Chapter 14

I recovered in a day, as I said earlier. So, I went to school today, on 3rd November. Kei and the other friends I had made were really concerned about my health. I told them I was fine. I liked to call Kei by her first name and she liked it, too, so it was cool. 

Today, there weren't any people in the club room and then I remembered: today was the play by the drama club! Everybody was in the auditorium, so I went there, too. It was so packed that I didn't get a seat at all. So, I just stood at the back with the other people who couldn't get a seat. 

I was really into it when suddenly I saw him: Senpai! Uh! He was looking for somebody and I knew it would be Yamai. But then, he walked towards me, grabbed my arm harshly and dragged me out of the auditorium!

"What are you doing? Where are you taking me? I wanna go back!," I said, yelling at him.

"Shut up!," he snapped. 

What the fuck? I wanted to shove his hand away from my arm but I was still a little weak from the fever from yesterday. So, I had no choice but to quietly follow him up to the roof where he was taking me. 

When we had gotten to the roof, I felt my nerves throbbing in my temples. My body was turning hot and I was seeing everything in a blur! Oh, no! My fever is back! Senpai, you have to get me home!!

I couldn't focus on anything as my head started hurting really bad and I felt my eyelids getting heavy. But, I tried to be strong in front of him. I tried to focus on him and I could see him a little.

"I'm sorry I brought you here. It's just that I wanted some privacy for us. I'm so sorry about what happened because of Nobara all these days. I know I hurt you a lot when I said I'll be there for you, but I wasn't there at all. I'm so sorry I said those words the other day when she broke your guitar, too. I'm so sorry!," he said and grabbed my hand. 

My face was already so flushed because of my condition and his words got me beet red! 

"Forgive me. I'm so-," he said, but he stopped when I fell into the crook of his neck. 

He felt my temperature and his eyes widened. Then, I passed out.
