"C-Cute" One of the girls spoke out loud

Lan Du gave her a wink

"Sisters are all so pretty, but class will be starting soon, as a tutor, I might need to punish you for being late" Lan Du said it with a mischievous but cute smile.

Fei Fei was bewildered, when was Xiao Mo so playful and cute? She couldn't help but think to herself as she sat there in silence. When class started, the teacher noticed Lan Du. But ignored her since it had something to do with Fei Fei. As a teacher, he naturally knew Fei Fei's status so he wouldn't be bothered even if there were a group of men behind her.

Fei Fei furrowed her brows in class as she took down notes. Lan Du leaned her head forward.

"Miss Fei Fei, for this bit, you can remove the second line of the formula, then, you can cross out this bit here and the final result would be much easier and clearer to read" Lan Du pointed out silently

Fei Fei did as Lan Du told her and before she knew it, her page seemed much more clean and easier to read. Lan Du then pointed out a few other points.

"For this bit here, it's due to the increase from section one, once you compare, you'll see the pattern, there are harder questions, so if you use the third row, you may utilise the part b formula and solve it easily" Lan Du said slowly

Fei Fei listened, the more she did so, the more amazed she was. Lan Du's teachings sunk into her head. It went the same for the next few subjects and she let out a long sigh as it was finally lunch break.

Fei Fei stared at Lan Du

"It's amazing how you hold all this information in that small head of yours" She exclaimed in 

fascination

Lan Du chuckled

"I will be in your care for the next few weeks, naturally, I need to pump as much knowledge into your head as I can in this period, once I leave, I won't be teaching you anymore"

Fei Fei turned to her

"You won't be staying? Why? You get paid highly and will also get much more benefits than any other job you take" She said in a startled manner

Lan Du chuckled and rubbed her head

"Lass...you're damn right, I indeed want to keep working for the benefits, but pity, I am not always free" Lan Du said without any shame, she didn't hide her greed for the resources.

Hearing her reply, Fei Fei giggled

"How old are you anyway?" She asked

Lan Du placed her finger on Fei Fei's lips

"That's a story for another time I'm afraid" Lan Du said sweetly and leaned her head back as she stood up straight behind Fei Fei's seat.

Fei Fei stood up, but the moment she did so, students gathered around her, however, Lan Du noticed something, the guys would push the girls to the side and sneer silently as they approached.

Lan Du's gaze became cold, the girls were frightened and moved aside, not even looking up nor saying anything about being pushed around.

There was one male student who was especially distinct amongst the group, he had an arrogant expression and an overbearing feel to him.

Lan Du stopped forward in front of Fei Fei

"May I ask what you want with Miss Fei Fei?" Lan Du smiled lightly and said

The students beside the young man roared

"Get lost you brat"

"Move before we throw you out the room"

Lan Du chuckled and turned to the young man who stood in the centre. He glanced at her and didn't have any anger on his face.

Though he seemed arrogant, his expression was calm.

"I am Miss Fei Fei's friend, I often eat with her" He said

Lan Du rubbed her chin

"Now that's tough, because her father specifically told me to make sure horny bastards don't go anywhere near miss Fei Fei, I've got an idea, you see the soft delicate dirt outside? Go use your vigor on them, I'm sure you'll calm down eventually" Lan Du said cutely, but her eyes were dead serious.

The young man's mouth twitched while the other students beside him were enraged

"Damn brat!"

"Do you wanna die?" They shouted

The young man smiled and lifted one hand to stop them

"You're a funny kid, but this isn't somewhere you should be" His eyes were slightly cold but he 

maintained his smile.

Lan Du smirked

"Oh? I shouldn't be here? What a coincidence, I don't think animals should be in school either, young man, you should take good care of the dogs beside you, where's the leash? If you don't have one, I can lend you a few, it comes with shock systems that makes sure the dogs behave well, oh who am I kidding, watching them scream is just too good of a show to miss" Lan Du's smile was wide, she mocked the students around over and over again, not giving them a chance to say a thing.

The young man frowned

"I'm giving you one warning, not even CEO Lin is this disrespectful towards my family" He said coldly

Lan Du laughed

"Good joke" She laughed

The young man lifted a brow

"Do you not know who I am? My family background is greater than you can ever imag-"

"No, the fact that a pup like you is giving me a warning, that's a good one, pity it won't be funny when I say it" Lan Du said mockingly, her smile never went down, rather, it was wider than before and the disdain in her eyes were not hidden.

Fei Fei behind Lan Du was shocked, she never thought Lan Du was capable of throwing such insults. But she found it amusing, no...she found it satisfying.

The young man took in a deep breath

"Fei Fei, who is this kid to talk so disrespectfully" He asked sternly

Fei Fei smiled and rubbed Lan Du's head

"He is my new tutor that my dad hired" She replied sweetly

The young man's gaze became colder

"A mere tutor dares to mock me? Beat him" He said

The students beside him ran over

Fei Fei gasped

"Wulong Rui, what are you doing in front of me, touch him and I'll make sure you regret it!" Fei 

Fei growled, but the group didn't stop.

However, the next scene cannot be described as shocking nor tragic. It was an absolute slaughter...

In a matter of seconds, the students were on the ground, holding their stomachs as they curled up. Lan Du walked over their bodies and would purposely step on their heads a few times.

"Wulong Rui was it? Is that your name? Whatever, I warned you, dogs needs leashes or they bite, but even if they do, they can't put up a fight, however, it does bring me great delight" Lan 

Du smiled and giggled

Wulong Rui's pupils shrunk, he stared at Lan Du, then back at the pile of bodies beneath her feet. Fei Fei was staring with eyes wide opened and her mouth in the shape of an O.

Lan Du gave her a wink and stepped down from the bodies

"Miss Fei Fei, I also have the food your chefs made, you should eat it before it gets cold" Lan Du said as she took out a small package wrapped in thin cloth.

Fei Fei nodded, but she stared at the bodies on the ground then back at Lan Du, wondering where she hides all that strength.

Lan Du ignored Wulong Rui as his backing isn't something she can mess with on the long term, if she only mocks him, it would be fine, but if he uses his full family backing, she cannot guarantee the people around her. Unlike Yuan Min, who lacks connections to find information for him, Wulong Rui's family can actually dig out her identity.

Lan Du walked off with Fei Fei, leaving the astonished students in the classroom.

Lan Du then leaned over to Fei fei and whispered into her ears

"Miss Fei Fei, Wulong Rui should be the grandchild of Wulong Feng, his company is only slightly less influential than your father's, I hope you can ask your father to help me with this matter" Lan Du said calmly, though underneath her calmness was worry.

Fei Fei lifted her brows

"So you actually know him? Then why did you still mock him?" She gasped

Lan Du tapped her own head

"Because I am obligated to fulfil all contracted content, this includes removing all threats from your side, if not for the fact that we were in public, I would have killed that brat and removed his corpse, but now I've offended him openly, I can only hope your father isn't cold-hearted and leave me for death" Lan Du chuckled lightly and said

Fei Fei felt frustrated

"Of course he will help, it isn't a major problem anyway...unless you really kill him"

Lan Du laughed awkwardly

"Who do you think I am? I'm not that cruel of a person, what I said earlier was just a joke...maybe" Lan Du giggled and didn't continue

Fei Fei stared at her with a face full of doubt

'He would definitely kill him if she had the chance'

Lan Du turned her head and saw an empty seat at the yard, she led Fei Fei over and unpacked the boxes of food for her. She then stood by the side and waited for her to eat.

"Aren't you eating?" Fei Fei turned to her and asked

"I will eat when I'm alone, I am not contracted to eat along with you, you're the daughter of the CEO, I shouldn't eat with you either" Lan Du replied

Fei Fei pouted

"What do you mean?" She asked with an annoyed expression

Lan Du flicked her forehead

"I mean, I'm a big glutton who'd eat all your food before you can eat your fill" Lan Du replied casually

Fei Fei was taken aback, she stared at Lan Du and puffed her cheeks

"Then come eat with me, I want to see how much you can really eat" Her selfish nature came to boot when she saw Lan Du reject her.

Lan Du chuckled and rubbed her head

"Miss Fei Fei, if you don't eat now, I'll double the homework I'll be giving you" Lan Du said lightly

Fei Fei immediately turned her head back down to the food and started eating like there was no tomorrow. Lan Du smiled lightly and didn't say anything else.

Then, she felt a cold presence, she felt as if time was against her as she grabbed Fei Fei's collar and pulled her aside, but a sudden pain struck her shoulder. She turned her head and saw blood dripping down her left arm, fortunately, she pulled Fei Fei out of the way fast enough.

Fei Fei was shocked by the sudden change in events, students nearby screamed and ran from the area. Lan Du clicked her tongue and grabbed Fei Fei.

"We're leaving!" She shouted and pulled her

Fei Fei didn't even have time to react, but Lan Du pulled her up and started running, the blood was now soaking her arm and sleeve. The pain was unbearable but on Lan Du's face, a sile slowly crept up.

"X-Xiao Mo, are you alright" Fei Fei exclaimed when she saw the bloodied arm.

Lan Du gave her a smile

"Young miss, I recomend you don't speak less yu waste your energy in speaking, otherwise, I'd 

have to carry you" Lan Du replied calmly

Fei Feis face grew pale, she could see that Lan Du was losing blood at a rapid pace, she looked around but couldn't see where the shot came from.

"Don't bother, the shot came from the third building beside the school, the sniper already left and is most likely keeping track on where we currently are" Lan Du said, she suddenly pulled Fei Fei closer and flung her over her shoulder as she ran out the school gate.

"Hang on tight, the game has just begun" Lan Du said iwth a light smile

Fei Fei gasped in shock, she then turned to Lan Du's delicate looking face, wonder how she was keeping such a calm expression despite being shot in the shoulder.

Lan Du ran through crowds which caused the sniper to click his tongue.

"They're heading down the north section, intercept at point C" He said

"What happened, did you miss your shot?" A ocking laughter came from the other side

"Shut up, who'd think that a twelve year old looking brat would be a profesional bodyguard" He replied with a sour expression.

Lan Du kept running, she then took a sudden turn, she dropped Fei Fei down at the corner and quickly tossed her a wig and a skin mask.

"Get back home" Lan Du shouted as she kept running, she used one hand to wrap up the wound on her arm and took out a dagger.

She didn't stop until she reached a bridge, below was a river and the surrounding was empty. 

The bridge seemed abandoned and few buildings were nearby.

"Twerps, get out here, grandpa Mo is feeling generous" Lan Du laughed

From the surrounding area, groups of men walked out, they had an intimidating aura around them but Lan Du only smirked as she stared at them.

"23 people? Looks like I overestimated you idiots, you actually prepared an ambush in such an obvious spot, you didn't even realise I switched the young miss the moment I left the school, did you?" Lan Du smirked and said

Her words made the group begin a discussion

"One eye, I though you said the target was with him when they left the school grounds! When the hell was she switched" One of them yelled

"How the hell should I know, that brat was able to pull the lass out of a bullet shot from hundreds of metres away, who knows what he did" The sniper argued back

Lan Du laughed even harder

"Well, when should the party begin? Or should I initiate?" Lan Du waved the dagger in her hand around

"Humph, brat, even if you are good, I want to see how you can fight with one arm" One scoffed and mocked Lan Du's injuries.

Lan Du held the dagger tighter and smirked, she placed her hands on her bracelets and dropped them from both her arms and legs.

Her body lightened and she then dashed, her figure seemed to be a blurr for some of them so by the time they reacted, one man was down on the ground with blood flowing out his neck.

"Lets play a game" Lan Du licked the blade, along with the blood on it

"Whoever dies loses" Lan Du smiled sweetly and dashed once again, this time, thr group reacted, they all took a defensive stance and clumped together.

Lan Du clicked her tongue, but she didn't stop, the moment she got closer, they would counterattack, and even try to restarin her through pure numbers. Lan Du slashed her dagger down on one of them, but the moment she did so, a blade came down upon her arm, she moved it side but it still ended up going through her arm.

She gritted her teeth and retreated back, she took down one other with that rush but in the process, she also lost another arm.

"Hah, where's your arrogance now brat?"

Lan Du spat and glared at them, but a smile crawled to her face

"It seems you're quite happy, but unless you break every one of my bones and shatter all my limbs, I'm going to kill every last one of you" Lan Du laughed and bend her head down, she then lifted her right leg up high and she bit down on the side.

"D-Did that brat go crazy? He's biting his own leg now"

But Lan Du then pulled out a dagger with her teeth, the blade facing forward and her smile growing.

They knew she couldn't talk now, but they could tell what she was thinking. Lan Du ran forward, however, instead of attacking, she pushed through the group, forcing them all aside, now, they were around her in all sides.

Lan Du swayed her head back and the dagger struck someone's chest. That person gritted his teeth and slammed his elbow down on Lan Du's back. Lan Du ignored the pain and slashed with the dagger once again. Thsi time, it sliced the man's neck and his body dropped.

Seeing how someone still died, the leader grew frustrated

"He's just a brat! kill him!" He roared

Lan Du ran through the crowd, she ran in a strange direction every time so they didn't know who the next target was. One by one, she killed them, and before they knew it, theri numbers were reduced by half.

However, Lan Du wasn't in a much better situation, she was panting heavily and her face was pale. She had lost too much blood and she was tiring oyt as well. She bit down harder upon the dagger, her eyes were cold, but then her dagger dropped from her mouth.

She had been gritting onto the dagger insanely tight during the fights, her jaws lost all strength and loosened.

"He can't hold on much longer! Kill him" The leader roared

They all ran over and approached in all directings. Lan Du tapped her shoes sidewayds and blades shot out from the front of the shoe.

"I-said-unless-you-kill-me-I-will-kill-every-one-of-you" Lan Du said with difficulty, she spun and threw a heavy kick at the closest person. Due to her lack of strength, the kick didn't send the man flying, but the dagger dug deep into his throat and tore out the insides.

The man's eyes were wide open before his finl moments s he dropped to the ground. The bridge was now dyed red by blood.

Lan Du's eyes became blurry

'I-Is this as far as I go? Heh, I've worked so hard and this is how it ends?'

Lan Du started laughing meniachly, her eyes were now that of a crazed beast, her face was already covered in blood and her clothes were dyed red.

She kept running forward, she ignored her body screaming in fatigue and pain, she kept her pace in kicks and her only thought was survival.

Like a crazed beast, even when a dagger shot towards her, she kept running towards the person, the pure momentum made him tumbled and Lan Du kicked aside the dagger and threw a heavy kick into his stomach.

The man coughed out blood before collapsing.

But it was then Lan Du was sapped of any strength, her eyes blurred and she dropped down to the ground. She was barely conscious when she heard shouting, then there was the sound of 

the leader of the group shouting "Retreat!". Her vision blacked out and she fell unconscious.
