The True Aka Manto Awakens

「Aka Manto, what happened to you?

「Jorugumo?Wh-」

*slap*Did she just slap me...? 

Why?

Her eyes are full of tears... 

What did I do? She grabs me, she's breathing but it's as if her hands were colder than ice. Now that I get a closer look her skin is whiter than snow. Who is she?

「WHERE THE HELL WERE YOU!?」

「I-I'm sorry but, what are you talking abo-」

「DON'T GIVE ME THAT CRAP! I SEARCHED FOR YOU SO LONG AND YOU JUST VANISHED WITHOUT TELLING ME! THE HELL WERE YOU!?」

「Jorugumo」

「TELL ME! DON'T PLAY DUMB AND JUST TELL ME!」

「I...honestly don't remember anything...sorry」I hear a door slam open and out comes a lustrous woman with a demonic look

「 Hahaha well if it isn't the once great demon of the underworld Aka Manto!」

「You know who I am?」

「Who doesn't? You defeated great demons such as Behemoth, Satan, Lucifer and even some angels!」

「I don't recall anything of the sort.」

「 Impossible! Did you actually find a way to seal your memories?」

「 Huh? 」

I seriously hope all this is a dream. Hell. Heaven. Memory Concealment. Angels. Demons. Man, I must've turned into a crazed maniac. Though might as well play along.

「You said I beat great demonic figures right?」

「 Yes, it's true」

「Then how did I do it?」

「 You have a great number of fighting capabilities, you have the power to become The Devil」

「So fight me! Let's see how strong I am right now.」

「 Are you willing to give me such an honour?」

「Let's do it!」

 She charges at me, but this is my dream so I quickly intercept her attack and- huh HAAAAAA!? She quickly takes me down and whooped my ass.

「How the hell...」

「Are you so weak Manto-sama?」

「THAT'S WHAT I WANT TO KNOW! Didn't you say I beat some great demons or something?! Are you sure you're not mistaking me for another guy or something?」

「Hmmm..here eat this!」

「Sweets? Sure!」

 It was at that moment I realized that these weren't regular sweets. I felt a gigantic tingling sensation deep in my body. It's as if there was something inside my body and it's trying to come out. It hurts... It hurts like hell... Why does everything in this world hurt?!

「You... These aren't sweets are they!?」

「I never said they were sweets, I just told you to eat them which you did. You didn't have to eat them if you didn't want to, you know.」

「 What did you do to me?」

「 I'm simply trying to release your hidden powers. It seems when you sealed your memories you did the same with your powers so in your current state you're weaker than even a goblin. Which is pretty pathetic considering even a human can kill a goblin.」

「 Are you saying that I'm weaker than even the average human?」

「Yes, that's correct.」

「 How the hell am I supposed to fight all these demons then if I can't even beat a goblin?」

「May I use this on you?」 

In her hand was a sword. Made of obsidian. It had a strong dark demonic aura in it, I would normally refuse an offer like this. However, she can probably beat me up in an instant in my current state. I should probably comply if I want any chance of getting out of this alive. After all I am in Hell. Man, I should have never read that stupid book about demons.I wonder why my previous self-sealed both his memories and powers though, it's rather inconvenient. Thanks a lot, stupid Aka Manto!

「Even if you ask that, I don't think I even have enough power to stop you.」

「Haha, good, good, you're learning!」

「Yeesh, you could've been more subtle about it you sadistic demon.」

「Nothing! Nothing at all!」

「That's what I thought! Hee hee~」

「Hahaha...haha.ha... I HEARD THAT YOU BRAT!!」

 I knew I messed up when crimson flames decided to emanate from her hands. Her terrifying angry expression explains it all. Eyes full of bloodlust. Eyes that have seen death. These were the eyes of a killer, a murderer, a... demon... She truly was a demon. I shouldn't have taken her so lightly. She then proceeded towards me. Charging at me. Rampaging at me
