Chapter 45

The magic finje that appeared launch their magic attacks at us, it's not not a threat usually even if you get hit by it but now there is thousands of those magic attacks coming towards us.
It might get even worse if it continues on and more of the magic types appear.
The archers manage to hit them yet? they begin to glow and get back up and fire more attacks.
Our own magic is thrown at them but the other bees now intercept, they take the hits to save the magic caster.
The healer types are healing the magic ones and whoever survived nearby.
With so many of them you don't worry wether you dealt a lethal blow or not.
A decent number of the previously defeated finje rise again.
Even though our attacks are connecting they aren't enough anymore, more and more of them keep coming.
As we get closer to retreating we see something at the side of the forest.
A mantis group.

4 giant mantis, they are green colored and have 6 sickle arms each.
They tear through the bee wasps easily and eat them at the same time.
They aren't really a team and are a bit far away from each other but they are dealing a good amount of damage to the finje numbers.
'when did they get here?'
'don't know but let's use this to retreat'
We retreat and as we do the bees head for the mantis, they of course start running away too.
'wew, that was so tense'
'this is too much maybe we should go back after all'
'we said we would keep it up for a bit longer, I can feel my skills getting better' says a warrior.
'I guess, more and more creatures are appearing too so that helps'
'yeah, those were demon mantises, 6 arms and they know no fear' says the rogue.
'they backed off though' says the healer.
'being outnumbered isn't the same as fearing them'
'but they fled because they feared they would lose'
'it's not the same'
'yes it is'
'sigh, you wouldn't understand, just keep healing'
'hmph' the healer pouts and mutters, 'they did fear being outnumbered'

The night comes again and we hear bear noises this time.
'the bears are returning now huh, that's good but they will just die again if the bee problem isn't resolved'
'there are just too many of them'
'we need an A rank adventurer party after all' says the twin female mages.
'would they come here for this though?'
'it's a new location so I'm sure there will be one of them that will take it on'
'we have something to say' says the warrior group.
'we should head out tonight and do another raid on them'
Everyone is surpised, no one really expected to fight at night.
'I know it's dangerous but if they really do respawn then we won't get anywhere if we wait until morning each time'
'that makes sense but us mages aren't fully recovered yet'
'we just have to make it a shorter raid'
'what do you think?'
Everyone looks to our group, we are the strongest here after all.
'it has it's merits I suppose'
'I'd like to know what's in that cave as well though we won't that far in' says the elf archer.
'are you up for it tara-kun?'
Not really but we are all going right? I can't just leave them alone, I signal I'm up for it.
'then let's do it, just for this one time though'
'YEAH' everyone is hyped and we head on.
