I'm just your average regular usual student trying my best to make it in this world after all life isn't fantastic of course there are always some boundaries to get through, but it's okay.

Ryo aged 17 has already moved out of his parent's house after working part-time as a chef when he was 15, and had managed to save enough money to rent his own apartment. Life was playing out decently and everything was going well.

''This ramen is amazing can you give a compliment to the chef'' the customer spoke 

''Yes of course our 17-year-old Chef Ryo makes the best ramen'' the waiter mentioned

''A 17-year-old made my food wow'' the customer spoke in shock

Ryo always gets many compliments for his food especially when the waiters mention his age. But he's never been happy about those compliments not even a smile from Ryo, due to being taught that a job is a job if you aren't good at it you shouldn't be doing it. 

Ryo finishes his shift as usual

This was all in all a regular life nothing tragic, nothing special. which is the depiction of Ryo's grades at school they are all above average being in the top 10 for grades in his year group every time.

''Well done Ryo you are top of the class again'' the Teacher said proudly   

''Okay'' Ryo spoke with no enthusiasm 

''Can I leave class now?'' Ryo questioned the teacher

''Erm yes you may leave class now'' Teacher replied back 

Ryo leaves the classroom after school as usual

Comes back to his plain apartment, with all the essential needs like a living room with a couch, coffee table & tv, a bedroom with a bed, desk and computer, and a kitchen layout of a chef with a packed fridge, A-grade knives and cutting boards. 

'' I'm hungry what should I make''

Ryo checks the ingredients inside the fridge

( Chicken stock, butter, onions, cheese, bread ) 

''Some French onion soup should keep me warm''

I use all of my chicken stock left in a pot and put that aside to slowly simmer to bring the best flavours out of the chicken stock. In the meantime onions needs to be cut * chop * chop * chop * three onions should be enough. Then caramelised the onions slowly in another pot with the butter, a sprinkle of salt and 2 spoons of sugar. 

But Ryo realises he's missing something

'' I don't have any thyme or bay leaves left'' 

Turn both pots to the lowest heat

'' I have to go out to buy some'' 

Ryo grabs his coat and proceeds to head outside to the nearest store to buy thyme and bay leaves but as soon as he purchased them.

Heavy rain and thunderstorms start

''I always prepare for this''

Ryo takes out his compact umbrella from his coat pocket, then opens it to protect himself from the rain, and opens google maps to find the shortest/fastest route home through a park.

''Alright then going through the park saves time and I can get home faster'' 

Ryo takes an unusual route of going through the park to get home, but on his walk through the park he stumbles across a girl all soaked laying on a park bench...
