Chapter 44

A large quantity of finje bee wasps are killed but they keep coming.
Now they split up? seems the real fight starts now.
They aren't just mindlessly charging in anymore.
They split in 3 ways and even surround us, of course the route where they split also has bees.

The sound is loud and it keeps getting louder, they constantly buzzing.
I look and I see bees, every spot has a bee.
Magic spells keep shooting out and in those moments when the bees are burned is when we have our biggest chance to attack.
We take advantage of that and quickly take out more and more of them but it fills right back up.
This is an endless beewasp wave assault, if they manage to gang up on one us it's over for that person.
I begin seeing up giant web areas and it slows them down somewhat yet they begin avoiding the webs now too.

ARGH I'VE BEEN STUNG
A warrior finje managed to pass through and land on me, the healer who was on me avoided it on fell off in time thankfully.
Stings keep coming in and my back is a mess.
'SOMEONE HELP!' yells the healer.
'HA' the elf archer shoots it off me and the healer begins healing.
'these are huge holes, it will take too long too heal'
'we need to retreat!' yells the rogue and everyone starts running.
I somehow manage to still move and we make it back to our camping area a good distance away.

'sigh, that was close, we almost got wiped out' says the mage twins.
'this seems to be too much for us' says the middle aged guild men, 'I do not think we will be able to reach all the way to their queen'
'and what's up with their numbers? that's way too much, how are they eating enough' complains the one of the archer girls.
'that's true, maybe it is a god dungeon after all, in that case the numbers will just be replenished in time' says the rogue.
'A rank then, we should head back and report this, we won't be able to break through any further anyways'
'isn't that a waste after all this time? let's atleast stay a bit more and get more experience in' says a warrior.
'yeah I agree' the rest of the warrior all agree with him, some of the others agree too so the majority wants to stay and fight some more.
'I guess we can stay but I don't want to spend weeks here either'
'let's stay until everyone gets some new skills then, that will make this worthwhile right' suggests the healer.
'I like that, let's do it'
'how about we test some combination moves? there are so many enemies afterall' says the mages.
They form their own group and have a discussion about that.

Meanwhile the healing is progressing along and my wounds are closing up.
It takes less time because I have my own regeneration on top of the healing.
'we should strategize but there's not really much to it except for just exterminating them right' says the rogue.
'their numbers are large enough that we don't need to worry about planning, I suppose the issue is just being strong enough to handle all of them' says the elf archer.
'how about a strong charge of your magic?'
'I thought that too however what if that blows up the area and lets even more of them through?'
'that's true we should aim to limit their numbers not grow it'
'well let's just keep up the offensive'

Another day and another round of blasting away the bees.
The same as yesterday but this time the magic blasts are stronger due to the mages synchroing the spells together.
Fire Wind and Lightning make for a good trio of spells.
Water isn't being used since they aren't good enough yet to synchro it with another spell, this means water magic is the hardest to master out of the basic elements? though no one is using earth magic, could be it's just not as good.
As we make more progress than last time we finally see the other finje types, healer and magic finje.
