Wishes

Chapter 9

They could feel the warmth of the sun. The sun's warm light with the beautiful scenery of Eiffel tower and the nature of the city of Paris made the atmosphere better than any normal environment. Birds were chirping in the trees. Ban and Natsumi was standing there in that beautiful atmosphere. Natsumi while looking at that scenery.

Ban asks her from behind her :"Do you want stay here or do you want to fulfill your other wishes next?"

Natsumi replies to him while looking at the beautiful scenery of Paris :"I think I want to stay here for a little bit of time"

Ban asks her :"Well then. Can I go over there for a little bit?"

Natsumi asks him :"Where?"

Ban points at one of the electronics shop in the city of Paris with his right hand.

He replies to her :"There"

Natsumi replies to him :"You can go there. You are not a child to take my permission to go somewhere. You can go anywhere you want without asking me."

Ban apologizes to her :"I am sorry for that. I am going to refrain asking from you in the future"

Afterwards Ban leaves that place and went to that electronic store that he wanted to go. In that time, Natsumi was seeing the beauty of Paris and starts to walk towards the Eiffel tower. While walking without noticing she bends into the crowds of people. The streets were full of people. She was being squashed in there. After walking sometime she gets out of the crowds and stare at the Eiffel tower. After sometime she saw her surrounding and finds out that she is lost.

Natsumi thought to herself [I am lost. What shall I do? I don't know how to go back from Paris. Also where is he? Why is he so late? Did he abandoned me cause I am being selfish. Did he really leave me?]

She starts to panic. She was feeling uneasy and anxious. While she was panicking and feeling uneasy someone behind her grabs her shoulder. She was surprised. She was also startled.

Natsumi yells :"AHHHH!!"

It was Ban who grabbed her shoulder. Ban also startles by her reaction.

He asks her :"It's me. Why are so surprised?"

Natsumi calmed down and saying :"It's only you. Thank goodness."

Ban asks her :"Why did you move from there? I thought for a moment that I lost you and I had to use my power to find you."

Natsumi stops walking. She feels a bit of sad and guilty.

She apologizes to him for doing that :"I am sorry. I didn't know when I started to walk. Before I knew it I was captured by the beauty of the city of Paris and start walking forward."

Ban replies to her :"It's ok. You didn't have to apologize for that. It was my fault for leaving you in the first place. If this place wasn't crowded, everyone would have been looking at us being weird because you were yelling a moment ago."

Natsumi replies to him :"I see. By the way why did you go to the electronic store? I thought you might never came back."

Ban replies to her :"Stupid!!!"

Natsumi gets angry and she asks him angrily :"Who are you calling stupid?!"

Ban replies to her with a smile on his face :"I am not that kind of person who will leave his job for such a childish reason. I just bought a camera from there."

She asks him :"Why did you buy a camera? I am going to die in a few hours. What could I do with a camera?"

Ban replies to her question :"Even if you die you can still have some pictures of the places you visited and keep it to see it once again before you die."

Natsumi replies to him :"I didn't think of it like this. Then let's take some pictures. Can you take some pictures of me holding the Eiffel tower"

Ban agrees with her and said :"Ok. But how?"

Afterwards she goes in front of the Eiffel tower and puts her hand in a way as if she was holding the Eiffel tower. Ban realizes that's the way she wants to take it. He takes some pictures of her holding the tower. They also went to the cafes in there. She ate some of the local foods and took some pictures there. After they left the cafe they also took some pictures of the local normal crowds. They starts to walk again. They starts to talk while walking.

Ban asks her:"Do you want to go anywhere else?"

Natsumi replies to him :"Of course, I want to go to some other place. But first answer me how did you find the money to buy the camera?"

Ban replies to her :"I can create money."

She asks him :"Isn't that kinda like fake money?"

He replies to her :"Even though it is fake, it look and feel like the real money."

She stops walking and asks him with curious eyes :"How much money do you have now?"

Ban replies to her :"Infinite."

Natsumi remembers something that her

mother told her sometimes ago.

She said this to him :"I remembered something."

Ban asks her :"What did you remember?"

Natsumi replies to him :"I don't think I have told you about this yet but I think you already knew that my mother is businesswoman. She always used to say "when you have the power to obtain everything just use that power to take everything you can". "

Ban didn't understands what it have in common with her situation. Her situation of dying in the next few hours.

So he asks her like this :"So what does that have any connections with that you are going to die?"

Natsumi realizes that he actually thought that it will be related to her wish. Though it really didn't have any connections with her current situation.

She replies to him :"It just means that, I am gonna work you to the very end until you have completed all my wish. After all it's your job to fulfill my wish."

She continues with a evil face :"Aren't I, right?"

He asks her :"Take it easy on me"

Ban didn't realizes that she is trying to make fun of him. To make him a bit scared towards her. He really believed in what she said as if she really meant that. Natsumi feels disappointed in him. Though she didn't want him to know that she was trying to make fun of him.

She replies to him with disappointed tune :"It's ok. I am just joking."

Ban replies to her :"Ok."

Natsumi well knew that she have only some hours left before she will die. They have been staying in the city of Paris for sometimes now. She knew very well that they don't have infinite times to stay in here. She almost saw everything that is special about this city, about this country, nature and historical monuments. She wanted to stay a little bit longer but she knew it's not the best choice. She also had many other wishes

She starts to walk and asks him :"My next wish is, I want to go to Egypt."

Ban replies to her :"I understand. But follow me for a bit. Since there is so many people around here. It will be a hassle if I opens a portal in here." 

After he said this to her, he starts walking towards a place with no people around and a place where nobody could see him making a portal. Natsumi starts to follow him after he starts walking. They enters a place. That place was a bit older than the rest of the other buildings and it was an abandoned building on top of that. He makes a portal inside of that building. Though this time around he didn't use any magic enchantment. He just forwarded his hand and a portal appears. Natsumi was a bit surprised by that. He enters the portal. She also enters the portal afterwards. After both of them entered the portal's gate disappear. They arrived in Egypt. They were teleported in front of the Giza's pyramids. Natsumi saw the great Giza's pyramids. She was very happy seeing that. Ban took a picture of her looking at it. She saw a people cooking out on a very distance. He was cooking something. She walks up there. Ban following her from behind. He was selling some local food in there. She thought of testing it and bought some of the local foods. And of course, Ban was the person who gave the money. They starts walking around the Giza. While walking Ban told her about the history of the pharaohs of the Egypt. She ate it while walking and listening to him. That local food is called shawarma. She really finds it delicious.

Natsumi didn't know how to pronounce it. So her pronunciation of that wasn't really good.

She replies to him :"This shawa..rrawa...ma thing was very delicious."

Ban tries to help her pronunciation by saying this :"It's called shawarma."

Natsumi knew that she wouldn't be able to say the right pronunciations that

easily. It was hard for her.

She replies to him :"I wanna go to Dubai next. Then jump from the most tallest building in the world. Hmm... Hmm... What was it called again?"

Ban replies to her question :"It's called Burj Khalifa. But you are gonna die if you fall from the tower."

She replies to him :"That's easy. You are gonna make a portal at the very bottom of it and I will jump in it."

Ban didn't think greatly of her plan. It wasn't that great plan and it had some flaws.

So he replies to her with a uncomfortable face :"Ok"

She asks him with angry voice this :"What's wrong? Don't you think I can do this?!!!!"

Ban replies to her affirmatively :"Yes, I think you can. It's just that I am bit worried."

Natsumi replies to him :"Don't worry. It will be fine."

Afterward Ban opens up a portal without any magic enchantments. They both enters the portal and he makes her stand in the very top of Burj khalifa. She looks beneath her once and takes a deep breath. It was pretty windy up there. She was trying to balance herself but she wasn't able to do but fell. He makes a portal at the very bottom of the Skyscraper at the nick of time. She successfully falls into the portal he made. Many people saw it. They thought at first that she is having a suicidal jump but right after she banishes by jumping on the portal they thought that they were seeing just some hallucinations or it was just a bird. The portal teleports her on top of a very bouncy trampoline. She feels a bit pain still.

Natsumi said this to him :"It hurts."

He replies to her :"At least you didn't die. Be grateful"

Natsumi replies to him :"Well then. I wanna go to the moon with spacecraft in the next five minutes. I also want to eat in all of the best restaurant in the world. I wanna go to Saudi Arabia, America, London, Cathedral Castle, India, Siberia. I wanna use the best phone, PC, game console and play the best games. I wanna know what happened in the ending of one piece."

Ban felt as if a building was falling into him by every wish she said to him.

He asks her :"All of that? Aren't you supposed to go easy on me?"

Natsumi replies to him :"Yes. I am going easy on you. If I didn't go easy on you, You would have been my slave and would have been exhausted by now. Btw aren't you supposed to make me die without regrets?"

Ban replies to her :"Ok. I am doing it"

Afterwards he made all of her wishes complete. They took some pictures of those places. All the money that was spend was given by Ban. She almost spends over a billion dollars in all of that. She also went from a place to another place by the world fastest plane, rides the world fastest car, saw some bizarre creature that no humans saw before, went inside the Bermuda triangle, saw some aliens.

Twenty minutes left before she will die
