Come on.” Being an adventurer is not my life dream but I can’t help but feel drawn to fight! I charge at him slicing towards him over and over but now I calculate my second attack to play off the opening my first attack makes. I slice and slice but nothing seems to work. The sword launches me through the center of the demon quickly then it slowly floats me to the ground. I have a petrified look on my face. I start shaking remembering what I did to… Him I start seeing visions of the man’s body with my spear sticking straight through his chest. The hero shakes me back to reality “ what’s wrong kid.” My voice is too shaky to speak. I take a few deep breaths “I -I once killed someone… I stabbed them through the chest much like that.” The hero gives me a hug and I start shedding tears. About 5 minutes later I leave with the hero’s old sword and a map as I head to the adventures guild. It quickly becomes night so I decide to call it a night and get some sleep. I wake up the next morning and go to eat breakfast then I remember I left everything at the rest stop! I consider going back but then I remember I’m only about a half hour away from the farming town of Nikomi Kuni I start sprinting over to the town I smell blood and burning as I arrive in town I run quicker thinking it’s the pigs or chicken but when I arrive my excitement quickly turn to shock and horror as I discover It was humans! I Frantically search for anyone who may still be alive. I run all around the town when I reach the center I see two demons with a young girl tied up. I run up wanting to fight them but when I try to pull out the sword It goes flying at them with me barely hanging on. I let it go to avoid killing any of them. I slide across the ground and the sword spins towards the girl. As soon as I notice where the sword is going it cuts the girl's hand rope and blindfold. The blindfold revealing her yellow eyes, I took a second to examine the girl. She appeared to be around 13 with long black hair that went down to her waist.

“ Fear not mortal I shall obliterate these demons for a fee!” she looks starved almost like she hasn’t eaten in a week “ fee?” I asked her questingly I could’ve guessed what she wanted by the look. “ I require sustenance from your Human Blood!” I laugh at her given her short stature. I strongly doubt she’s been through combat training. “ aren’t you too young to know how to fight?” She laughs at my retort, almost making it seem like I was stupid for not instantly accepting “ I’ve been through way more than you could even Imagine!” I sigh and consider her offer for a second before I’m grabbed by one of the demons “ fear not human just a drop and I’ll save you.” I scratch my arm enough to get a little blood. Lucky for me my nails are pretty sharp. “ Is this enough?” she grins almost like something amazing has happened. She drinks the blood and grins happily “ very good human your blood is the best I’ve had! I’ll slaughter them!” Without another word she shoots lasers through the demon's skulls and she laughs manically “ hahahaha i’ve slaughtered them all, Human are now traveling together your blood tasted amazing!” I sigh and sheath the sword. I guess the angel Is getting what she wanted after all…

I start walking with her following closely behind me. “ Hey human, does white hair make blood taste better?” she notices my hair that’s as white as snow she keeps poking me trying to force me to respond “ I don’t know ‘kay.” she looks a little disappointed by this answer and she walks a little slower “ well human this is the beginning of our bond I’m ayuda speak your name!” I glanced at her a little annoyed because of what she was doing before I finally said “ I’m Yuuta, how long are you going to follow me.” She laughs a bit at this.
