Chapter 42: Ankoku, The First Anti-God (Part 2)

"Aimiya: Two weeks... God.. f**king damn it!!! What are we going to do..?"
"Master Ryoko: As much as it pains me to admit, we're pushed far into a corner this time."
"Masunashi: We can't give up..!"
"Lotus: I hate to say this but Masunashi, we may not have another choice. It has been two weeks since Gaito lost consciousness."
"Masunashi: But I know we can keep fighting! We have to get Japan back somehow!"
"???: That's not a wise decision."
(They looked around as they heard the voice but saw a green light as the necromancer from before showed up with the Ring of Reversal and a sealed grimoire.)

"Aimiya: Who are you?!"
"Goxius: I am Goxius, I am a Necromancer."
"Master Ryoko: A necromancer huh..?"
"Lotus: Is there anything we could do for you?"
"Goxius: Yes. I want you guys to continue fighting."
"Masunashi: That's what I said!"
"Aimiya: But how..? There are possibly millions of demons out there, even I can't kill them myself!"
"Goxius: Aimiya. You're the very first man to have dethroned Zeus. Are you giving up?"
"Aimiya: Hell no! I've just never been backed into a corner this bad before...!"
"Goxius: I believe I could help you guys with your dilemma."
(He unchained his grimoire and goes through several pages and chants a spell which then had one mark on their foreheads, including Gaito's which boosts their powers.)
"Masunashi: What did you do?"

"Goxius: The spell I laid upon you all was an enchantment spell, this will give you powerful advances against not just the demons, but Ankoku if you see him again. The only one strong enough to rival against Hades and Cerberus is Gaito. Lotus and Aimiya, you two have extraordinary combat experience and abilities but Cerberus is not to be joked with and the same goes for Hades."

(They both understood with a nod.)
"Master Ryoko: How long does the enchantment last?"
"Goxius: This enchantment will end in two hours. You have only two hours to defeat Ankoku and lower their defenses."
"Masunashi: Wait! Is there anything you could do for Gaito? He hasn't wake up in two weeks!"
"Goxius: I could try something."
(He kneeled down and focused on Gaito then started reversing his damage and the wounds to his arm and body.)
"There. He should wake up at any-"
(The whole roof of the hideout instantly was shot into space as Gaito was got in less than a millisecond and surprised everyone else except Goxius.)
"Second."
(Gaito was running across the entire field of carnage as he started to ascend greater heights with Ember Mist and sensed Ankoku from afar then charged a powerful lightning bolt.)

"Gaito: LIGHTNING BOLT!"

(He'd fire the rapid bolt at Ankoku which then made a loud booming sound after a strong hit then Gaito jumped to the sky and yelled as he held his arm and started to charge a very powerful wave of lightning which electricity started to reach the skies and started to storm as light being flashed in the sky and bulked Gaito's power levels to a higher, yet terrifying level. Meanwhile, Azumi started holding on to her sword's sheath just in case as she sensed the rising power level.)

"Azumi: Whatever's going on down there, I hope everyone's ok."
"???: Oh they'll be fine... but you on the other hand. Will not."
(She turned around and through her mask she had a feared expression on seeing the man who murdered her grandfather.)
"Its been a while, hasn't it... Azumi Umezaki?"
"Azumi: You... YOU!"
(She tightened her fist and quickly drew her katana and vanished in front of him to land a hit but he'd avoid in time with a swift in the dark and reappeared.)
"???: Whoa now! How could you attack little old me like that? I just wanted us to catch up!"
"Azumi: I'D RATHER DIE THAN EVER "CATCH UP" WITH YOU.... KAJIOKA!"
"Kajioka: I see... so you're very serious here. But yes, your long time target Kajioka Takeichi has finally risen from the shadows once more. The one and only, ONILORD!"
"Azumi: BAKA! YOU'VE MURDERED MY GRANDFATHER, I SWEAR TO YOU.... I'LL MAKE YOU PAY! I WON'T STOP UNTIL I'VE TAKEN YOUR HEAD!"

"Kajioka: Try as you want, you're still no match for the one who sits below The Great Lucifer of Hell. Putting that in a shorter phrase, I'm actually at my peak in power shown here! Allow me to give you a demonstration of how stronger I've gotten ever since the last time I killed your grandpappy..!"

(In an instant, he appeared behind her which Azumi managed to block in time then pulled out her Wakizashi sword as her katana becomes engulfed with flames.)
"Azumi(Thinking): Just because he's faster doesn't mean I can't win!"
(She started to fight Kajioka but came to a halt after the entire Earth rattled due to Gaito's powerful lightning energy wave.)
"Gaito: I'LL KILL YOU ALL DAMN IT!!!!!!!"
(Hades got up from his throne and stared down the blast which was aiming at him as well and dissolved the wave after one ferocious swirl of wind knocking the blast off balance and had Gaito displeased yet more pissed off.)
"HADESSS!!! LETS DANCE MOTHERF**KER!!"
(Gaito rocketed himself at Hades but came Cerberus stopping Gaito and fighting him instead as Ankoku turned his attention back to Jogeta.)
"Ankoku: How in the hell... ARE YOU STILL ALIVE..?!"
"Jogeta: The Sun. Is why.."
(He raises his claymore high as he had scars and bruises across his body.)

"Because of that very bright and shiny star, its the one reason I'm still alive and fighting. Plus... you won't be alive for long.."
"Ankoku: Just be quiet and DIE!"
(Ankoku fires a powerful black wave of energy which Jogeta then focused on concentrating his power into the tip of his claymore and aimed it at the wave.)
"Jogeta: Do you know why I'm one of the Heavenly Guardians, Ankoku..? Because I pour my heart, love, sweat, soul, spirit and MY OWN PRIDE INTO PROTECTING ALL! Don't ever underestimate the guardians!"
(A yellow flash of light began showing off his claymore and was ready to fire.)
"Heavenly Comet, Angel's Virtue!"

(The orb suddenly became bigger and fired at the size of three skyscrapers and instantly wiped out Ankoku's blast, Ankoku, half the demon army and managed to hit Hades which then exploded across the ocean and surprised everyone as Cerberus looked with worry and ran towards Hades and the others.)

"Noah: What happened...?"
"Velriot: Look..!"

(She pointed at the debris clearing up as Jogeta stared at the big crater he formed which was dragging them to the ocean. Everyone started to look closer at the water and felt the entire Earth trembling. In an instant, Ankoku blasted an entire portion of the ocean into the sky with him where blacker aura started to surround him as Hades and the others floated above the Earth as Ankoku stayed in the Earth's atmosphere.)

"Ankoku: FORGET IT ALL..! ITS TIME I PUT AN END TO YOU ALL!!!!"
(He began to yell at the top of his lungs and raised his hand in the air to create a universe-destroying energy wave full of black inferno. Gaito quickly tried to fly to the sky but vomited blood as he collapsed to the floor, at his limit.)
"Masunashi: GAITO!"
"Aimiya: GAITO!"
(They checked on him and saw blood running down his nose and mouth.)
"Gaito: I can't... be out of power...! This is not how it was... suppose to end...!"
"Lotus: What is going on..? How did Gaito lose his enchantment already?"
"Goxius: Because he overused it to the point it gave up on him. Judging from the look of things... we may as well kiss life goodbye."
"Master Ryoko: We still have our enchantments!"
"Goxius: I'm afraid.. the enchantments won't be enough. Unfortunately, we've lost this battle and now we're going to die."
(Ankoku's blast began to expand and become bigger than before. But Gaito then got up and dragged his injured body towards Ankoku as the others tried to bring him back.)

"Gaito: Let me... I'll finish this..."
(He stopped then looked up into the sky.)
"Zeus... I know you hear me old bastard... I need your portion of strength... just once more. Help me goddamn it.. I'm you're Demi-God of Lightning... LEND ME YOUR POWER ZEUS!!!!"
(A seal instantly broke off of Zanbato but wasn't Zeus. Zanbato then started glowing in the air and exploded as a dragon whom was trapped in the wooden blade for eons was finally released then roared into the skies as lightning struck down upon the wasteland. Everyone stared in awe at the dragon.)
"Lotus: No way..."
"Master Ryoko: The TRUE Lightning King...!"
(Everyone staring at the dragon bowed before him as Hades and the rest of the executives was in great shock at the return of the dragon king. After a while, the dragon landed and shifted into his humanoid form.)

"Dragon King: Gaito. Tamarei. You have freed me from the prison I was held in for eons. You have my gratitude and my utmost respect and I shall forever be in your debt. Tell me your wish and I shall see it through."
(Gaito smirked after wiping the blood off his mouth.)
"Gaito: I want the power to win.. I want to save my home and this dimension..!"
"Dragon King: Very well. I shall grant your request!"
(Gaito and the Dragon King then started to shine as the white light began getting bigger and bigger then instantly a powerful shockwave blasted away the destroyed debris then created a huge crater as the white aura suddenly risen to the skies and revealed pure blue lightning and Gaito and the Dragon King merged into one overpowered being.)
"Both: Demi-God True Form... Dragon Of Storms!"

(Masunashi and the others could not believe their eyes after witnessing Gaito's new transformation as Ankoku then had enough and released the massive energy wave then Gaito raised one finger in the way of the wave then fired a major load of lightning then a massive collision occurred as everyone else then was protected by the necromancer's grimoire magic to avoid the high winds and tremoring quakes.)

"Ankoku: IMPOSSIBLE! HOW IN THE HELL IS HE STILL FIGHTING AFTER ALL OF THAT?!"
"Gaito: A true warrior. A true hero, never calls it quits. I might be a sandwich-loving, careless, selfish loser. BUT NOT ANYMORE I'M NOT JUST A SANDWICH-LOVING, SELFISH PERSON, I AM THE LAST LINE OF HOPE FOR OUR HOME, OUR PLANET, OUR GALAXY, OUR... GODDAMN UNIVERSE!!!!"
(Gaito started yelling as he went far above his limit, his right arm circuiting red and blue lightning at the same time which then combined into purple lightning.)
"EMBER MIST... STAGE SEVEN!!!!!"
"Ankoku: NO! RAAAAHHHHH!!!!"
"Gaito: DRAGON KING, ONE LAST PUSH! HAAAAAAAAA!!!"

(The lightning wave became bigger than anyone could've imagined it as it then overpowered Ankoku's wave and landed a direct hit on every single one as Ankoku escaped the blast with only his left arm blasted off as Cerberus, Hades and the executives was all majorly damaged by Gaito's lightning then he charged more lightning into his right arm and aimed at Ankoku.)

"THIS IS FOR MASUNASHI!"
(Ankoku was hit in the face then launched across the continent and back as Gaito then raced time back and back to hit him continuously.)
"THIS IS FOR LOTUS!"
(He'd blast Ankoku now into the dark skies where then Gaito chopped Ankoku's body and rocketed him back to the ground where he lost too much power to fight. Gaito then clenches his fist and tried the punch again.)
"THIS IS FOR MASTER RYOKO, ATTACKING JAPAN... AND EVEN TAKING MILLIONS OF LIVES!!!! EMBER MIST!... LIVEWIREEEEEEEEE SMAAAAAAAAAAAAASSSSSSSSSSHHHHHHH!!!"

(He'd land a direct hit on Ankoku's chest where then Gaito rattled the entire Earth, creating more tremors, earthquakes and cracks everywhere as almost every country becomes affected by the aftermath of Gaito's attack. A few moments later, Gaito realizes that he drilled him and Ankoku four inches to the Earth's core. Gaito then dragged out Ankoku's body and powered down then collapsed after blood leaked and splattered across the ground. The healers quickly came over to heal him as the others saw the markings on Ankoku disappear and Sawano was given back his body but was severely hurt and unconscious where everyone was frozen with fear as Sawano was telling everyone the truth the entire time.)

"Lotus: No... he was telling the truth..."
"Aimiya(Thinking): Gaito..."
(Meanwhile, Azumi was knocked off her feet and covered her face as her mask was split into two by Kajioka and started to become pissed at her robe being ruined.)
"Kajioka: Such a utter disappointment... You spent all that time training, only to fall to me. Such a pity you did not live to see your dream accomplished."
"Azumi: GO TO HELL..! I'LL MAKE SURE YOU DIE IF ITS THE LAST THING I DO!!"
"Kajioka: Yawn. And what, fail again? Maybe I'll just kill you and be done with you."
(She noticed the sword was coming at her then she'd forcefully bite the blade and yanked it out of his hand then landed a powerful kick on his right arm which was then dislocated the wrong way and surprised him.)
"Surprising... you've managed to-"
(Azumi's hazel-colored eyes glowed as she instantly destroyed Kajioka's left arm by dissolving its matter without moving and had him shocked at first.)

"GAH! WHAT WAS THAT..? WHAT DID YOU DO..?!"
"Azumi: I destroyed your arm... Gonna regret what you said or do you wanna run away again? You pathetic, cocky scumbag. You might have power against me as one who sits about the Devil King... But."
(She stared at his left leg and dissolved its matters, causing it to explode.)
"I have more than an elemental power. This is my special ability, Limb Manipulation. At will, I can do whatever I can to my opponent's limbs and even explode it off if I wanted too!"
(Kajioka threw his sword at Azumi when then she'd avoid then continued to walk towards him.)
"Azumi: There goes your chance in victory."
"Kajioka: I don't think so... Might want to look!"
(She turned around to see the sword plunged through Azumi but this time through her back to her stomach where she'd then fall on her knees and began coughing blood then Kajioka brought the time to escape and looked back at her.)
"We will continue this battle another time! That is... if you somehow escape death!"

(He quickly went through the portal as Azumi pulled the sword out but then lost more blood and closed up her own wound. Meanwhile, Ares finished off one of the last demons and looked around at the fallen, deceased piles of demons during the attack, so did the Angels and humans. Ares then removed his helmet and raised it in the air laughing then.)

"Ares: VICTORY IS OURS!!!!"
(Everyone cheered for their victory but heard a booming voice in the sky.)
"Hades: NO!!!!"
(Hades, Cerberus and the executives somehow survived the lightning wave but quickly summoned a portal as Hades then grabbed the unconscious Sawano and Gaito saw then tried to get up and then he limped over to Sawano to save him but fell down in immense pain but then had tears clouded in his eyes and crawled towards him.)
"This. IS. NOT. OVER!"
"Gaito: Sawano...!! I-I'm... coming..! Wake up...! SAWANO, OPEN YOUR GODDAMN EYES!!!!!"
(Sawano heard Gaito then opened one bloodshot eye which he looked at Gaito and whispers:)
"Sawano: D-don't... come.. for.. me...."
(He and Hades goes through the portal as it then shuts as Gaito looked with disbelief on his face and began to lose his strength to stay awake.)
"Gaito: S-Sawano... for...give me.."

(He lost consciousness as he lied there with a tear rolling down his nose in massive regret. Five months passed as Japan was rebuilt thanks to the necromancer, the other countries that attended the tournament went back home after helping Japan in the battle. News Anchors everywhere in the world are talking about the situation after five months.)

"Newsman: As you can see, out of all areas, this massive hole in the middle of the ocean is the proof needed that a powerful God has ascended to the human world after being summoned straight from the depths of Hell. Multiple eyewitnesses has also seen the truth behind the mysterious power that was felt across the entire country. According to the fighters, Ankoku was actually discovered as Sawano Magachi. As the incident is finally over, the Elemental Federal Branch has announced a very urgent meeting but as the results are in. The entire incident has been classified as the fourth Elemental War between Gods, Goddesses, angels, demons, humans and Voidons as well. There has been twenty eight million passings, above fifty hundred thousand that are wounded or injured and there is one missing person. As the world desperately searches for Sawano Magachi, this has been classified as a high-alert search by the Elemental Federal Branch."

(In several hospitals, emergency bays and medical centers, they was separated area by area. In one of the major hospitals back in Hakodate, Gaito was resting in a hospital bed as Masunashi was next to Gaito but started to wake up and looked outside at the cloudy yet sunny skies. She looked next to her and saw Gaito whom was bandaged up but slowly walked to the window and heard a knock on the door.)

"Masunashi: C-Come in..!"
(The door opened and was Okisaki who brought in some flowers for Masunashi and Gaito.)
"Okisaki: Hi."
"Masunashi: Hi..."
(A few minutes later, Masunashi and Okisaki got to know one another better and was told everything that happened during her coma.)
"Okisaki: So. He was telling the truth this entire time. Now he's taken back to Hell with Hades and the rest of his attackers?"
"Masunashi: Yes."
"Okisaki: What happened to Gaito.?"
"Masunashi: My little brother had to risk everything and go all out. The several times he tried, they got right back up and kept beating us down. He didn't quit and now... this happened to him after the battle."
"Okisaki: I see."
(She looked at Gaito as the Dragon Lord then entered the room in his humanoid form.)
