The last chapter had Seiji being knocked out by Sota.

This is the continuation.

Seiji wakes up moments after being knocked out. "Urgh.. what the hell..? You could've gone easier old man." Seiji declared. "Sorry kid but you could've destroyed this entire area if I let you keep going. After gauging your power I've come to a decision." Sato declares.

"What are you talking about?" Seiji questions. "Your official training is 40 pushups and situps with every power you know active since, from looking at the past fights you've been in, you have a limit. Doing exercises with your powers active shall increase your limit of use. Then after you'll do 20 laps around the entire forest acre." Sato proclaims.

"What the hell..? That's a lot old man. I don't think I could live through that... But I'll do it! One thing though. Are you sure this is training?" "Um, Y-yeah. but, Alright your training begins now. Pushups let's go."

"I don't think that's actually training my powers but at least physical training is useful. Still though..." Seiji thinks.

Seiji is seen doing push-ups and sit-ups interchangeably and then after a minute gets up and runs deep into the forest. Sato walks inside his home and sits at the dinner table. "If this training goes well I could probably save my daughter and maybe even..." Sato thinks.

All of a sudden the screen is blurred into a flashback and Sato and his Brown haired wife staring at a figure in a black and white cloak with a baby in hand.

"GIVE HER BACK YOU BASTARD! I'LL KILL YOU!" Sato shouts.

Sato runs towards the figure, who takes out a sword and before he can slash Sato's chest, his wife shields him and falls limp. The voice completely muted from Sato's rage says some unintelligible words and leaves with the child. The flashback ends with Sato crying over his wife's body. In the present, tears fall from Sato. "Asuka.. I'll avenge you. I swear." Sato whispers.

Time passes and Seiji returns home sweating and tired. "Welcome home. Here's more of that sushi you like." Sato declares. "YES! If I can eat this every day then this training is worth it!" Seiji exclaims. A sequence of Seiji training and running and eating plays with Sato doing dishes and instructing Seiji on some days.

A month passes and Sato calls Seiji to the outside of the home. "Alright, Seiji. You aren't fully ready to believe but this may be your limit for what I can teach you for now. So this time we'll have a repeat of our little sparring match from before. You ready?" Sato asks. "Of course old man. I've been waiting to kick your ass all month!" Seiji shouts.

Seiji seemingly teleports in front of Sato. "This...! This speed! Incredible!" Sato exclaims. As Seiji slices towards him but Sato ducks under the slice and pics Seiji up with his telekinesis and throws him to the side. But unknowingly to Sato, Seiji had wrapped his leg up with string similar to Akui's ability. Both Seiji and Sato are sent flying in the same direction and Seiji uses the string to get Sato closer to him.

He grows wings and starts to fly but Sato cuts the rope with a pocket knife he had and falls to the ground but before he could hit the ground Seiji was flying towards Sato with his sword in hand for a final slice but is blocked by Sato's pocket knife. Sato and Seiji collide for a moment but back off.

Seiji then dashes towards Sato but Sato is ready to block Seiji's attack. All of a sudden Sato's leg is struck by a telekinesis attack and he's tripped leaving him wide open. Seiji then takes this opportunity he's created and slices off Sato's arm.

"That's enough! You've improved massively and I'm very proud to see your growth. You're better and now you've made the first step to killing their leader." Sato declares.

Sato's arm regrows and he's helped up by Seiji. "Thanks, old man. You aren't so bad. But it's time for me to go back to my friends. I'll come to visit from time to time alright?" Seiji promises. "Obviously. I'll see you around." Sato replies. Seiji grows wings and takes off with Sato staring at him.

Seiji lands at his home where he's greeted by his entire family and he's completely smothered by all of them. "Welcome home! We were so worried about you!" They shout.

"Yeah. I missed you guys too." Seiji says.
