After a few months of training with Min-Su, Su-Bin and Li this is was my info-board. I have spent almost all this time inside my room. The only times I went out was either to see a map of the crescent moon-formed continent that we gods ruled over or to meet one of the gods to have them teach me something of their choice. Most gods taught me about the thing they do like the god of smithing taught me about smithing and so on. One weird thing was that a few gods seemed almost scared of me and taught me simple stuff like cooking. I didn't know why. Some even refused to teach me at all.

"Yuki, Let's go." Li suddenly came into my tent. I was reading a book called Basic Ice Spells, that I got from Su-Bin. "What, where?" I responded, I put in the bookmark and closed the book. "Thule." She continued to stand in the opening with a small grin. "The continent?" I sat up and tilted my head as I looked at her. What is this so suddenly?  "So get dressed and meet me outside your door. And hurry up, I have a present for you." She turned around and walked away towards the door.

As I stepped out of the door wearing my black coat. Li was wearing a long green dress with a blue wavy pattern along the sides. "You look nice." I gave her a thumbs up." She nodded and turned away. A bit shy, are we? She started to walk down the corridor. We didn't talk as we walked. This reminded me of the time when we walked to Solomons office to find my magical powers.
After a short while of walking in awkward silence and Li refusing to talk to me for some reason, we finally reached a big double door. "We're here. Follow me when we enter, I will show you how and where we will appear on the continent." We walked up to the giant map on the ground. It was a large mosaic map. Each mosaic square had a small number floating above it. The number was almost completely see-through but had a slight hint of blue. "To appear on the continent you say the number and your occupation. We will go to this northern square. I will say it and after you will do it." Li had walked onto the map and now stood at one of most northern points. "3677, I am Li Xiuying, The Elegant Dawn" Soon after Li finished her sentence a bright light green light appeared, and Li disappeared. I walked up to the same point and prepared myself. "3677, I am Yuki Kuratami, The Endless Darkness" As soon as I said it a dark purple beam of light burst from the ground beneath me. Everything quickly became so bright that I instantly closed my eyes.

When I opened them again I was standing on a small stone platform in the middle of the forest. I looked around the small clearing and saw Li sitting on a rock and leaving towards a tree. As I walked up to her I noticed the smell of burning wood. "Now that you are here I will tell you what the present is. It is a village. The village Thorndalr to be exact. The stone platform that you appeared on was the temple these villagers used. But after the god abandoned them they stopped using it and it fell into ruin." I nodded, we started to walk along a small overgrown path towards the smell and presumably the village. "That's why I thought it was perfect, You will become the god of this place. We will appear in front of the villagers in our spiritual form, and you shall make a priest and form the pact." After Li finished the explanation she thought me how to become my spiritual body.
"Every god has a different form, in the depiction of gods it is mostly the spiritual body that is depicted." She stood up and said Become the Essence. Her body started to glow and she turned into a wolf. She was almost as big as a car and she also had antlers. Her fur had a light green color. The dress had become a small decorative knot on the right antler. "It might be hard for you since the easiest way is to imagine your spiritual body and then say 'become the essence' but you can also just say it, but it might take a few tries."

"Become the Essence." Suddenly my body started to glow. "Finally!" I started to laugh. We had been here for what felt like an hour just saying it over and over again. When the glowing faded it felt weird. I noticed that I was taller and also now had a robe on. I was also floating a few decimeters above ground. But something else felt off. But I could figure out what. "Li, what do I look like?" I looked at her face but she seemed frozen. "LI?" She came to her senses and turned back from a wolf to a human form. "Wait let me take out my mirror." She reached into a pocket on the dress and pulled out a small mirror. As I reached for the mirror I saw my hand and I could finally figure out why something felt off. Instead of a normal hand, there was a white skeleton hand. I froze for a second and then took the mirror. As I looked at the mirror the thing that stared back was the empty eyesockets of a skull. I looked inside the robe just to confirm. That was it, the thing that felt off was that I had become a skeleton.

"Why did we have to do this?" Lisa continued to complain as she looked at the trees. "Well, somebody's dad overheard someone as they were talking about wanting to become an adventurer." Cassandra responded, she stopped and pulled out a small plant from the ground. "Is this the correct one?" she handed the small green plant over to Lisa. Lisa shook her head. "No, this one is a much darker green. And also the plant only grows around the old temple." Lisa continued to walk along the barely visible path. Cassandra sighed, she wiped the sweat off her forehead. "We're almost there now." Lisa pointed at a small opening in the trees.
When they reached the opening they took a step out but immediately froze. In front of them, a beautiful young girl with almost shining green short hair was standing on a rock. But that wasn't the reason they froze, in front of the girl a large skeleton wearing a robe was floating a few centimeters above the ground. Lisa started to pull on Cassandra's arm but when she didn't respond Lisa ran away back to the small village alone and left Cassandra at the edge of the forest.

After I gave the mirror back to Li, I saw a small girl with long brown hair standing at the edge of the forest. I raised my arm and pointed. The girl seemed frozen in fear, and as I pointed at her she fell and landed on her butt. "Calm down." Li spoke as she saw the girl. Her words must have had some kind of calming effect as the girl instantly started to breathe normally again. "We are gods. The God of Endless Darkness has come to claim the forgotten village." Li waved her hand at me as she spoke. "May we hear your name girl?" The girl looked up at me. Her gaze made me realize that from her perspective I must seem like a giant monster. "Cass... Cassa... Cassandra..." The girl stuttered. Her deep blue eyes glued to me. Li calmly explained that I am a god and that I will grant my protection over this village. Cassandra calmed down after a few minutes and Li asked her to guide us to the village. She accepted and started to walk back not saying a thing. Poor girl, my form must have scared her a lot. Well, I would also be scared if a giant skeleton was hovering in front of me.

"A few things to think off while in Thule is that your powers are all increased by 1000 times. that means that your MCA is 670 000. The only thing that doesn't stack is EML." Li explained as we walked along a small path in the dense forest. Cassandra was a few steps ahead so she didn't hear us. She stopped a few times to let us catch up. I had shrunken myself to my normal size after Li thought me how.
After a few minutes of walking, I saw smoke above the trees as the forest became more dispersed. As the edge of the forest became visible I noticed that there were a lot of people standing at the edge. They seemed to be the villagers, but some were holding swords or crossbows. All of the people were peering into the woods. "Oh my!" Li looked at the villagers. "It seems that your friend told on us." Li walked up to Cassandra. She put her hand on her shoulder and waved at me to stay. The two of them walked to the edge of the forest and greeted the villagers. I couldn't hear what they were saying but after a small while, Li waved me forward. As I made my way to the outskirts of the forest most villagers walked back and some even ran away. In the end when I walked out of the forest only an old man and a middle-aged man stood in front of me and Li. Cassandra had run back to her parents.
the middle-aged man took a step forward and kneeled. "Oh great beings, I Mikael Andersson, greet you." He took out his sword and held it up towards me. "Try blessing his sword with eternity by saying 'The God of Endless Darkness, accepts your greeting'. And raise your hands towards his sword." Li spoke to me through my mind. I did as she said and soon after a black smoke flowed out from my hand. Mikael flinched at the sight but as it went into his words he calmed down. The sword now had a purple glowing line across the center. The old man also stepped forward and introduced himself as the village elder, he welcomed me to the village Thorndalr. He told me that the village would be happy to accept the protection from a god. Li once again told me what to do. This time she told me how to bless the village. I once again did as she said and the crops at the village instantly started to grow better and all effects of rotting disappeared. I realized that this was also a part of Eternity.

She thought me about my duties as a god and thought me different things about being in the Thule. After a month of watching over, the village Li told me that she had to return. The last thing she thought me was how to make an angel. An angel would answer prays for the gods and would act like messengers and sometimes even as warriors if the people needed it. She told me that the angel would form from my mental image and that the prayers from the believers are my energy to do godly things like blessings, make angels, and similar it also increases my overall power. I decided to make an angel. I started to focus to create a good mental image. In the end, my angel was a tall woman with light skin. Her eyes and hair were completely black except for a few blue and purple strands. She was wearing a long black dress and large black wings. She bowed for me and I told her, her mission. "Protect the villagers and help them to the best of your abilities with their prayers."

After another few months of guarding Thorndalr. I had repeatedly trained all my elements. Su-Bin and Min-Su had also helped me train. Su-Bin had also continued with his spying on the other gods. But the gods started to noticing that him and put up protection around them. All I knew were that they were scared of me and that a lot of them had similar dreams. But that was it. Li had sent a few letters mostly asking how it went, and I answered a few of them with questions about certain things.

"Yuki, a new letter." Min-Su walked into the temple where I resided. The villagers had built it even after my complaints. In their words 'What is a god without a temple?'. With that said I had let them build it. "Who is it from." I was sitting on a large throne in the center of the room. there were pillars lining the walkway to me. "From Li, she says to come back as it is soon a year since you became a god and she wants to celebrate." Min-Su read up the contents of the letters. "Sounds good, I will return soon as possible. Tell her that I will come in a week exactly." Min-Su nodded and ran off.
