Chapter 11:

Late Night Talk

Becoming the Principal of Isekai School

Wearing her gray yukata, Kyoko checked Anneth's bedroom door and found light coming from a gap at the bottom. It's still the same as a moment ago.

"Anneth, It's me, Kyoko." The kunoichi knocked on the door. "Are you still awake?"

"Ah…. wait a minute." The witch replied, then opened her bedroom door. "Is there anything I can help you with?"

"I was out on patrol and found your bedroom light still on." Kyoko gave a warm smile. "So, I decided to go to the kitchen and make some snacks for you."

"Patrol, huh? What kind of danger is there in this place?"

Kyoko shrugged. "We don't know, and maybe there's nothing here. But it doesn't hurt to be careful, right?"

"And you don't need to bother…." Anneth sniffed the air. "This…."

"Smashed fried crickets." Kyoko shuddered a bit. "I found the recipe for this in one of the books ordered by the principal. He said that your species' main diet is bugs and weeds."

The witch accepted the bowl from Kyoko with joy. She even gulped hard to see things like brown grains in that thing. "I haven't eaten this in a long time. My mother used to make this for me. But I have trouble making it when blending with humans. Yes, some humans eat crickets in my world, but they are considered odd. I don't want people to suspect me for eating something like this too often."

Kyoko smiled because of the witch's enthusiasm. "Thank goodness, you look happy with this."

"Come in, Miss Kyoko." The witch gave way to the kunoichi. "I just happened to open the wine."

"Thanks." Kyoko slightly approached the witch's work table. "What are you doing to stay up so late like this?"

"My species only needs less than two hours of sleep a day. It's still far from my bedtime." Anneth spooned the food, then poured wine for her and Kyoko into glasses. "Usually, I read books, but since those things haven't come yet, I decided to perfect my curriculum."

"Ah, curriculum, huh?" Kyoko sighed. "I did manage to finish it, but my brain almost exploded doing it. I'm really not used to this kind of thing."

"Relax. I was like that when I first became a teacher. I know nothing and am afraid to mess it up." Anneth handed one of the glasses to the kunoichi. "How about you? You should be sleeping now, but you're on patrol and visiting me instead."

"I always let one Kyoko sleep as much as possible. That's my rest." The kunoichi took a sip of her wine, then nodded as she studied the dark purple liquid. "Well, I came here for a reason. I have decided on this and plan to do it as soon as possible. What a coincidence you're still awake."

Anneth's eyebrows knit together. "I'm not sure if I understand."

"I apologize to you." Kyoko smiled again, this time more subtle. "I assumed all the monsters were equally dangerous, so I suspected you. But after hearing your story, I know you are different, Anneth."

The witch put the bowl on the table and smiled back. "It was a natural reaction. Our creatures have always liked to terrorize humans."

"That's why you will give advice to the students, right? That sometimes monsters need to be understood. There may be many out there like you."

"No." Anneth shook her head. "I would instead ask them to be wary of any kind of monster. Don't let them be persuaded by those vile creatures."

"You don't think there's anyone else like you? That's a bit sad." The kunoichi covered her mouth to burp a bit. "By the way, did the drink just now contain alcohol?"

"Of course. There's alcohol in every wine…. Or do you not know what wine is?" The witch examined Kyoko's face carefully. "Miss, are you all right?"

"Why is it so hot today?" With a blush adorning her face, Kyoko loosened her yukata in the chest area, making her cleavage even more visible, even to a quite dangerous level.

"Let me take you to your room, Miss." Anneth tried to fix Kyoko's yukata to protect that woman's decency.

But Kyoko just brushed off the witch's hand. The kunoichi's eyes were only half open, and tears had trickled down to the corner of her eyes.

"Why did he reject me." Kyoko began to babble in a barely audible voice. "I have repeatedly made men submit in a short time, but why is Eiji different?"

"Come on. Follow me." Anneth grabbed Kyoko's hand and led her outside. The witch never thought that a little alcohol could make Kyoko drunk.

"And why didn't I do more!?" The kunoichi continued her mumblings. "You are indeed busy with curriculum, patrolling, and cooking, Kyoko! But you can multiply! Why don't you take advantage of that!"

Anneth continued to guide Kyoko until they arrived at the kunoichi's room. The witch was a little surprised when she found another Kyoko there, wearing a pale yellow yukata.

"Sakazaki Eiji…" The doppelganger muttered while looking out the window. She is also drunk like the real Kyoko. "Do you hate me, Eiji?"

Anneth sat the real Kyoko down on the bed, then begged. "Please, sleep. Make the twins unite with you."

The witch doesn't want to get in trouble. She hasn't started teaching yet. But this is her responsibility. She was the one who gave wine to Kyoko without asking first, after all.

"You should know, Eiji! I don't just want your D!" The real Kyoko exclaimed.

"Shhhh…." Anneth put her index finger to her mouth and, at the same time, tried to force the kunoichi to lie down. "Please, rest."

"Maybe he needs V." The doppelganger guessed.

"Then we give him as much as he wants." The real Kyoko jumps to the ceiling and sticks to it like a spider.

Then, one clone after another fell from her.

"Please calm down, Kyoko! Stop this!" The witch started to panic. "Or you will regret it!"

The real Kyoko shouted as soon as the number of clones was large enough. "Let's go to Eiji's room and give as much V as he asks!"

"Yosh!" The clones ran out of the room, screaming in unison. They all looked as drunk as the real Kyoko.

"Wait! You can't do this!" Anneth is getting frustrated. "Return to your senses, Kyoko!!!"

But the real Kyoko produces more clones and creeps to follow the others.

The witch jumped out of the room and found a hallway full of Kyoko. They all have the same goal: Eiji's room.

"I have no other choice!" Anneth's hand started to glow like an ember. "Fireball!!!"
