Chapter 4:

Saving Lana?

Ane And His Seames

"Fireball!" Ene's voice echoed outside of what seemed to be a factory. An entrance blasted open and smoke poured in. Ane and Ene casually walked in; pelting pummeled guards they were holding.

"What is this place?" Ane asked while watching around them. There were metal bridges all across the room and a huge pool of lava lay beneath the room.

"I don't know but I know this is the building." Ene remarked(he was in his base form now). Ane nodded and the two walked forward to then take flight after a fair distance. A ball of fire blasted the metal bridge they were originally on and Ane grabbed the side of another bridge and flipped onto it. Ene casually landed next to Ane.

"Impressive dodge there!" a masculine voice yelled as a man landed on the bridge. He had orange hair, blue eyes and a white suit. "Sup boys?" he said while pointing at the teens and winking. Ane shuddered and Ene gagged. "Hey now; don't be so rude!" the man yelled.

"Never do that again." Ene said. The man eyed him.

"It's best you two run along with your tails stuck between your legs. I don't want to hurt such pretty faces." the man remarked.

"We'll see about that." Ene said as his hands engulfed in flames. The man laughed.

"You sure have bad luck facing me. Your flames are no match for mine for I am the Ene; the Prince Of Flame!" he yelled cockily.

"Oh?" Ene asked; eyes shielded. "Ane, go ahead. I'll take care of "Ene" here." he said. Ane nodded and flew to an opening to the other end of the room. He stopped and turned.

"You'll have to explain that "Prince Of Flame" title later!" he yelled. Ene did a thumbs up and Ane paced into the darkness that lay in front of him.

Lana slowly opened her eyes to a white ceiling. "Where am I?" she thought. Flashes of her being ambushed passed through her mind and she frowned. She then eyed herself to see she was cuffed to a metal bed to then notice a still disguised Eina next to her; staring off elsewhere. Ana smirked before shifting around her hands; forming a hand of water besides her. Eina appeared atop Lana with a blade to the girl's throat.

"Let's make this easier on us both." Eina warned as she slapped away the water. Lana frowned.

"Who are you?" she asked.

"Silence. I'm the one asking the questions here." Eina said while leaning closer to Lana who then spat on her. A moment of silence went through the room. "I should have slapped some respect into her by now so why....?" Eina thought eyeing her free hand which was trembling. "Oh right. Regret." she thought with a sigh while clenching her fist. She then dove into the air as a desk lunged at where she previously was. A hand of water was pacing around the room and turned into a blade and slashed away Ana's binds. The girl then flipped backwards and landed on a desk to then looked at Eina with a pissed face. Eina also landed on a desk and gulped. "This is bad." she thought as she and Lana stared at one another.

"She's a nature element who uses plants so I'm at a disadvantage here. What do I do?" Lana thought while swallowing hard.

"Just give up. Let your fate flow." Eina remarked making Lana frown.

"No way in hell!" Lana yelled as she swung her hands forward making two hands of water shoot at Eina who jumped into the air. "Water chains!" Lana shouted making water chains spit at Eina; binding and then slamming her into the floor. They then lifted Eina up. "Time to finish this!" Lana said. Trees then spat from the ground; absorbing the water. Eina landed on one of the trees and eyed Lana.

"I'm sorry about this, Lana." she thought as she rose a palm. "Thorn Blast Barrage!" she yelled as thorns spat from the trees like mad; piercing at Lana who screamed in pain.

"This isn't good." Lana thought.

Ene and "Ene" stared at each other. "So? Make a move...boy." False Ene remarked; raising an eyebrow. Ene's mouth puffed up as he spat out a fireball which False Ene jumped over. "That won't work!" False Ene yelled while eying Ene. A surprised look filled "Ene's" face as he saw the teen was already in front of him; flames emitting from his feet.

"Thrust Forward!" Ene shouted as he rocketed a punch into False Ene's face. The man went flying to the ground and Ene landed on his feet. False Ene grinned and jumped to his feet before cracking his neck.

"You're not too bad, kid!" he remarked. "But you're no match for the Prince Of Flame!" he continued while pointing at himself. Ene laughed bitterly. "What's so funny?" False Ene asked while raising an eyebrow.

"You're not the Prince Of Flame at all." Ene remarked eyeing False Ene; smirking. False Ene frowned and stooped down; touching the ground.

"Melt!" he yelled; eyes widening. The bridge seemed to instantly turned to liquid metal and Ene slipped into it. False Ene shoved his hands in the metal and lava spat from the metal at Ene who tried to dive up. The metal seemed to grasp him as it hardened; the flames blasting the teen. He screamed in agony and False Ene smirked. "Don't underestimate a Prince!" he yelled laughing.

"If I sounded like that, I'd kill myself." Ene remarked as he brushed away the fire smirking.

"What in the? How aren't you even harmed. Not even your clothes are scraped?" False Ene inquired while backing away.

"Let's just say your flames are pathetic. Good for a human but too pathetic to claim you're the Prince Of Flame." Ene remarked. False Ene frowned.

"What do you know!" he yelled as he rose his hands to then slip into the liquid metal.

"He forgot about his own attack. How dumb." Ene thought exhaling.

"Now die." False Ene said from behind the boy. Ene attempted to turn to be blasted across the room with magma. He landed on another bridge and lay on the floor.

"I guess I underestimated him." he thought; smiling.

Lana fired a punch at Eina who held her hand to then fire a kick which Lana also held. A hand of water shot at Eina and she dove back and landed on a desk. Lana landed on a ground and a tree immediately spun around her; binding the girl. "Bark Burial!" Eina shouted as she looked at Lana with a deadly look. The tree started to close on Lana but hands of water grabbed the trunk in an attempt to pull it away. "Absorb." Eina remarked dryly. The water was sucked away instantaneously and Lana screamed in pain as the tree continued tightening. She barely lifted her free hand which was dangling from the tree.

"Water Clone." she thought. Water formed into a clone and dove at Eina; it's hand turning to a blade and it barraged her with slashes. Eina dodged all the slashes to then hit the clone back. It splashed into water and another clone then shot down and Eina hit it back to Lana who broke out of the tree at the exact moment. Lana kicked away her clone. "Sorry." she whispered as it evaporated to then eye Eina who landed. "I have to end this fight with the next attack. Ane must be worried sick!" Lana thought as she soared through mid-air; raising her palms and a torrent of water spat from them forcing Eina to jump back.

"This is getting extremely boring." Eina remarked. "I can't believe I nearly crushed her just now." she thought as she landed. Lana smirked as she landed also to then immediately stoop and smack the ground.

"Water Style: Water Chains!" she remarked. Chains of water wrapped around Eina and she began to fall forward.

"Crap." she thought. Lana crossed her arms and smirked again.

"Water Blade Barrage!" she yelled as she swung her hands like crazy. Blades of water continuously spat at Eina; slashing her everywhere. Pieces of clothing fell along with blood as Eina stumbled forward; chains vanishing. Lana stared in shock as Eina's face was revealed.

"This isn't good." Eina thought holding her face.

"Ein-na." Lana whispered; staring in disbelief.
