[Chapter 22 Start]

Now there were only 2 days left till the student council president council voting and "Club battle festival".

Chako was taking part in becoming the student council president so I was helping her by handing out flyers for her speech she's gonna give before the voting. She already did her speech 3 times and we had relatively majority following her compared to the other runnerups.

I was handing out the posters when school ended.

Chako invited me and Ayame to her house to celebrate us working hard.

I went to her house

As I entered the gate.

"You're here too?!" I turned around. It was ayame. 

'"What're you doing here?" Ayame asked.

"You're not the only one working hard." I replied.

Door opens

"Can you both not fight in front of my house?"

"I'm sorry." I replied to Chako.

"Just don't do it again, Come in."

I entered the house.

"Place your shoes here and come in." Chako said.

I placed my shoes in the shoe rack and walked in.

"Oh Chako, Are these your friends?" Someone said.

"Yes mom, they're my friends."

I've been friends with Chako for so long yet I didn't know her mother. 

"NIce to meet you, I'm Iharu kanamura." I bowed down as low as my head could go while standing.

"Oh! Chako, Is this youngman your boyfriend?" 

Chako became as red as a tomato.

"No mom! He's my friend." Chako yelled.

"Ho Ho, How fast these children grow up." her mother laughingly said.

"Let's just go up." Chako said to me and Ayame.

"Oh, Ayame-chan's here too! How was the food I cooked you last time?"

"It was super good!' Ayame yelled.

I didn't know Ayame used to come here before.

I went up the stairs and entered Chako's room

"Onee-chan, You're back."
