The alarm on my cellphone woke me up.

I shaked my head to the sides, before waking up completely.

“Ugh…” - I hate waking up.

“Yawn” - The cat in my lap streched his paws. Seems he hates waking up too.

“5pm” - I read the time at the screen. Better get going.

I picked up the cat carefully and held him. He yawned again without complaining. Looks like he prefers to be carried over when he is sleepy.

I chuckled to myself.

How cute.

I exited the kitchen still feeling a bit drowsy, and climbed up the stairs.

Mom gets back at 6pm, after all.
