"Your friend Aoi is dead"

I couldn't believe it. What Saika said was true.

In the depths of my soul, a melancholy tide does swell,

A wistful shadow cloaks my heart, where sadness chose to dwell.

Like raindrops on a wilted rose, my tears softly descend,

Each droplet is a poignant verse, a lament that knows no end.

My world was taken away from me. I have never experienced such intense rage before.

I was saddened, broken, and empty. The reality was too much for me to bear.

I went inside my room and remembered the memories of me and Aoi together.

I never realised when I started to treasure Aoi so much. It pained me to just think that Aoi was away from me.

I wanted to go to her and give her the answer she sought so cheeringly.

One day passed just like that.

I went to school next day because I had nothing else to do.

Our teacher came in and announced that student council president voting will be starting. It was Chako's dream to become the student council. Yet, I felt no emotion on her face. The teacher also announced the death of Aoi and Saika's arrest. she told us to be careful of those arround us.

"Ah, and the student club battle festival will also be starting in a week. so cheer up everyone!" she said to elevate everyone's mood.

Students start talkig about it to avoid the Aoi and Saika conversation.

Everything was going as i thought. until I went home and...

I got a call from my parents.
