered much faster. When all the smoke was gone the skeleton of the rabbit was all that was left. "What now?" I looked towards Su-Bin, but he seemed to be captivated by something else. He slowly pointed towards the rabbit. As I looked back I almost fell back on my butt. The rabbit was now standing again but just the skeleton. Its eyes were a deep red and it felt like it was staring into my soul. "it worked!" I happily looked back at Su-Bin but he looked more terrified than happy. "What's wrong?" He counted to just stare at the rabbit. "Command it to something simple, like running back and forth and attacking that tree." He pointed to a tree at the edge of the forest just up ahead. "Okay, uhh, Rabbit one(?). Attack that tree and run back and forth." The rabbit nodded and did as told. "Now I see why the gods seemed scared." Sorry?  "I made a rabbit skeleton what is there to be scared of and how did you know that they were scared. Wait how did they know I could do this?" I was very confused. Su-Bin sighed and sat down at a rock and nodded towards another rock. When I sat down he started talking. "First things first. I knew that they were scared because I used a spell and placed a spell on shadows so that I could hear out of them. They know what you are capable of because of their dreams. Lastly, the reason this is scary isn't the fact that you can summon skeletons. There are other necromancers too. The thing that is scary is that they are smart. A normal skeleton soldier humanoid or not wouldn't be able to do so specific orders as the rabbit. The most advanced orders would be something like 'hide behind that pillar' or 'ambush them here'. And if you gave the same order you just did it would be confused and start attacking all treas. You cant give a normal skeleton a specific target." Su-Bin took a long breath. "So what you are saying is that my skeletons are too smart?" He nodded. "Basically yes." I stood up and looked at the rabbit running back and forth. "Come here rabbit one." It stopped and jumped towards me until it stopped in front of me. "Disperse." The glow in its eyes faded and the skeleton crumpled back to being just bones. Now there was no more smoke coming out from it. I guess that it just comes out from them I can summon. "Well, not much we can do. Let's head to bed." I started to walk towards my tent.
