“Hey Yuuta! The chief wants to see you and he says "It's urgent.” I sprint over to the chief Knowing an urgent call means we're going to war. “ chief! Who are we fighting?” I sprint into the tent he lives In “ Ah! Yuuta I want you to take over for me as chief. I'm getting old, and you're already better than me in my prime years…” the chief, a 5 foot 5 bald man who just turned 56 Is here saying i’m stronger than him in his prime not to mention his muscles the size of boats …? I look shocked thinking why did he call me here on urgent business for this. He should still be a great ruler; he's not even that old. “ That's a big choice to make, give me a week to think it over.” I turn to walk away when the chief grabs my leg “ please Yuuta your our last hope In battle you destroy all our enemies without even killing them, they call you the white blaze.”

Why? I ask the chief. “ Your hair is white as snow and you're about as fast as a tiger at full speed.” oh I respond a little disappointed by this answer. “ I’ll consider it, I guess let me think it over.” I walked out of the village to what used to be the village's main water supply before It randomly dried up last year “ what to do…” I lean over the edge wondering what I did to make the chief push this on me. I sigh looking down on the patch of dirt. I'm tired of eating fish, I say quietly.

Then suddenly I fell over the edge. I spin to look at the bridge and I see a figure retreating. I was pushed I think as my head hit the ground hard and fast. I open my eyes to a null space. I look around but there’s nothing to be seen for miles and miles “ hello Yuuta.” I look around as the voice sounds unfamiliar and somehow not human. “ Who are you!” I shout out at the voice “ I’m Osami, an angel. I take pity on you, so I’ll grant you the opportunity to reincarnate into a new world, do you accept?” I pause to consider the options. There's no way this would happen normally. I wonder “ what do I have to do?” the angel smiles and laughs at my question “ you don’t have to do a thing but there is a demon king there so if you could kill him that’d be splendid.” I look at her with a questioning look.

“ I don’t kill, I have reasons why…” the angel frowns at me. “ Come on please just once!” I think for a second already knowing I can’t she should know too I haven’t killed anyone… except for him. “ I refuse sorry” the angel sighs and sends me speeding down to the new world. After about 30 seconds I land but something feels weird. I try moving my arm around but I don't see it. Someone grabs me and holds me up to see a lady then it clicks I’ve been reborn as a baby!

15 years later…

“ Goodbye Yuuta!” my mom says crying as I walk towards the adventurers guild hoping to register. “ I went to a combat academy for 5 years and I finally graduated from it about 1 month ago. I’ve been walking for 5 hours when I finally reach a rest stop, I drunk water until I can’t handle anymore of it, then I ate 3 whole rice bowls and finally settle down for a nap. After about 3 hours I was poked awake “ what!?” I screamed annoyed but the poking didn’t stop. I opened my eyes about a minute later to discover I wasn’t being poked by a stick or pole… it was a demon!

I started to panic. I left my practice sword at home. It was metal so I could train like I was in a real fight but I wanted to buy a better one when I reached the adventurers guild. I tried running because I had no way to defend myself but the demon picked me up. I tried punching and kicking but nothing worked. I was eventually lifted up to the demon's mouth but then I fell still wrapped in the hand someone had slain the demon in less than 1 second. I glance around as fast as I can trying to find and thank whoever Just saved me. My eyes landed on a man who oddly reminded me of the village chief. He looked about the same age and height as the chief, only he still had jet black hair. “ you almost died, you know where’s your repellent necklace?” A repellent necklace is made out of yttrium; it's the only substance that can hurt demons or keep them away. “ I feel asleep. I went through combat training so I can't own a repellent stone." The man looked confused at what I just said. He's probably thinking where’s his sword? “ I left my sword at home as silly as it may sound. I wanted a new one from the adventurers guild as I only have a training sword.” The man looked even more puzzled as I was saying this. “ Kid I’m the legendary hero and I gotta say you're brave going through here without a sword, I'll train you so follow me!” He started sprinting, not saying another word. I followed him as quickly as I could. Luckily I focused on my speed in the academy. I was still falling further and further behind as we climbed the mountain leading to his house. At one point I lost sight of him and sped up. I was now at my top speed trying to catch up to this old man. I never thought this would happen, about 5 minutes later we reached his house. It was a 5 story mansion!
