Abigail's Creation/ Lana's Secret

Conner frowned at Carter. "Get out of my way!" he sneered. Carter grinned.

"You seem to be in a rush. Ready to rush to see if your baby's okay?" he teased. Conner looked even more pissed than before and Carter nodded at the remaining scientists who immediately started to program the machine the girls were in. Conner rose his hand at them and his shadow spread across the floor; towards the scientists but Carter split the shadow along with the floor with a slash from a dragon claw. Carter cracked his neck as Conner glared at him. "I'll have to use that. Feel honored, brother." Carter said before slightly cutting his shoulder. Blood spilled from it; covering the man's entire hand and his eyes rolled up as his aura temporarily surged from him. Carter's body bulged; flexing out all his veins as his body grew. His shirt tore off; revealing his muscular body and his hair stood on edge and he gripped his now enlarged, single dragon claw. "BESERK MODE!" he growled.

"His elemental energy isn't restoring like it usually does." Conner thought; eyes shielded. "It's not regenerating at all actually. He still has it in abundance though." he continued thinking before Carter appeared before him and kicked him in the stomach. Carter then barraged Carter with slashes and then followed up with several punches and kicks.

"ASSAULT!" Carter boomed as Conner spat blood and was kicked across the walls. Sid stepped forward and Carter seemed to step across the room instantly and towered over the boy mercilessly before uppercutting the kid. Sid's eyes rolled up and blood flung everywhere from him. Carter kicked Sid in the stomach and then rose his blade with both hands for the kill. Metal clanged as a scythe held the blade; the scythe attached to a chain.

"You nearly died there, kid." Conner scolded as he stepped back into the room; panting. He swung Carter away and sliced at the man in midair. Carter's body split in half. Blood poured from his upper half and reformed a bottom for the man who dug his weapon in the ground; grounding himself. "Your regen is even more insane than usual!" Conner exclaimed. Carter responded with a crazed look.

"Die! Die! Die! Die! Die! Die! Die! Die Die DIE DIE DIE DIE!" he chanted; charging Conner. He suddenly jumped up and slashed down. Conner easily dodged but the impact still flung him aside. Carter then slashed at Conner again who vanished into the walls. The two places slashed finally slashed open due to the speed of the attacks being faster than the terrain had time record the hit. Conner appeared above Carter; mouth opened as he spat purple flames which Carter countered by slashing it away continuously. When the flames subsided; Carter launched his sword at Conner who swung his scythe up. The chain wrapped around the sword and the blade hit the sword down. Conner was panting but Carter didn't seemed phased. 

"What is this form!" Conner yelled; frowning.

"This is his "Berserk Mode"! No elemental energy is restored in this form but he gets an enormous physical boost. He can't think logically sadly and this form drains elemental energy and his life force." a scientist explained.

"Nobody asked for your input!" Carter snarled. The scientist shrugged and eyed his companions; smirking. One of them pressed a button and electricity flowed through the device the girls were in.

"Abby!" Conner yelled; running forward but Carter appeared before him and kicked him away; flinging him through multiple walls. The girls screamed as their bodies were vanishing. 

"I do not like this, Abby!" Gayla cried. Sid weakly opened his eyes to the girls.

"A-A-Abby." he whispered. Abby eyed him; tears trickling down her face.

"Goodbye, Sid." she remarked before the boy weakly passed out again. Carter's body reverted to normal and he coughed blood.

"Time for my exit." he said as an alarm sounded through the building. He vanished into a spiral and Conner limped into the room to see the place freezing up.

"What is this!" a scientist cried. A young Abigail sat on the floor; looking around fearfully and crazed as the place began turning into a literal iceberg.

"Shit." Conner thought before raising his hand and Sid's body floated to him. He clasped the boy. "I can't save them anymore." he continued thinking before vanishing into a dark circle. Abigail  screamed as her hair seemed to rise as her eyes glowed.

"Is that all?" Ane inquired.

"Don't be impatient!" Eina scolded.

"I'm sorry but I have a question and I'm itching for the response." Ane remarked; eyes shielded. Sid hesitated but Ane nodded.

Conner appeared in void; Sid tucked in his arm. Sid slowly opened his eyes and weakly looked at Conner. "W-where is Abby?" Sid asked.

"Try to remember." Conner replied. Sid's eyes widened and a tears fell down his face.

"W-what's going to h-happen to her?" he cried.

"The fusion was a success but she lost control. Abby isn't herself anymore; she no longer even exists." Conner answered. Sid frowned. "Carter wanted to perfect fusion and he sure did. That new girl's elemental energy wasn't a mixture of the two others but a whole new one." Carter thought.

"It's all HIS fault. That wretched Carter!" Sid yelled as he wormed away from Conner.

"I'm sorry I couldn't do more." Conner said sympathetically. Sid looked down and clenched his teeth and Conner stared hesitantly. "We both couldn't protect the women closest to us tonight. This isn't the first time I've failed and lost a love of mine so I understand your pain more than you could imagine." he said shamefully before turning away and frowning.

"It's pointless to stay around and mourn." Sid remarked. Conner eyed him and nodded.

"You're right, kid." he said before turning to the void.

Ane eyed Sid who nodded. Ane exhaled and turned his attention to Lana. Her face dropped. "Oh boy. I'm guessing I'm the one being questioned." she stated.

"Lana; those people also were the ones who kidnapped you; weren't they? Along with that...other me." Ane inquired.

"So that's what he wanted to ask. I'm glad I alone didn't have that query." Eina thought. Lana remained silent and Lisa looked at her.

"Lana?" Lisa asked.

"Yes; they were the ones responsible." Lana said.

"Why didn't you tell me? My dad!? He was behind all of that!" Ane scolded. Lana looked away and Ane frowned. "If I get to him; I'll beat the shit out of him and get my memories back doing so!" Ane growled.

"It won't be so easy." Lana replied. "Your dad will try to KILL you; he's a killer Ane." she continued. Ane's eyes were shielded.

"Well so be it." he said; clenching his fist; everyone looking at him silently.

"Oh boy." Ene thought; sighing.
