Blissdom USA

Blissdom, California is a city in the United States of America. It is a hotspot for the many heroes that live around the world, a place of training, due to the rampant villainy that is always prevalent in Blissdom. As of right now, March 10th, 2019, the crime in Blissdom has sharply disappeared, causing heroes to ponder why. In three days, President Tyler will arrive in Blissdom, his hometown, to campaign for his re-election.

Gaining worldwide attention, Zeta, a sentient crime-fighting robot, has just been put into field-duty. He will be patrolling the streets of Blissdom. He brings worry to some and joy to others. Heroes are afraid that their jobs may become obsolete depending on the success of Zeta. The Anti-Power League hopes that robots like Zeta will cause the regulation of powers to be tightened, and the phasing out of “normal” heroes to happen.
