Roommate's troubles

The men in the gym all found her to be very arrogant, though they didn't really mind since the young man was the one at fault.Since Lan Du didn't take things too far, they wouldn't interfere either, after all, lan Du was someone who lifted 100 kilos with ease.

Lan Du then walked over to the running machine, behind it was a large screen listing time that people have ran for at a certain speed.Lan Du just picked a suitable speed for herself, she didn't go too fast but ran at a constant pace.

The young man who Lan Du tossed felt indignant, he gritted his teeth as he tossed a water bottle at lan Du's legs as she ran.Not realising it, Lan Du stepped on the bottle and her body fell onto teh machine before getting sent off due to the speed.

The side of her arm was scraped and her left wrist was fractured from the weights adding on the speed of the fall.Lan Du's face was unchanged however her eyes became cold.

She took off the bracelet on her left arm and placed it in her bag.

"Lad, are you alright?Should I call a doctor"A man walked up out of concern, the others all saw what the young man did and felt he was extremely petty.

Lan Du shook her head as she took out a bandage.She placed some sticks on her left wrist before biting one end of the bandage as she wrapped her wrist up.

"The last time someone hurt me like this...ended up in the hospital for a month"Lan Du slowly said as she walked towards the terrified young man.

His body trembled under her cold gaze.

"I relentlessly beat him down to the ground, the doctors that came to take him up didn't know whether they were helping a human or an alien species...do you want to know how that feels?"Lan Du's right hand reched out as she grabbed his face.

"I-I'm so-sorry"He stuttered and said

Lan Du let out a sadistic and cold smile.

"Why aren't you struggling?I prefer prey that resists before learning true despair"Lan Du slammed his head onto the ground and smiled further.

"Didn't you feel frustrated before?Where did all your anger dissipate to?"Lan Du lifted her right and and clenched it before slamming it down onto his face.

His nose cracked and was dented from the impact.

The men around quickly ran up and grabbed Lan Du's arm, trying to stop her from further harming the young man.Lan Du however glared at them.She then paused and her eyes watered.

"Why...I'm the victim, why am I being treated as the troublemaker"Lan Du cried out as tears riolled down the side of her face.The men were all surprised and confused by her change, but it was then they realised, police was nearby and one of them saw the commotion.

Lan Du wiped the tears from her eyes as she dropped to the ground.

The police walked over and lifted a brow

"Why is there someone injured on the ground, and why are you people assaulting a young man"He growled

When teh men were about to say something, Lan Du bawled her eyes out.

"I was just exercising, yet the young man threw a bottle at me, causing me to fracturing my wrist and scarped my arm on the machine, I just wanted to ask him why yet he then tried to attack me, I normally have heavy weights on my arm so I accidentally knocked him to the ground, but the men all saw me as the assaulter, trying to harm me"Lan Du cried.

The men were all speechless, how did she twist reality to such a degree?

"Slander!You were one sidedly beating him"A man shouted

Lan Du sniffed

"I'm only 12, what do you expect from me!"She shouted and held her left wrist.

The police frowned and glared at the men around

"You are all coming with me for a interrogation, if you do not comply, I will be forced to take actions myself"He said coldly

The men were stupefied they could say nothing to defend themselves, Lan Du's argument left them all defenceless and impossible to retort.

"We're innocent, we didn't do anything"They tried to plead for innocence but the officer's glare only intensified, Lan Du rubbed her eyes as she watched.

The group were then taken by him, when they turned their heads, what they saw wasn't Lan Du's sorrowful expression, rather, she had a smirk on her face as she waved at them.

Lan Du snickered and turned her head back to the gym equipments.Her ain objective in coming here was to test her limits and see if there are other ways to maximise her training.

However, apart from being disturbed, she didn't get anything out of it.

She stretched her body and left the gym fruitlessly, since she gained nothing, she decided to head back to the dorms and meet her room mates.Since it has been a while since they last met, Lan Du wondered if they were okay.

She took off the disguise she had on her and headed back.

She went up the dorm and entered the room.However, when she entered, a strong smell of blood entered her nose.She saw blood stained bandages on the table with tubs or water tainted with blood.

She saw fatty on the bed with bandages over head body and forehead.

Her eyes became colder than ice as she clenched her fists.

"Who..."She muttered as she walked over, she sat down besides fatty and placed a pinger in front of his nose.

"His breathing is stable, he shouldn't be in any life threatening danger"She mumbled as she stood up and looked around the room.After some time of searching, she found more blood stained tissues in the bin and the toilets had blood in the sink as well as the tub.It was then she heard foot steps coming towards the room.

"Fatty, it's time for the daily beating!"A loud laughter rang from behind the door.

Lan Du's eyes landed on the door, she walked over and opened the door.Before the person outside could even look at her properly, she grabbed him by the throat and pulled him into the room.

She dragged him to the bathroom and filled teh sink with water whilst plugging the drain so no water flowed out.

"Answer my questions one by one, were you teh one who hurt fatty"Lan Du said chillingly, her hand gripped his throat tightly as she released it.

The young man coughed, he had a small build but was no skinny, rather, he had a strong body for his size.He glared at Lan Du as he spat.

"Who do you think you are, I'm Que Gui's subordinate, do you dare touch me"He growled at her

Lan Du grabbed the back of his head and hsoved it into the sink, after a few seconds of hearing him gurgling she pulled his head back out.

"I don't care who's dog you are, answer my questions or I'll drown you"Lan Du said ruthlessly

"*Cough*, Que Gui won't let this slide!"The young man shouted

Lan Du sneered and slammed his head onto the side of the sink, causing blood to drip down as she then shoved his head into teh water before pulling it back out.

"Final warning, answer my question"

The young man was now terrified, pain invaded his head as blood dripped from teh side of his head.

"I-I'll speak!It was Que Gui and his friends, they saw fatty and decided to beat him for fun, soon they made it a daily thing"He said in a frightened manner

Lan Du frowned

"Then where are the other two people from this dorm"Lan Du asked coldly

"T-that, they were dragged out today by Qe Gui, t-they should b-be at the garage at the b-back of teh dorm"His body trembled under Lan Du's cold gaze.

Lan Du gritted her teeth as she threw him to the ground and stomped viciously onto both legs.

She then dragged him by the collar, ignoring his pitiful screams, she stuffed some cloth into his mouth.She pulled him downstairs and went towards the garage at the back of the dorm.

She arrived at the sound of laughter and screams from the garage, she squinted her eyes and walked to the door.It was clad in steel and was closed tightly.

Lan Du snorted and tossed the young man aside before lifting her leg and shot a fast yet heavy kick at the door.A loud *bang* was heard and a large dent was left in the door.It was so big that it dented inwards and showed on the other side of teh door which terrified the young man.

'H-how!T-That's glaze steel!Even regular metal cannot scratch it!'

Lan Du gave another kick and the door now swung open.Inside, she saw Ling Shou and Tie Wang, they were tied up whilst being punched by a group of people like a punching bag.

Lan Du's eyes became even colder, as if the whole place was being encased in ice, it dropped a. few degrees due to her presence.

"Who the hell are you, dare to ruin our fun!"One of the people punching Tie Wang walked over with an arrogant expression.

Lan Du grabbed the bottom half of his face and pulled him in as she ruthlessly head butted him.A red mark was left on his head as he fell back unconscious.

Tie Wang was barely conscious whilst Ling Shou was out cold.His eyelids trembled slightly as he saw Lan Du walk in.

"How dare you!Dare to touch my friends!Beat him!"Someone walked out and shouted

Lan Du sneered and ran into the group without hesitation.She grabbed someone and threw him into the most concentrated part f the group whilst she reached for someone else.

She would often use the nearby people as meat shields for any incoming strikes and giving them a few heavy punches in the process.

Lan Du made sure she didn't take more than three seconds on a single person, if not, she would get overwhelmed easily and lose teh ability to retaliate.She attacked the vitals without any hesitation, from the throat to their crotch, she didn't with hold anything.

"B-beat him!"The person at the back grew wary of Lan Du's strength, only after close to 10 people got knocked down did he start to feel fear.

"D-don't come any closer!"He shouted in fear

"You're Que Gui?"Lan Du asked coldly

The young man trembled

"T-that's right, m-my father is very influential, d-don't you dare touch me"He said haughtily yet there was still a trace of fear in his eyes.

Lan Du kicked him in the guts ands ent him flying back.

"Pathetic, relying on your background when you can't do a thing, so what if your father is influential?"Lan Du kicked him in the stomach and turned to the remaining people standing.

She slowly smiled sadistically as she grabbed one by the face.

"One of my favourite techniques is the face slam, not only can it break skulls, but also knock two people out at once"Lan Du grinned and slammed two people together, their heads crashed and their body dropped to the ground.

The rest were too scared to even get close to her, they only watched as she walked away towards her room mates and untied them.

"We'll have a talk when we get back, cheh, was it fun being a punching bag?When I say that you call me at the face of problems, I really mean it, next time you try and deal with it yourself, I won't be there to clean up after you"Though Lan Du's words were harsh, they were out of good intentions.

Tie Wang who was barely conscious nodded his head ever so slightly before his eyes closed.

Lan Du sighed and took out two syringes.

"This is 2 million down the drain"She sighed as she injected the both of them with the syringe, their injuries were much worse than fatty's so she had to give immediate treatment.

She then tossed the two onto her shoulders and walked out the garage with them.

"Why are these three always getting picked on?Seriously, it's like someone is messing with me, how many times has it been already?"She muttered and carried the two into the dorm.

She laid them all on their own beds, Ling Shou was especially difficult since he was on the top bunker.After laying them down, Lan Du yawned and sat down at the desk in the room.She laid her head down on the table and closed her eyes.

The reason why she didn't go on the bed was because she was covered in sweat and blood, she also didn't feel like taking a shower since there could be people coming in any time.

She also didn't know when her room mates would wake up so it was best to stay near the doorway.

Hours passed, fatty having the least injuries slowly trembled.His eyes opened up with great difficulty and he lifted his body up to look around.He saw Lan Du sleeping soundly at the table and rubbed his eyes.

"Lan Du...he's back"He smiled as he was about to get up when a searing pain struck him.

He immediately laid back down, not moving anymore due to his injuries.However, his slight sound caused Lan Du's eyes to shoot open.She stood up and looked around, only to realise it was only fatty who woke up.

"Ah, fatty, don't move around, I haven't applied any medicine on you yet since you weren't in immediate danger, as for the other two, they're sleeping like pigs"Lan Du smiled and said

Fatty felt warmth rise in his heart, seeing Lan Du's smile caused his heart to jump somewhat as well.He was glad that lan Du was now back.

"Wait...what happened to the group that kidnapped them?"He suddenly asked

Lan Du's eyes shifted

"Ah, look at the time, I should go get some dinner for myself"Lan Du stretched her arms and walked out.

Fatty gazed at her suspiciously, he took out his phone and searched for recent news in their district.

[Breaking news:Over a dozen teenagers were severely injured, all found in the school garage behind the dorm, the reporters have tried to ask questions but all of them would only huddle up while shouting "demon"]

Fatty's hand trembled as he froze

"Lan Du...next time you want to hide something, make sure you hide the evidence"He laughed slightly as he scrolled down further

[company raided by a group of unknown teenagers, but report has been said that a girl was kidnapped by that company's heir, now a search is being commenced within the company]

Fatty lifted his brows

"This is an interesting news, damn, the leading teen was so badass, I wonder if he would win if he fought Lan Du"Fatty smiled and muttered.

Lan Du headed downstairs and glanced at her hand, it was now swollen badly and was turning purple.She frowned lightly and sighed.

"Guess I went a bit over the top in my left hand usage..."She sighed again and applied some ointment onto the hand before wrapping it back up.

A chilling sensation coated her hand and reduced the pain she felt from it.

She went to the academy's virtual training ground and laid in the capsule.It has been a long time since she last entered to train her mech skills so she decided to do it now.She didn't want to get rusty due to being busy.

When she entered, she realised more features has been added, now, there was a combat system for the mechs.She grew curious and signed up for a round of the combat system.

Before it began, she spent some time getting used to the controls of the mechs once again and smiled.

"It still feels nice to be here"She muttered, her hand didn't feel pain and she was in her best condition no matter how bad her real body was.

Her body was then transferred to a large stadium, on the other side was another mech.
