A4P11: Slaves of the Ork kingdom

Me, Lizzie and Yuki stayed in capital to collect all slaves and check them with [Karma eye], to see if there are any criminals among them. Those who turned out to be criminals stayed slaves and I wanted to sell them to Asteena kingdom. Those who turned out to be clean, I wanted to set free… Oh boy, there were a lot of them.

Our rough guess was that there would be around 10,000 slaves… tuned out we were missing two zeros there… one million slaves just in north with population of two and a half million (now 2,3 million thank to the war)…

We had to sepatate them from each other and create smaller groups.

The final numbers were: 500,800 elves, 220,468 humans, 200,500 beastmen (150,000 rabbitfolk, 25,000 tundra wolves, 20,000 of various cat tribes, 500 tigerfolk, and lastly 5,000 of various other beastmen), 75,000 dwarves and lastly 3230 slaves were various magical beasts which evolved from monsters (monsters with names like Gurako and Kesugi).

Last two slaves were High elves from the empire to north from us, so I let them go. They were clean and they were rather noble-looking.

With how happy they were, I knew I did the right thing. They also promised that they will repay me, but I urge them to hurry home. I was sure they would get married the first thing after coming home. They were really close and call themselves by cute nicknames. Ah, I hope we will get to cute nicknames wit Lizzie and Yuki too...

What was not suprising was that the magical beasts and tigerfolk slaves were all blue in Karma color, so we decided to release them… and they decided to stay in my dungeon. So what ever, I give up most of the rest choose the same anyway.

All we could do in the capital now was to move all those slaves into the dungeon and slowly go through them. For that I created two new floors. One I placed under third floor with orks and goblins and the other one I put on top of first floor, making it now the second. I made it same tomb like the previous and let Renzir summon few Knights of death to guard the entry together with slimes. Well, no one tried to run anyway so they were little wasted there.

„So this is last group of tundra wolves… I would say it went really smoothly. Only two of them had red karma, and that was becouse they accidently killed one of their own while hunting, so the were forgiven,“ Lizzie reported

„Ah, yeah… so the last group is from same tribe I heard.“

„Yes dear, they came from Astenna kingdom and were sold by nobles to the ork kingdom.“

Four men and one woman walked inside my office with Hikari in tow. The woman had shortly cut hair and one of her ears was missing. Death was writen on her face. Yet her face was familiar.

„Zaru darling…“ Lizzie grabed my shoulder.

„I know… call them.“

Lizzie left the room and I was alone with the group.

„So. You came from Astenna kingdom, you lived in south and were enslaved by your lord, is that correct?“

„Yes…“

„Hmm… I see, so, my companion told me that your karma is solid blue, so I have no reason to hold you here as slaves. You can choose, work for me here in labyrinth, or leave for new place.“

„Y-you will let us choose?“

„Yes. I don’t need slaves in my nation so if you stay here, you can work in dungeon, or found a city to live… and one more thing. Do you know names Bree and Tara?“

„H-how do you know those names?! What do you know about those two?! Tell me!!!“ the woman jumped from her seat, but was stopped by Hikari.

„I know them becouse they work for me here.“

In that moment door opened and two girls in maid outfits walked in.

„We’re here onii-chan!“ Bree smiled and Tara slowly walked behind her, with her artificial leg, made from mithril. It still took her some time to get used to it.

„Bree! Tara!“ The woman turned around and run to the two girls.

„„M-mommy?““ the girls were suprised as much as their mother.

They all cried while hugging each other.

„We will give you some space. Bree, Tara, take your mother to your room okay?“

„„Sure, do! Onii-chan!““

„Lord Zaru, thank you for taking care of my two girls. If you would allow it I want to work alongside them.“

„Sure, no prob. Now go take some rest.“

Ater that we finised all beastmen, and started preparing for elves who were most common between the slaves. And for what ever reason Lizzie was nervous, and Yuki as well.

From them we firstly picked the rare variants of all the elves: Snow elves and Jungle elves from forest elves, Crimson elves and Star elves from Azure elves, Shadow elves (like the maid the baron tried to rape) and Stone Elves from Dark (mountain) elves and lastly Sky elves and Cloud elves from Air elves (who were the most rarest amog common variants).

Jungle and Cloud elves decided to stay with magical beasts on jungle maze floor.
Crimson and Stone elves decided to help in our smithy on last floor.
Sky, Snow and Star elves decided to build city on top of original dungeon entry and make it capital of my kingdom, which became known as [Demonic Kingdom of Zaruul]…

I want to punch myself really bad for coming up with such name! Why did I combined my name with elvish word for king?

Shadow elves became inteligence collectors and I send them to Petty kingom of Gurrem, Gurell kingdom, Fallboar city union, Astenna kingdom and dwarven council state to collect information on politicians, and other important people. And small group of five set on journey to Mutasa kingdom past Holy Empire.

Plus there was one more information that they had to leave behind them by their way, and that was: Demon lord took over northern Ork kingdom, Small ogre kingdom was working with him, but their ways split. Ogres now waging war with orks in south.

For Holy Empire I had nothing. As Human supremacist land with strong animosity towards non-human kingdoms I would have to sent some of the human slaves, but that was risky as well.

Final number of variants were: 100 jungle elves, 62 snow elves, 1,000 crimson elves, 500 star elves, 248 stone elves, 12 sky elves, 20 cloud elves and 1,500 shadow elves.

The regular variants of elves were also mostly good people. Out of 497,358 elves only 40,570 were found to be criminals.

Number of Air elves was 28,549 (it would be 50, but one of them was criminal). And the three rest of major elvish tribes were all of aproximately same numbers of 140, 000.

Humans were preaty fast. From 220, 468 humans were 58,930 kids with pure blue color, 67, 429 women and lastly 40,156 men. Criminals from humans were 53,953 in total.

Hestia and her vampire clan came as well and I changed my original thought of selling the criminals into keeping them alive as food bags for vampires (we could still sell half of them and have more then enought food for the vampires but what ever).

Vampires who were half dead feasted on criminals like wild beasts. No more comments.

„So Renzir moved to the new first floor and vampires will move to the second floor, Third floor have magical beasts and two tribes of elves, fourth floor have orks and goblins, fifth beastmen and elves and under that is last floor with Throne room and mines...“ Lizzie mummered out of place.

„Great work everyone! We made our dungeon area bigger again and our DP income is more then 1000% times higher!“

„Ho!“ Gnolls, the MVP of the war, shouted and we all got drunk as hell.

The next morning, those who were able to move got to work and those who couldn’t slept all the way to the afternoon.

„Zaru-dear, do you have a minute?“ Hestia appeared in doors of my office.

„Yeah, what’s up?“

„Well, the hero who came to attack my city is going through Balgom merchant cities to north… It seems like he’s heading here with his party…“

„Oh, give me a break would you?!“
