Chapter 89: Sawano VS. Hinami! (Part 2)

(Gaito continued to watch their fight in the dark but was surprised at Hinami's power level which was able to rival Sawano's Anti-Magachi transformation. Hinami's punches began to become harder which began to break through Sawano's black and white aura. Sawano then broke out of Hinami's offense and blasted her back with a strong blast of his flames and had Hinami pushed to the edge of the training room. Hinami concentrated and shifted one of her arms into chains then started swinging it around and launched it at Sawano as he saw it splitting into separate chains which nearly caught Sawano off guard then triggered him to start dodging them.)

"Gaito(Thinking): Hmm..."
"Sawano: It seems you've gotten a start on shapeshifting!"
(Sawano then gripped one of Hinami's chains and pulled her towards Sawano, blasting a flame-engulfed right hook and blasted her across the room, Hinami's cheek was then charred from the attack and began to make Hinami more serious than before.)
"Hinami: Damn..! If it makes you feel more confident father, that punch hurt like hell!"
"Sawano: There is nothing to be confident of, this is an exhibition!"

(They both smirked and continued to fight at supersonic speeds, Gaito feeling the forceful winds shift through his hair as he kept watching the fight and catching their movements. Hinami then quickly shifted her right arm back into a chain and launched it at Sawano which wrapped around his arm and began syphoning his aura to feed Hinami's strength. Sawano stomped on the chain and severed the connection after slashing the chain off and jumped back to regain the strength that was syphoned but then scoffed out of his stupidity in dropping his guard.)

"Hinami(Thinking): Damn it that hurts..! But what was that..?"

(Sawano shifted both his arms into Hellblazer's prototype blade and began spinning which started to generate a massive amount of wind and create thin yet lethal wind blades from the speed of Sawano's spin. Hinami was then being cut by several of the blades as she began dodging by instinct. Sawano then halted and jolted towards Hinami at full speeds and was one second off from drilling Hinami's head into the ground, the floor then split in twos, Hinami was terrified at his increased physical power.)

"Hinami(Whispering): Holy shit..."

(Hinami then took one look at Sawano and realized he was no longer in control, Hinami was beginning to get worried but kept her guard up. Sawano's arms then shifted back to normal and by warping faster than time, Hinami yelped as Sawano punched another hole through the wall and cracks traveled across the wall. Hinami then jumped away in time after ducking Sawano's punch and flinched at her wounds on her legs from the wind blades. Gaito and Hinami suddenly felt a power presence which was coming from Sawano's charging fist which was sparking with combustible inferno. Hinami tried to get out of range but could not move as her legs gave up on her due to the untreated wounds.)

"(Thinking): Come on..! What's going on WITH HIM..?! (Aloud): FATHER! SNAP OUT OF IT!!"

(Sawano did not listen as he then roared and shattered the sound barrier then rocketed at Hinami which gave her a terrified look on her face. As time then suddenly went to normal speed, Sawano's punch collided with Gaito's body and drilled him through the wall, creating a massive hole which shocked Hinami at the Anti-Magachi transformation's power but was more shocked to see Gaito take the blow for her. Sawano then powered down and started panting heavily from the overexert of his power.)

"Hinami: Father..!"
"Sawano(Normal): Hinami..? Are you okay..?"
"Hinami: I'm fine...! But what happened to you...? You suddenly went rouge!"
"Sawano: If I had to guess... My beast has returned."
"Hinami: Your beast..?"
"Gaito: Zugarian."
(Gaito walked out of the hole with his entire top clothing burnt off from the intense heat and blew off the remaining flames that was dancing on his body.)
"Sawano: You decided to step in after I was going to kill her?"
(Gaito and Sawano glared at one another out of hatred and Gaito then stared at the scar on Sawano's neck, remembering how he decapitated his head from his body.)
"Gaito: As I was saying Hinami, Sawano's beast was known as Zugarian, The Demon of Ember. However, not even he or I know the reason of his inactivity for years. During your fight with him, it seems Zugarian reignited after slumbering."
"Hinami: Do I have a beast..?"
"Gaito: Who knows? You won't know unless its truly awakened."
(Hinami then decided to think about it as Sawano helped her up and apologized for going too far in their fight.)

"Also, Sawano. That last punch had some extra force behind it. I won't lie, it stung for a second. But don't take it personally, you still haven't shown your full power."
"Sawano: That was everything I had!"
"Gaito: Not the way I see it. If you can't land a killing blow to an enemy or to me, how can you be considered one of the strongest? To top that off Sawano, you going "vigilante" during your inactivity? Is there a reason for that?"
"Sawano: To find troublesome enemies and-"
(Hinami's phone was buzzing which alerted her at Cassel arriving at the village on Earth.)
"Hinami: I got to go, thanks for the fight Sawano!"
(She quickly ran to the surface of the training room to clean herself up after the fight and Gaito and Sawano left the training room to talk. They both sat on the cliff of Mt. Magachi and continued to talk.)
"Gaito: Look Sawano, I'm going to be brutally honest about something. You're my cousin, right?"
"Sawano: Yeah?"
(Gaito then opened a portal to a bar, stuck his hand through then takes a beer and then he took one swig of it, sighing out of joy.)

"Gaito: Do you know why I push you away?"
"Sawano: Because of what's gonna happen in two years?
(Gaito then was dumbfounded as he looked at Sawano slowly with a shade over his eyes.)
"Because I'm not strong enough to fight Knitemare head on or OH! Maybe its because you're too damn immovable for me to fight with HALF OF MY LIFE FORCE!"
"Gaito: ....."
"Sawano: I knew everything Gaito. You can thank Azumi for telling me everything, she IS the Goddess of Hell and you forgot that she is my wife as well. Plus, you forgot the invisibility helmet? Yikes, today I outsmart Gaito, wow."
"Gaito: Shut the hell up."
"Sawano: Ha! Mad!"
(Gaito then took another swig of the beer and sighed as he felt like he lost.)

"Gaito: I push you away because... Of what happened when you was a kid. Kirby and Radella treated you like shit and forced Okisaki to be experimented on and to top that off, left you to die in the goddamn cold! It was snowing...!"
"Sawano: I'm fine now, besides Okisaki's who I'm mostly worried about. The poor girl only can generate flames but not at ours or Ankoku's level."
"Gaito: Hmm... Sawano, if she somehow got her flames back, how powerful do you think she will become? Think about this in your opinion."
"Sawano: Honestly... Okisaki could surpass me, she did beat my ass when the Order Of Encursed Elements was around anyway."
"Gaito: Valid. Seems you're not the idiot cousin I mistook you for."
"Sawano: Gaito, why don't you tell me this stuff? I'm literally the second strongest person out of all the fighters we know."
"Gaito: Because, you would handle it yourself knowing damn well you're not strong enough!"
"Sawano: You really assume that?"
"Gaito: I don't assume it, I KNOW IT!"
(Sawano laughed as he was right.)
"Sawano: Seriously, I will get as strong as I need to be. Knitemare is a very serious threat, I won't inform anyone else about his upcoming arrival."
"Gaito: Thank you, Sawano. Also, sorry... Sorry for decapitating you."
"Sawano: Eh, its fine. I took a lot of near deaths from you so I'm used to it."
(Gaito then punched Sawano in the arm and then laughed.)
