After eating the big frog I sense more mana in me, after a certain point all creatures get mana I guess.
I have it now but I cannot cast magic, how do you even do that?
I am from another world so I have no idea, nothing comes out no matter how I try.
I can still use skills though which is different from magic, it doesn't use mana but you can also consider it a form of magic.

The creatures around here are all weak, it has to do with their evolution lines not being met.
They eat each other and are hunted so much that they don't a chance to evolve further on than 1 or 2 times.
That frog was the outlier here, C rank threats? that may be the limit around here.

Another easy kill as I web sling some small animal over and eat it.
The taste?
Not good but I can endure it, like eating food you don't like but there is nothing else to eat.
It's getting easier to hunt now, I am getting used to this.
'he's just eating those as is, gross'

'the tarachnid is from a great god dungeon so it is on another level compared to those ones, plus we are heading to a less dangerous god dungeon, it shouldn't be that hard as long as we support tara in combat'

The sun is going down and dusk is approaching.
We have tents and I also add my webs to it from the side, a sort of spiderweb dome over the tent but not too thick.
I lay out more threads around the area along the ground as spider feelers for animals or humans that might come near us.
I would be alerted when a prey touches them but it's actually not that good since I am not a hairy spider which means I am not as sensitive to these webs as a hairy spider.
It will still work of course but I might not even notice if they cut some of the webs.
Seems pointless right? better than nothing I say.
Another night outside as the girls eat their meal by the camfire and preparing to sleep, this is becoming common for us now, I kind of like it.
Being in nature and relaxing, this is what an adventure is like.
We are being forced to take it the tougher quests but it's not that bad.
The air is somewhat cold but I can't really feel it that much, the girls brought blankets for this reason so they are fine.
And so passes the night.

It's a long way to our destination actually, weeks of walking since it's near the northern border of the kingdom and we were near the southern part.
So far it's going well even though I didn't except to be hunting so much just to keep my appetite.
Should I be eating more? I don't know, what if there's some gluttony title which forces me into hunger or eating alot is what's needed for an evolution pathway.
Isn't my best way this then? keep eating normally.
I think that as a catch in another prey from nearby, lizard for breakfast?
