The All Association Meeting

(The next day approaches as Jiia Yueja was called into an all country association meeting with over 30 different Mercenary Association leaders.)

"Jiia: Alright, now what's the cause of us being summoned?"
"Lucia Bowers (United States Mercenary Association Leader): The reason this meeting was called Miss Yueja is because of the recent incident that has occurred at an institution in your own city, Hong Kong."
"Bohdan Feodosijovych Tsurkan (Ukrainian Mercenary Association Leader): In one of your school academies, a viral video has struck the attention of almost every association leader and has placed them into a panic!"

(As the video of Bai was played, Jiia was then surprised but silent at the transformed arm of Bai.)

"Jiia: How..?"
"Lucia: As we were informed of this video, we've checked through every documented file of Ghouls and Humans and not once have we ever seen a human with a ghastly ability like so in this here video."
"Jiia: I can assure you, Bai Zhen-"
"Timm Goldberg (German Mercenary Association Leader): KILL HIM! KILL HIM!"
"Bassam Asima (Egyptian Mercenary Association Leader): Settle down, annihilating a teenager this early would be a fatal mistake knowing we do not know the truth yet."
"Timm: DOES NOT MATTER! HE CARRIES BLOOD OF A GHOUL, KILL HIM!"
"Bohdan: How can you actually believe he's part-Ghoul? It's been proven for two years if a Ghoul and a human procreates, the unborn infant dies in less than 7 months."
"Jiia: Mr. Zhen has no official records of ever having Ghoul parents, his mother and father during his coma were killed by the Triple Ghoul."

(As most of the association leaders were surprised at the news they were never informed, Jiia continued to speak.)

"Jiia: In truth, it is impossible to even consider Bai Zhen a Ghoul. The reason behind that is because of the countless tests. Bai's parents has been tested before they were buried, they are 100% human, which makes Bai a human by the proven tests."
"Bassam: But how did a pure human gain such an ability? There has never been a Spirit, Curse or Blessing that has ever existed like this."
"Jiia: That I am not sure of. I swear though, as China's representing Mercenary Association leader, I will get to the bottom of this and find out how this was possible."
"Lucia: Something is troubling me about this Zhen individual. From what the archives state, he was ambushed by Ghouls and was dismembered into bits. But somehow repairs himself as if it was magic?"
"Jiia: ...T-That-"
"Timm: THAT REMINDS ME! Did he or did he not take an official scanning test to prove his potential as a S Rank Mercenary?!"

(As most of the leaders were in agreement, Jiia was into a corner for she does not know what to say about Bai.)

"Bohdan: It stated Bai Zhen has a hidden blessing, one that gained the attention of the 15 Ghouls. If we do not do something, I'm afraid Bai Zhen will be the least of our problems."
"Jiia: Look! ...I do not understand how that was possible.. I do not understand Bai Zhen's abilities or how he's able to reconstruct himself after dismemberment without having that kind of blessing."
"???: You're not looking hard enough, Yueja."

(As the leaders noticed the mysterious caller that has joined the conversation, it was a mysterious caller with an ID named "...")

"Lucia: Who is this?!"
"???: Names are not important right now. Consider me someone who knows more about the Zhen family history and what he truly is."
"Bassam: How can we trust you?"
"Jiia: I'm a surviving member of the incident three years ago in the United Kingdom. The queen is gone and the entire country was destroyed, because of Negan Zhihao."

(As they were all impressed at the mysterious user's alibi, Jiia then asked a question.)

"Jiia: How exactly can you prove what Bai truly is?"
"???: It starts with his blessing and why Ghouls are targeting Bai Zhen."
"Lucia: What about his blessing...?"
"???: The Justice Blessing is a first ever multi-Blessing or in the tongue of the divine, a Grace."

(As everyone was suddenly interested, the mysterious individual speaks more.)

"???: The blessing Bai currently holds is among the strongest combination today. The human world does not know that Graces exist and it must stay that way. The reason Ghouls target Bai Zhen is due to the fact the Justice Blessing was created by several Blessing users and a curse user. On top of it, it was the first Grace to ever be blessed by a God. If a Ghoul were to take the Justice Blessing for themselves, the end of the world would be upon us."

"Jiia: ..."
"Timm: He is more of a threat..! ERASE HIM INSTEAD!!!"
"Lucia: *Sigh* As much as I am against it, it is not wise to let a person with this much power live with a blessing like so."
"Bohdan: I think we're pushing things a little too early here, we should wait until it's truly an urgent decision."
"Jiia: Everyone. Bai Zhen is in Hong Kong and therefore, he is my responsibility. I will speak with him and ask him what he thinks of the Justice Blessing."
"Lucia: Understand Lady Yueja that even if what this individual says is true, we cannot let our guard down if he's truly what we believe he is."
"Jiia: I understand."
"Bassam: We'll be in touch, Lady Yueja, be safe."

(As the conference call ended and the mysterious caller did not leave, Jiia noticed.)

"Jiia: You're still here?"
"???: Yes. I needed the conference to end to tell you this privately."
"Jiia: Tell me what...?"
"???: Bai Zhen's true identity is not what everyone believes he is. In truth, his parents were human yes... But something happened during his coma, something that he was forced into."
"Jiia: What do you mean?"
"???: I cannot say more. But you'll need to access the governmental files from the Chinese Government then look for the Permanent Record department. For the true story of Bai Zhen, that's your only lead. I must go."
"Jiia: W-Wait!"

(The call then completely ends as Jiia then hangs up and sits down in her chair then anxiously thinks of what could Bai Zhen truly be. She then makes a call to Negan whom was eating a plate full of burger sliders with some fries then answers the phone.)

"Negan (Phone): This better be quick."
"Jiia (Phone): I need to talk to you. It's about Bai."
"Negan (Phone): For the last time, he's doing alright. He just needs time alone for a while he says."
"Jiia (Phone): Its not that. I met this mysterious caller, I think Bai's family information has been tampered with somehow."
"Negan (Phone): ...What are you talking about?"
"Jiia (Phone): Jiia: Negan, during Mr. Zhen's coma, didn't you feel something was off after the Triple Ghoul killed Bai's parents?"

(Negan then tries to think back six months ago.)

"Negan (Phone): No... Maybe."
"Jiia (Phone): Negan. We need to find the truth, Bai's family might truly have been tampered with and they're hiding something they don't want anyone to find out."
"Negan: *Sigh* Just hire a spy or someone, aren't they experienced with breaking into top security places like that?"
"Jiia: Who exactly am I suppose to contact for a job like this?"

(Jiia's door then coincidently opens as a katana welding individual walks towards her desk.)

"Jiia: ...Negan, I'll call you back."
"Kokei Uesaka (Japanese S-Rank Mercenary | Power: Sun Blessing): I'm here for the first mission. Is there something you have for me?"
"Jiia: ...Actually. I do. I need you to make a trip to the Hall of Permanent Records in the Government of China's office. There is something I need you to collect."
"Kokei: Is there a name?"
"Jiia: ...Any members of a bloodline related to or has the last name Zhen."
"Kokei: Consider it done within a day or less, I will be back."

(As Kokei then walks off, Jiia then sits back down in her chair, thinking about what could the truth be behind all of this.)
