[Chapter 10 Start]

I left for Ikebukuro.

It was my first time out of my hometown. I was here as far back as I can remember, Yet I couldn't enjoy it. I was worried all the time. What will happen to Aoi? How is Aoi doing? At that moment, I didn't realize but all I was worrying about was Aoi.

I arrived at Ikebukuro. I didn't know anyone, any place. It was all unknown to me. I felt fear. Yet I moved, moved till I found my destination. By asking around, I finally arrived at the address that my father gave me. I saw a very huge building. I entered it and asked where "Mr. Mei" was living. They told me and I went there. I found out that Mr. Mei was the owner of this huge building.

 He was expecting me.

 It seems my Father already arranged me a meeting with him. 

"Why did he do it?" was all over my mind.

He had never even looked at me before. To him, I was just someone who mistakenly shared his blood. Yet today he already did what I wanted without me knowing it. But I ignored it since I had much more important things to do.

I entered the house. 

He was sitting on the sofa watching TV. 

"Hello?" I yelled as I entered the door.

"You're here." Aoi's father said to me.

There were no pictures of Aoi unlike it had in the portrait that Aoi got.

"Is this Mr. Mei?" I asked the man that was standing in front of me.

"I'm the only one here, and this is my house. So who else will be I?"

"Me. Mei. I have something I want to ask." I said to the man.

"You're the son of Nobi Kanamura right?" He asked me.

"Yes, I am," I said hesitantly.

"I wonder what you have to ask me. Sit here and ask me whatever you want to ask. But if it's a question of my internal business matters. I'll kick you out." he said laughingly.

I sat down and the first question I asked:

"Are you the father of Aoi Mei?" I asked that since that woman was nowhere to be seen so I wanted to confirm it

"Yea, that's what everyone calls it."
