Climb To The Top!

(The next day of school, Henry was absent for he is out exploring as Tashiro and Daxton, endlessly trains in speed, strength, resistance, endurance, stamina and many more physical workouts as Daxton was preparing for an incoming challenge from the Headmaster.)

-Two Days after the Mizusara incident-

(Daxton was sitting in the headmaster's office as he has the shadows glooming over his head.)
"Headmaster: Mr. Hunter, I've recently overheard from a classmate that you are looking to be more 'known' in the fighting world? As in the rankings?"
"Daxton: Yes. I've been training with Tashiro for that."
"Headmaster: Hmm.. Give me a week from now and your opponent will be here on Wednesday night. Consider this your debut to live television."
"Daxton: Hm..."

-Now-

"Tashiro: COME ON HUNTER, FIFTEEN MORE CRUNCHES!"
(Tashiro loudly counts as Daxton continues training proudly and strictly until Shinohimi and Kin Yoshimura arrived to speak with Daxton.)
"Shinohimi: Is this a bad time?"
"Tashiro: Nah, not at all! Making sure Daxton's in tip top shape!"
(Kin then notices a scar on Daxton's side waist which made her question what could it be without raising suspicion.)
"Shinohimi: Daxton, I have confirmation on your first Pay-Per-View fight."
"Daxton: Hm?"
"Shinohimi: Your opponent is currently a low-seed mixed martial artist, he's a skilled submissionist with a ratio of 123-50. I am offering you the option to cancel the match if you wish to switch opponents."
"Daxton: ...Let the match happen, he's the perfect individual for me to fight."
"Shinohimi: I will inform the headmaster."

(As Shinohimi then leaves, Daxton then continues to train as Kin remained to assist Daxton as his training partner. As time passes, Daxton and Kin was exchanging in combat as Tashiro was evaluating Daxton in his practice fight. Daxton stays on the defense against Kin and her powerful strikes from all sides. Kin then fakes a low roundhouse kick for a powerful rising kick which connected with Daxton's chin and forces him to back away while stumbling in pain. Kin then swings a powerful side kick which Daxton blocks, swings a strong left hook which Kin counters with a straight jab which connected on purpose as Daxton grips Kin's fist, slides between her open legs and pumphandle slams Kin onto the ground which gives her a noticeable cough after hitting the ground hard. Tashiro then concludes the training as Kin admits defeat after being taken down which was the stipulation of the training bout.)

"Kin: As usual, your skills never disappoint, Mr. Hunter."
"Tashiro: That little pumphandle slam was pretty unique, how did you learn that?"
"Daxton: Picked it up from a wrestling show when I was around nine years old."
"Tashiro: You mean WWE?"
"Daxton: Nope, I believe it was called New Japan Pro Wrestling?"
"Kin: Considering you also took kickboxing classes, that can explain your mixed martial arts background."
"Tashiro: Well, Daxton. Are you prepare for this?"
"Daxton: It's my first Pay-Per-View fight. All I have to do is avoid ten losses in each semester while striving to win one hundred matches. I'll make sure I break him..."
"Kin: Its best to remain focused and make sure you do not lose your temper during your fight."
"Tashiro: She's right, last time when you fought Kuroda, you got away with putting her in a coma. If you lose your anger in this fight, it might get ugly real fast."
"Daxton: I'll do my best."
(As time then flies by, Daxton was continuing to train in the school's gymnasium as other working out students noticed Daxton's bruised body from his fights yet he still battles through. Daxton then sees Senri running towards him in the distance as he then pauses working out to talk to him.)
"Senri: Hunter!"
"Daxton: Nakamura? What's wrong?"
"Senri: N-Nothing..."
(Senri then collapses as he was tired but Daxton then gives him an unopened water bottle which he then drinks and sighs out of relief.)

"Okay... The student counsel wanted me to inform you that your opponent is here and your fight begins in an hour."
"Daxton: Alright, thanks Nakamura."
(As Daxton was then cleaning himself up, Senri was a little worried that he could lose his temper but didn't let it bother him then goes to join Tashiro in the stands.)
"Tashiro: Senri, how's Hunter?"
"Senri: He's doing well, I just hope he doesn't go too far."
"Tashiro: I have faith in him. He surely won't let his emotions get too far."
(As an hour goes by, the stands were filled with hyped students and spectators as they were prepared for Daxton's first live aired fight. Meanwhile, Daxton was in his locker room, shadowboxing while practicing fast and powerful kicks which created a swift sound in the air. A knock was heard on the door as rap music was being played outside.)
"Shinohimi: Hunter. Its time."
(Daxton then looked at his medication pills and takes one just in case, puts on his mouthguard then slams his fists together and walks out the door. As Daxton's opponent was first entering the ring, the female ring announcer was yelling at the top of her lungs as she introduced him.)
"Female Announcer: From Fortaleza, Brazil, weighting at 239 pounds with a ratio win/loss record of 123-50... TEODORO TAKEDA MORALES!!!"
(As the dreadlocked mixed martial artist was ready to fight, Kyudenki begins cheering for Daxton who currently remains undefeated technically in their school.)
"From the United States, weighing at 157 pounds with a win/loss record of 27-0, DAXTON HUNTER!!"
(As Senri, Tashiro and Nagaoka cheers for their friend, the student counsel and the headmaster was watching from a VIP seat for their known reputation.)

"Shinohimi: Teodoro Morales, thoughts on this fighter?"
"Kin: From what social media states, he's pretty deadly with sleeper holds. But to a level of a real mixed martial artist, he does have a pretty good record."
"Niikura: I should've had the chance to fight him..!"
"Shinohimi: Simmer down Nobukichi, Mr. Hunter's confidence is something that should be tested on real levels in a fight. In order to test him truly, we'll need to see if he's truly capable of carrying Japan back into the International Tournaments."
"Kin: ...Student Counsel President."
"Shinohimi: Hm?"
"Kin: Say if Mr. Hunter did carry Japan, do you think he'd have any chance defeating the Big 3 academies across the seaboard?"
"Shinohimi: ...If he is our only guy standing, all bets are on him. I just wish to see for myself, Mr. Hunter's true combat experience and see if he's been holding back ever since the fight with Kuroda."
"Kuroda: L-Let's not uh.. talk about that anymore.."
(As Daxton and Teodoro stares each other down, one of Kyudenki's referees steps into the ring to bring the rules.)
"Referee: This will be a fifteen minute one on one, you may use any tactic necessary but remember that victory must come from submission, incapacitation of opponent or stoppage by the referee. Are we clear? Shake hands."
(They then shook hands and prepared for their fight. As the referee rings the bell, Daxton and Teodoro quickly exchange blows left and right as they both remained on their feet while letting the direct hits connect.)
"Daxton (Thinking): In order for me to make it to the top of the food chain and get home... I will clear every obstacle, even if it means suffering loss after loss!"
