The Venti Clan

They walked with care on the pathway, making sure that no one was watching or ready to attack. They did not found any traps which just made their tension rise as the only sound they could hear was the cicadas.

Soon they heard a groan, like someone was in pain. They rushed thinking it was Auron, but it was another person. He appeared to be the same age as Auron, with similar dark hair, but way longer. He wore a suit with a green seven painted on his tie.

He was hurt and barely conscious, he asked for help, but the group ignored him.

“So, Auron did that?” Asked Fulgor to his group.

“Probably, but this worries me. He was already hurt and apparently his uncle is way stronger than him.”

“So, let 's go!”

Before they could, Kazen moved behind the two, protecting them from a series of shuriken that cut his arms, shoulders and even one on his face.

“I guess I was too distracted to notice those two, sorry kids.”

Even saying sorry he protected them, and neither Fulgor nor Lapis could see who attacked. Just when they approached, jumping on tree branches they saw. A boy and a girl, both were 16 years old. They also had black hair and wore suits. The girl’s tie had a 3 while the boy’s had a 4.

“So who would guess cousin Auron had friends.” Said the girl.

“I doubt they are friends, probably just people who pity him. Listen she is the third strongest of our clan and I’m the forth, we are not letting you pass. Auron has to do this alone.”

“You put your rank on your ties? How cute.” Said Kazen, as Lapis and Fulgor took a step to the front of the teacher.

“We will deal with these guys, you have to be rested to defeat the uncle.”

“Yes, it is a good opportunity to use my first release.” Continued Lapis.

The kids stare at the Venti twins, both teams ready to fight. Kazen pulled the kids again behind him and took the shurikens out of his body. He was bleeding a little, but that didn't seem to be a problem.

“Kids, please, I was just distracted, this won’t happen again.”

As he said that the Venti twins summoned katanas from thin air and the kids realized those were their familiars. Kazen imitated them, summoning his sai and jumped to the enemies without using any release, as they did the same.

They exchanged positions, Kazen finished his blow on the tree branch, as the twins were face-to-face with Lapis and Fulgor. Their smiles worried the kids, but in the next instant they fell to the ground unconscious.

“Let’s go, I don’t think Auron could defeat any of those, and there are two more stronger cousins.”

With a mixture of relief and disappointment the duo followed Kazen, as the twins joined the number 7 defeated on the ground.

They soon found the temple. It was large and imponent, made of wood and decorated like the Venti were royalty.

With no one at the entrance, Kazen went straight ahead, breaking the doors in the process. Inside they were in a large, opened room, with chairs on the sides. In the middle, Auron faced a 17 year old fat girl, on her tie was the number two, and she dodge every attack Auron sent like she was just playing.

Auron seemed tired and hurt, however he did not show any sign of stopping. Sitting on the sides were four more people. Two young girls with numbers 6 and 5 on their ties. An adult man in the center with no number, but by his side a 20 year old with the number one.

All stopped when they saw the invaders. Auron clearly did not want them there, but Turbo, the uncle in the middle, smiled.

“Of course, Auron would call for help. You two can stop fighting now, let’s play a fun game. You face my kids one by one, if you can defeat them all before we destroy you I will return the star, what do you think?”

Auron was too tired to protest as the number 2 girl returned to her place. Kazen started to transform, not waiting for the explanations of Turbo.

“Good idea, I have one better.”

Five fireballs flew, each in the direction of one Venti. Auron watched as for the first time he saw his uncle show fear. The giant fireballs exploded on their targets, destroying a good part of the entrance of the temple.

When the smoke cleared all the Venti with numbers were unconscious on the ground. The only one up was Turbo, carrying a katana and using Wind Star to defend himself, he was astonished but unscathed.

“How are you so powerful?”

“You are still up? Finally, a worthy opponent!”

Before he could attack, Turbo used the Wind Star and gusts of air begun to surround Kazen with the potency of a hurricane. The kids watched as he was incapable of escaping, being hurt and thrown every time he tried to touch the wind prison.

They also saw his lips move through his prison, but the winds were too violent to any sound to escape. Neither his brute force nor fire power weren’t able to break the way.

“This is the infinity whirlwind, made with the Wind Star. He won’t be able to escape. Now, is this what you want?”

Turbo showed the star on his left hand, holding the sword with the right one.

“Come and get it! Second Release.”

His body started to change, different from the first release where marks appeared on the host's body, the second release grew new parts on him. A pair of antlers on his head, his legs became so muscular that hipped out a part of his pants and his knees bent to the wrong side, giving him a very animalistic aspect.

Without waiting, Lapis e Fulgor entered their first release. Fulgor had the aspect of the electrical tiger while Lapis hands, feet and around her eyes became black like obsidian. The pair attacked Turbo, who dodged with ease, giving a wind infused kick on Lapis, throwing her back to the forest and slashing Fulgor from his right shoulder through the left side of his waist.

Fulgor was bleeding on the ground and Lapis was nowhere to be seen. Turbo then looked at Auron with a monstrous glare.

“I’m a perfect being, you will never win against me.”

Hearing that monstrous form saying it was perfect Auron reevaluated the weight of that word.

“Ok, I have come too far to give up now.”
