Chapter 84: An Overpowering Turn Of Events!

(Onara was hearing a change to the boos and hatred in the audience as she stood there bleeding from her cuts and was almost out of breath and stamina. Kazuya and Shibuto continued to watch in worry as Choryrth waited for the next challenger. Onara then looked at the gates to see her third opponent. Everyone then noticed the audible clinking sounds which was coming from Onara's next challenger flicking a bullet in mid-air and catching it. Murmuring was heard as the fighter made his step in the ring.)
"???: Onara Shiori, I heard there's a bounty for your head."
"Onara: Bounty..?"
"???: A couple grand for your dismembered head. A little friend of mines has been dying to have your head on a platter, just for the boss."
(Everyone murmured as they was just now knowing about Onara's bounty.)
"Kazuya: A bounty..? On Onara?!"
"Shibuto: Choryrth, was there any bounties recently announced by the united government?"
"Choryrth: Unfortunately no. This is the first time I'm hearing about Onara's bounty."
"Shibuto: Then its what I thought."
"Kazuya: Huh?"
"Shibuto: Its the future, that's a fighter from the future."
"Kazuya: Again?! But didn't we deal with Amber and those two divine gods?"
"Shibuto: Yes. But something is different, I'm not sensing any power from this guy."
"Onara: ...."
(Another individual started to walk out of the gates but was carrying two mini axes and had his black hair flatted. Onara was surprised to see who she was challenging next.)
"Well well... How long has it been ever since I left Saikan Academy..?"
(Kazuya and Shibuto's eyes widened as they remembered Chimon.)
"Chimon: Far too long, Miss Shiori. Its a pleasure to see you again."
(Choryrth started sensing something completely different about Chimon considering they have not met before.)
"Choryrth: I don't like this.."
"Kazuya: Hm?"
"Choryrth: If its the future interfering in our timeline again, why is present Chimon fighting for that bounty hunter?"
(They both started to think about it and finally caught up to Choryrth's hypothesis.)

"Kazuya: That's very weird..."
"Shibuto: Mind control could be a reasonable answer why."
"Onara: Just because you're my former principal doesn't mean I plan to hold back, you know exactly what I'm capable of."
"Chimon: Of course."
"Choryrth: Onara, are you still able to compete?"
"Onara: Like hell I'm calling quits..!"
"Choryrth: Very well, are both combatants ready to engage?"
(Onara's stamina was recovered to a limited time as she then took her stance as before. Chimon did the same but had one of his axes out.)
"Begin!"
(Onara slowly closed in on Chimon regarding her wounded state and waited for the chance to attack. Chimon noticed Onara moving in as he did the same.)
"Shibuto: I don't know if Onara could continue like this. She is running out of blood ever since her previous fight with Miyu."
"Choryrth: You do make a valid point, Shibuto. But this is an ongoing tournament, no matter how tired or injured Onara is, she intends to keep it going until the final competitor. If she wishes to call for time, I will honor her wish as this is her tournament."
(Onara and Chimon began fighting, Onara was going at a slow yet steady pace as Chimon was blocking her incoming attacks and tries to land a direct hit on Onara. Chimon then strikes Onara's shoulder but was blocked by her katana's blade. Chimon then liquifies himself into a puddle and vanished into the ring. Onara looked around in a startled motion to locate him.)
"Kazuya: Huh?! Where did he go?!"
"Choryrth: Liquification? A rather impressive trick for an acid elemental."
"Kazuya: BACK THAT UP?!?!"
(Onara was focused to sense his elemental energy and saw dark and green bubbles forming out of the ring which confused Onara but was then blasted by a stray stream of acid which splashed on Onara and had her screaming in pain from the painful burning. Everyone else worried as some of the hating spectators cheered for Chimon and Kazuya and Shibuto was shocked.)

"Kazuya: ONARA!!!"
"Shibuto: She can't touch Chimon if he's in the ground and she can't touch him if he liquifies himself into an acid puddle. This will be tricky for Onara, that acid is serious business..!"
"Kazuya: WHAT CAN SHE DO?!"
"Shibuto: Onara has already gotten this far with two victories. If she slips up, this could be the end for her undefeated streak..."
"Kazuya: That reminds me, how long was Onara even undefeated?"
"Shibuto: Ever since the Intercontinental Elemental Tournament."
"Kazuya: THAT LONG?!?!?"
"Shibuto: You'd know this if you wasn't slacking in our Elemental classes when we was in the academy, Kazuya!"
"Kazuya: IT WAS JUST BORING OKAY?!"
(Onara's skin began dissolving due to the toxins from the acid and triggered Chimon to come in for a physical attack. Onara then hissed with a spinning backfist to Chimon's side which created a thundering boom and slid him across the ring. Chimon fell to one knee and noticed the bruise on his left body's side and brought a shock to everyone except Choryrth whom expected this.)
"Choryrth: Its happening."
"Shibuto: Pardon?"
"Choryrth: Onara's power is increasing. If you remember in her previous matches, she was depleting her physical strength considering the assumption she did not feel the need to use it, although she focused on weapon combat and elemental use. Right now, what you just saw was half a fraction of her physical strength. Much like a certain someone I know, he as well is good at sheathing away his own strength too."
"Kazuya: You say that as if-..."
(Kazuya then realized who Choryrth was mentioning.)
"Choryrth: Now you get it. Although its a theory, I'm thinking that Onara down there might've been Gaito Tamarei's disciple."
"Shibuto: Hmmm..."
(Everyone dared not to blink during the match as Chimon stumbled back to his feet and saw Onara's flesh exposing itself from her charred left arm, her left cheek and across her body.)

"Onara: You just made shit ten times worse for you, Chimon... I won't lie, the acid did hurt pretty badly.. But as you noticed, I am all things of blackness. Darkness is my shield and this whole Void Realm is my domain, my sword!"
(Onara engulfed herself with dark aura which instantly healed all of her wounds and bruises throughout the fights and started to concentrate, generating a massive amount of energy instead of elemental power. The ring began to shake which had the spectators worried on Onara's next attack. Chimon then released even more acidic toxin into the air which was beginning to sicken Onara but she was ignoring the smell and its presence.)
"Kazuya: What is Onara doing..?!"
"Choryrth: It appears Onara is generating a dangerous amount of energy instead of her elemental power but happens to be combining it. Whatever she plans to do, the spectators cannot be harmed!"
(Choryrth quickly placed up shields of divine lightning to protect them all from Onara's charging attack. Onara began to circuit sparks of black lightning around her aura, Onara then lowered her gravity which had her floating in mid-air and she then transferred all of the aura with her combined energy into a sphere which began to grow into the size of a black hole.)
"Shibuto: THAT'S A LOT OF ENERGY ONARA HAS..!!"
"Choryrth: All of the energy is stored in the center of Onara's attack. If she launches this, who knows what could happen next?"
"Kazuya: ONARA!! DON'T GO TOO FAR AND KILL HIM!!"
(Onara was no longer listening as nothing but silence filled her head and she then shrunk the charging blast to an appropriate size to shorten area damage. Chimon's toxin-charged element wave was combined with his energy but was finished charging as well.)
"Chimon: No matter the outcome, your head shall be mines for the cash!"
(Onara was silent as more void lightning circuit was shooting around her body and the charged blast. No one took their eyes off of the awe-inspiring power spewing from the both of them.)
"Toxin Crush!!"
(Chimon launched his attack wave as Onara's fired hers at fast speed, they both collided and caused tremors to the entire tournament arena and brought shock to the spectators on Onara's horrifying increase in strength.)

"Kazuya: THIS IS INSANE!!!"
"Shibuto: How is she controlling that much power without letting it spiral out of control...? Not even I can do that yet..!"
"Choryrth: For Onara to fire a blast with the capacity to explode like a star, she must keep maintained focused on nothing but the fight alone and her power source. Void and space are theoretically the same thing but on a completely different category in power. Void can nullify and engulf anything, including the cosmos or reality if one had that much power. Space can be manipulated into many different ways, one can even generate asteroids out of the thinnest air."
(Shibuto then looked at his hands and looked back at the match. Onara then roared which forced even more forceful power than before. Chimon was struggling to hold on as his Toxin Crush was being overpowered by Onara's energy wave.)
"Chimon(Thinking): There's no way she got this strong just from gaining a goddess title..!"
(Onara's power was then reaching an alarming rate Choryrth began to notice several cracks forming within the surface of the Void Realm's sky and had him worried if the wave's collision continues. Chimon was started to push back more but noticed his Toxin Crush was being absorbed by the energy wave. After so, the collision ended and Chimon was then drilled straight into the ring and Onara's massive energy wave exploded which created dark debris and had the whole tournament ring scattered into pieces and particles was twinkling like stars around the arena. Choryrth then removed the debris and found Chimon lying on the ground.)
"Choryrth: And that concludes this tournament's third match!"
(Chimon was completely unconscious and rendered unable to continue due to both of his arms being disintegrated by Onara's destructive wave. Onara then returned to normal after launching the blast and looked around her, seeing the whole ring destroyed and seeing a massive hole drilled by her own blast.)
"Onara: What.. happened..?"
